You bet Dusty... it'd be a pleasure... and an honor...
I want this company to do well, but just not off my
back... After three years in, I want some kind of
return, even if it's my original investment... but
that will never happen with a large r/s.. a 100/1
I can live with... but 10,000/1 forget it... I'm doing
battle.. those of us who have been invested for a
while all should.. best
Southland
I hope you are right. But there is a group of us
ready to do what we have to do if not. I guess
only will tell.
Thanks for your response.
I will guarantee to you... class action suit if the company
files a r/s in the near future. May of us relied on his PR
promising no r/s and respect to shareholders as an
incentive for shareholders to invest more money into
the company.
Trust me. It will happen. Guaranteed. No joke.
Just don't do it Dennis. Don't. The papers are already
being drawn... Money already spent. Lines being drawn.
No more TBD.
Does anyone have a link for evln? Thanks
Hey Snowgoose... feel your pain... the same pain I've
been feeling for over three years now, the day I started
investing in green technology. You would think "green"
CEOs would operate differently... but they don't... they
pay themselves nice salaries while the shareholders
foolishly watch their investments dwindle away...
Maybe things will turn around, but I'm just not sure
when it does it's going to benefit me anyway, I don't
own twenty plus million shares...
Actaully, Sbleau... my message to Snowgoose was appreciative
for his efforts...
Next time I post for Snowgoose, let Snowgoose answer.
Thank you.
Hi Snowgoose... What happened to the PR Dennis promised
you?
I appreciate all you are trying but what's the point? He never
follows through on his promises.
Again thanks for trying.
Dusty or Snowgoose... Maybe I'm missing the point here...
but why would the company put themselves in the position
of having to buy back OS stock in the first place? Why
bother issuing them at all (and at the number they had)
if that's your eventual intent? It just seems like a waste
of company funds to me?
Your thoughts. Thanks.
oh come now kuan... stop being so paranoid... NOT.
Good post. A little dissent is good for business
and keeps folks honest.
About three years ago. I think you can take it from there.
Back when they were hawking Willie, Julia, Morgan, and the
rest of the Hollywood crew as a way to sell the company to
shareholders.
SBLEAU? How long have you been an shareholder in EBOF/EVFL?
What was the first price you paid for this stock?
Thanks. I'll await your response.
Then why bother to even say you may put out a
pr when you have no intentions of doing so..?
Don't make any excuses for folks who have none.
Snowgoose.... If Dennis doesn't release a PR with any substance
today, like he promised you, I don't see any reason for anyone to
contact him anymore in the future. What's the point? His credibility---
which is already questionable--will sink even further.
Personally, I don't think he's up to the task. I would be happy to
say I am wrong.
Hi Snowgoose... thanks for all you are doing... however I
take offense to Dennis's comment to you the other
day when he said that shareholders should chill out.
The fact that the company released a pr that says they applied
for OTC status without including follow-up information on how
they were going to accomplish that feat seems a little irresponsible
to me. Of course a move like this would lead to shareholder
speculation and disinformation... (R/S//F/R)?
IMHO If anyone is responsible for shareholder unrest it would
be the company itself for putting out such lame pr's that offer
no follow-up.
Your thoughts. Because I have my own.
Thanks.
Hey I'm only the piano player Dusty, don't shoot me.
I agree with you. I do believe, however, this will be his
last hoorah if he sinks this company and screws the shareholders
along the way. No one would invest into a company he's associated
with in the future... so the pressure is on for him to make
good on this deal.
Maybe if the company took the 500,000 they pay Dennis
every year and used it to buyback the stock we wouldn't
be in this position. Why should a CEO make that kind of
dough when it's position is nearly worthless?
But will he Billy Ray? That's the billion share question.
Makes sense to me. Perfect sense. But I don't think he's
willing to use his own/company's money to make this
thing work. He's never operated that way in the
past, there's no reason to believe he'll start now.
Sorry to be so pessimistic, but he keeps on proving
right. What can I say?
No problem. Not your fault. We shouldn't have to go
through all of this drama if the company would just release
the info they are sitting on. I have many stocks that
don't report regularly because most of the time they
have nothing to report. However, I am assuming this
is not the case here by the level of leaks made by the
co.. and inferences made by third party sources.
Again, my biggest concern is an R/S. That would put most
of us out of the ball game.
Did I read somewhere that SNOWGOOSE is out? Man this is
unsettling.... Why doesn't this CEO just release the information
that everyone says that he is holding back? If he did that,
then we wouldn't need a SNOWGOOSE or a DUSTY to keep
us on top of things. And what happened to the conversation
SNOWGOOSE was scheduled to have with Dennis this morning?
Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks PS
Why should the company do a buyback at a higher
pps in the future when they can buy all they want
now at .0001?
Thanks for the update Goose. My biggest concern is the R/S.
I still would like to see his response in a PR. I would feel
much better then.
Thanks again.
JERAD2
Good letter. Thank you. PS
Ditto dandream
Oh I certainly have the nerve, and have called many times
in the past without a response... but what's the point?
