I was curious if anyone has any information about when AGEN plans to announce the Phase 3 undisclosed vaccine? I called last quarter and was told it would be revealed when the IND (or BLA) was filed w/ the FDA by the vaccine maker, but haven't read anything since then.
TIA
Hi Stock4fun; I was just curious which of my posts were not making sense to you? Or making you confused about what's going on w/ the company?
Quiet board...
Btw, thank you; I'm not able to pm..but I enjoy hearing your opinion..
Does anybody know if ground has broken on the Inner Mongolian project? I noticed in that blog he said one of the things to expect in the next 6 months is:
"Developmental reports, pictures, and video of the progress of the Chinese Inner Mongolian project"
It will be interesting to see what comes out in the next 10-K..
FYI, Schwab allows you to use trailing stops on penny stocks through their trading software.
Hi Everyone. I was told this is where I come to request a free trial? I've been hoping to subscribe but another member mentioned that a free trial might be an option first.
TIA ;)
Well you said you called during happy hour; the night before they released the pr about the China contract..lol.
Lol; how is he a hillbilly; he has a British accent?
Also, Shakerzzz is being compensated by a third party not CCTC.
I think it's similar in that it's a pre-combustion treatment for coal. I think their's might just remove moisture and mercury though, not volatile cotaminants like CCTC's. It says on their website:
"By cleaning coal before it’s burned, K-Fuel process makes coal more heat-efficient and affordable, while simultaneously removing significant amounts of mercury. Due to higher efficiency, coal-fired boilers may achieve lower nitrogen oxide and chloride emissions on a per-kilowatt hour generted basis. Explained simply, this “pre-combustion” process puts cheaper, lower-quality coal through a giant pressure cooker to squeeze out significant amounts of moisture – doing what takes millions of years to happen naturally."

I don't know if they use heat only, while CCTC uses a combination of heat and atmospheric pressures and so maybe removes more of the contaminants? I know EEE announced selling some of their assets this morning, which could be positive? I think they've also been trying to sell their technology in Mongolia, but I don't think they've signed any contracts yet? I saw in their pr, though, it said they were no longer pursuing the spin-off of the K-Fuel technology they announced in Jan.; I don't know if that's good or bad?

I posted something a month ago or so that I was thinking maybe the price drop occured before any of the restricted shares became actually eligible to be sold (I think because on CCTC's investor website page it listed they around the same time changed their transfer agent, who had to be involved somehow in the sale..and so would have postponed the actual sale..I didn't however contact the company to confirm.) Also, I think at that time, CCTC was also listed on the naked short list..
Anyway, good luck.. ;)
They had to sell to get the legend removed; otherwise, I think they would have risked not being able to sell their restricted shares if the company, for whatever reason, didn't remain current with it's filings. Someone else might know better, but that was my understanding. But that doesn't mean they couldn't sell and buy their shares right back once they became freely trading, no?
Cooky, do you know if CCTC is involved w/ the Shenhua CTL plant in Ordos, Inner Mongolia? I've been assuming that CCTC's original contract was to supply coal to that facility (mainly because at the time the deal was announced I think that was the only CTL plant in China), but I haven't found anything to verify that?
Lol; I just do a lot of research; I've been home on maternity leave so have lots of free time. Somebody nominated me to be asst. moderator. I just trade as a hobby, really..
GL ;)
I don't know; I was under the impression that THIS short squeeze would last FOREVER; lol.
I disagree. A 2 million dollar initial license revenue payment from India would be huge. It would confirm India's commitment to clean coal and to CCTC, particularly since the Dec. pr indicated that the agreement called for an eventual production threshold of a total of 100 million tons. That's a huge percentage of India's total coal output and represents just one of CCTC's first contracts...jmho.
GL ;)
Thanks; that is great news.
Sounds good. I don't know why I was expecting it would be after March 31st.
Nice close; I was expecting someone to sell 200 shares at the end so we'd close red.
Rubles? Either one is fine for me.
Why Megladon? Are they going to announce that on Mon.? lol
I didn't realize they issued a sell recommendation on the 26th. (I don't read it actually.) I sold some on the 18th, which I've since rebought. I was just curious how many people who bought in at .04 were still holding.
GL ;)
I was just curious, had you bought prior to last month's run-up?
.14, imo. Btw, lol, you've been asking that since this was at .04, I think.
lol..Dr.Pennystock.
I would if I knew how..I just read this from one of CCTC's previous filings:
"In May, 2008 we commenced negotiations with a major U.S. utility that burns over 25 million tons of coal annually, and purchases an additional 80 million tons for other utilities. This group has worked closely with Benham in recent months to assess the potential benefits from our technology, and has expressed a desire to support the development of a project utilizing it. Unfortunately, current economic trends have delayed this project, although we continue to jointly evaluate potential avenues for cooperation, and financial and engineering options"

I don't know if that has anything to do with Monday's pr, but I thought it was interesting that they'd previously been engaged in discussions.
I really don't think Dr. Penny Stock would be able to influence the sp at all..
I don't think anybody actually reads Dr. Penny Stock..jmo ;)
Sounds good ;)
I think a coal water mixture is basically water mixed with coal and some chemical additives. I don't think it has anything to do w/ "clean coal" although I could be wrong.
Lol; I don't think I'm able to delete posts actually. I only have a free membership.
Hi Big,
Lol; I post everything I find. You saw this?

Me too ;)
This is the only thing I've found; I don't know how accurate it is.
"It appears that there are approximately 3,000 shareholders who could possibly sell as much as 100,000,000 shares of the stock over a 75-day period (from January 15, 2010 to March 31, 2010)."

Also, I thought I read that the float prior to Jan. 15th was only about 1 million?
What happens if it doesn't fail? This was undervalued at $1, imo, based on potential for future earnings.
btw, I think o/s is @430 million, but the float is much less than that.
Here's an article about a "Global INK..Global Indian Network of Knowledge". I don't know if it's the same INK Global that CCTC has signed a contract with.
PM launches initiative to tap diaspora’s knowledge base
Ians January 7th, 2009 CHENNAI - Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Thursday launched a new initiative, the Global Indian Network of Knowledge, or Global INK, to bring India closer to its 25 million diaspora in 130 countries in the area of knowledge.
The network initiative is aimed at providing opportunities for overseas Indian professionals and organisations to engage as partners in the development projects in India, the prime minister told delegates at the inauguration of the seventh Pravasi Bharatiya Divas here.
‘This network will connect people of Indian origin from a variety of disciplines to users at the national, state and local levels in India,’ said the prime minister.
‘Our hope is that the network will facilitate transfer of knowledge and serve as a virtual think tank to generate ideas on issues such as development, education and healthcare.’

That would be nice. Look at the bottom of this link who they've had for previous speakers:

Thanks. I got the PM before but not a link..and I've already used my free trial.
Meaning what? Cleantech is a legitimate enterprise and Ink Global is apparently based in India..
btw; thanks, this is my last post ;)
Actually, nevermind. I realized you meant CCTC farming their work out to SAIC, I think. Thanks anyway.