The company is either going to take care of it's shareholders
or not. I think we have little say in the matter. My big concern
here is the co. instituting a R/S... something they just
promised they wouldn't do. I don't care about the OTX.
I rather it grow naturally over time without hurting the
shareholders. I don't believe in Reverse Splits. I personally
think the act is criminal.
Can't sell... I haven't been into this stock for a
minute like you... I've been here for three years...
I'm just looking to recoup my initial investment...
Again, thanks for the advice...
dream on... dandream.... I sure he'll listen to me and the
rest of the "so-called" buyers here.... Better yet, why waste
the ink space? Thanks for the advice anyway....
Frankly Phillip.... It's hard to say what is the truth or fiction
here... who are the paid pumpers or the folks who really care...???
I just keep documenting all of the significant posts and claims and
tuck them away for a rainy day... The fact the company accidently
placed Exxon's stock quote on their new web site for three days
(which was probably responsible for the buying of several million
shares) is probably a good indicator of where all of this is going...
But I can assure you, people are closely watching this company...
Good luck.
Snow Thanks. Good enough. Look forward to hearing his answer.
Snowgoose... How do we get there without a r/s?
Seems to be the million dollar question for everyone.
Personally, I'd settle for .02 w/ out a r/s.
Crusader
Then why do they have Exxon's ticker on their website?
That is deceptive...
May have already happened strong666666. Why else would
their ticker show up at the EVFL site. If it's true, I will take
the day off, in fact the rest of the year.
Nah... must be an error...
Dusty... What do you think is going on here. To release a
PR that is not supported by any facts?
All of us will daydream...
Not my theory... but JT'S. I was just commenting on his post.
Keep track of the posts.
40,000 to 1 theory.
If that is true, then if you own 50,000,000 shares of evfl as of
today you will own 1,250 shares tomorrow. Not a promising
thought. As for me, I'll own 100 shares. Totally unacceptable.
WEBSITE IS DOWN.
No one forced you to buy this stock is true but they
sure made it inviting enough for you to do so... It's no
different than buying a product that is hyped by a company
that doesn't work. Some folks would call that fraud and
would expect to get their money returned. This is in
full contrast to a product that actually works but is no
longer useful or has out lived its usefulness... and
in that case you have the ability to re-sell it or pass
along to another person.
I get a kick out of you folks how easily you throw away
your money and write it off to just chance... this isn't
Las Vegas... this is business... and folks should be held
accountable for their actions....
Dusty... If Dennis really believed in this company and
wanted to take care of his shareholders he would have
foregone his lofty salary for the past three years until
the company was turning a profit-like most business
owners. He has greased his own pockets on other
people's money for too long. Sometimes folks need
to be held accountable for their actions. There are
no excuses left for him. It's up to all of us to ensure
that he acts in our best interests. I rather see the
company go bankrupt and lose everything then allow
him and other CEO's like him to continue to do business
as usual- especially when it comes to filing for a R/S.
Personally, I think that whole process is criminal
and should be eliminated from a company's playbook.
Thanks for all of your efforts and candor over the
past month.
KUAN
Doesn't matter Kuan. Perception is sometimes everything.
Furthermore, there has been a lot pumping and leaks by
the company in the past two months to lead potential
shareholders to believe that this thing was about to take off,
not to mention, posters who have spoken directly to Dennis
and Randy phone that would backup the same. Also, add
in the company's history and track record and I think there
is plenty of evidence to open up a case. Personally, I would
love to see what they have done with all of the shareholders
money over the past three years.
It wasn't long ago that the company was saying there
WOULD BE NO reverse split.
This would be "theft by deception" at this point if they
went ahead and did a reverse split in the next year or two.
A lot of shareholders depended on this promise and
bought into this company because of it. I for one relied
on it as a long term investor which ultimately influenced
my decision to purchase more to bring down my average.
Without that promise, I wouldn't have put another penny
into it.

CORRECTING and REPLACING -- Earth Biofuels Suspends Reverse Stock Split
Tue Mar 3, 2009 10:36am EST Email | Print | Share | Reprints | Single Page [-] Text [+]
DALLAS, March 3, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In a release issued earlier today by
Earth Biofuels, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EBOF) (the "Company"), under the same
headline, note that the first paragraph has been rewritten. The corrected
release follows:
Earth Biofuels, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EBOF) (the "Company") today announced that the
Board of Directors have decided not to pursue the reverse split of the Company's
common stock as described in its Schedule 14-C filed with the Securities and
Exchange Commission on November 3, 2008.
The Company has determined that, at this time, a reverse stock split may not be
in the best interests of its shareholders. The original intent was to initiate
an anti-dilutive measure, one that would decrease the number of shares
outstanding and help to create a more orderly and healthy market for the trading
of its stock. However, upon further review and after conducting a historical
analysis of the overall effects of such a split, it has been decided that the
result often produces downward pressure on the stock. Management believes it can
produce the most shareholder value organically by focusing on expanding its
business without modifying the Company's current capital structure. The Company
remains committed to growing the market capitalization of EBOF and will continue
to explore all available options, including the possibility of a share buyback
program, a dividend or a stock split.
