WDCO 800K BID
1mil bid @1.48 500k @1.51
Wdco 500k bid 161
Gotta admit, im to chicken to do it.
Thats what I was thinking too. They have the track record that shows that if you just leave this ticker alone for a few days, few weeks, etc, that you'll be up when you recheck this stock.
Ken, how effective of a strategy would it be to not open up the trading accounts, ihub, yahoo, and come back in a few days to see where this ticker stands. Obviously APS is the best in the business and they have a great track record for big returns so why not let it ride for a few days. A part of me wants to watch every minute of that trading day, but the other part of me thinks that im giving myself unneeded heart burn watching this pick because its going to be higher in a few days then it is now anyways so why watch it closely. Would APS really tarnish there impage by tanking this stock this early. Would APS really tout a stock in the future with any clout after they came off of a ticker that bombed. I doubt it. So if we're really in at the ground level for this ticker, then maybe I should leave the computer for a few days. Im going to watch this stock regardless cuz im to worried about the dips but i was wondering if people actually used that strategy for a aps ticker.
FYI, gwbu is tradeable through tda
Lots of action on SNPK and RARS. Both are diving a little bit right now.
Ken, i followed your advice and opened up an etrade account. Its funded and ready to go. Question is, is there any reason to have TDA besides the L2. From your best guess, are there any types of stocks that I wont be able to trade on TDA compared to etrade. As far as the platforms go, I like TDA much better. Its seems like its much easier to navigate. That being said I was thinking about keeping 500 dollars in my TDA for the L2 and trading exclusivley out of etrade.
Ken, is there a way of having the "new news" symbol next to the ATA title on the favorites list, that way when one of the top 3 release there pick, it will show up as a new event
Ken, Im definelty keeping tda for sure. Right now i have decent balance in my account which i was going to use for the next pick. If i can trade it then great. Meanwhile my back up is etrade which i just did a transfer but my money wont be good until the 7th. For my sake, i hope the pick comes out after that. Im figuring if the pick comes out on the 7th or later than ill use etrade and keep a minimum amount in tda so that i can use the l2 which is pretty sweet. Thats the plan anyways.
You guys are right, im actually opening up a etrade account as we speak. As far as spnk, i was able to trade it 1 time before it was restricted.
I gotta be honest Chris, im a little nervous to switch at this point. With the AP pick coming out today, tomorrow, a week from now, I dont want to miss the boat because I was in the middle of setting up a new account and transferring money. I think im going to play this one out and then switch over if tda blocks me from trading
Question for the board about a new stock symbol. When the SNPK pick was released I jumped in immediately at 40. Within 20 minutes or so, it was up to 47. I sold and waited for the pull pack. I went in to buy it again before the market close and ameritrade told me that I couldnt buy it because of something having to do with the security. Now that being said, since AP has been releasing new symbols that didnt exist before they announced them, there shouldnt be any problem buying them through TDA I would think. I guess the problem would be on buying back on the pullback and all of a sudden tda pulls that option off the table. Am i over analyzing this? I wouldnt want to be missing out on the gains, but I dont want to hold just for the sake of holding because tda wont let me rebuy.
By the way Ken/ATA, i refused to ever pay for IHUB. There seemed to be to much free stuff on here to ever justifying paying for ihub. Needless to say with me posting on a premium board, I am now paying for ihub and its only because of this board. I wanted to be able to interact with your crew and get opinions and obvioulsy that wasnt an option before. Its just another compliment to how great and useful this board really is.
Ken and the rest of the ATA crew, I just wanted to say thanks for creating this awesome board. I came to this board because of a post that Ken dropped on the MR's board. I was so hyped up about their play of the century and like lots of others, I was burned. I told myself that if I wanted to be successful that I was going to haveto switch it up. Ken's post really spoke to me. It directed me to this site and while not trying to sound to corny, it had everything that I wanted in a board. A no bs board with good/great traders, all trying to make money. No pumping just honest opinions. This board made me a few bucks and saved me a few bucks with your wisdom on SEFE. The other day when it was tanking, you said to stay out and wait for the reversal. I was an enter button away from jumping in at 2.04 and needless to say, it dropped all the way down into the 1.40's i believe. You made a beliver out of me. Ken and ATA, you guys should know that theres lots of people like me that never post but follow your board religiously. I currently follow 10-15 boards and read none of them. I legitmately follow this board and thats all I need. I'll be sending in my info for the challenge and look forward to making some money and learning a little bit along the way. Thanks again.
Flex,
Long and strong on this one. I just wanted your opinion on the last few days and the trading that took place. What direction do you see yourself going in with this one after today. Thanks in advance.
Johnny
CEMJQ,
Not sure how I came across this board, but happy to be apart of it with you and the gang. I was in CEMJQ back in the day with you and on that board. What a fun ride that was. Hoping to replicate some of that good luck with this stock and this board. This board has been great with all the dd and made my decision to be a share holder that much easier. I'm currently in a 39000 shares and if it drops I'll be sure to be taking advantage of the dips. Good luck to everyone.
Phenom, I agree that the DMX line that you pointed out is outdated but I think it's more of an oversight and not a reflection of something that was created months ago. Reason being because about 3/4's down the 8k theres a section that states that Sapx has acquired music assets in Jan2012, something that hasn't been pr'd as of yet but is stated in the 8k matter of factly.
Acquired recorded music assets in January 2012.....
The company aquired assests which included rights to the established artists DMX and Bone Thugs N Harmony.
You haveto figure that the PR is coming out pretty soon on that development alone.
Anyone else see that 75k buy at the ask
Garyst,
I also checked the historical figures and I came up with, from 4-18 to 9-1 there were 2,224,377 shares traded so there wasn't to much accumulation going on. To my untrained eye, it looks like the few that took advantage of the full 500-600 percent gain, were some of the holders that accumulated from 4-18 to 9-1 which might be a stretch because thats a long time to hold a penny stock that isnt really moving from month to month. It looks like just about everyone else was in that range we discussed earlier and if thats true, then I would think most would hold. You talked about a 15 minute window in which you thought it might spike initally, then retrace and then continue forward. I think at this point were both in the same spot because I also accumulated in the .015's. At this point I have about a 30 percent gain. My thoughts are racing with this one because apart of me would like to take some profits but I have the 3 day settlement restriction going on. Last thing I want to do is sell and then try to buy back in 3 days at a much higher price, meanwhile missing out on a nice little run. Not sure what to do. Good thing for the long weekend.
I came up with a little under 2.12 mil was traded above .02 and a little under 1.2 mil was traded under .015. So lets just call it 7 mill traded in between .015 and .02
Its funny that you came up with this chart because I was just looking over the sales for the day through alpahtrade and using a calculator wondering to myself that there must be an easier way. Anyways, using the old calculator I came up with a little under 2.12 mil was traded above .02 and a little under 1.2 mil was traded under .015. From 9-1 to 4-18 there were 2,224,377 shares traded so there wasn't to much accumulation going on and even if those share holders all sold today, then that would still leave 8 mil or so. Does all this mean that this runner has a few more days of running considering for the most part that most of the trades were done in a tight range. Not to many people actually got the full 500-600 percent gain, so some might be inclined to see how far this can go. Any thoughts. Maybe im analyzing this all wrong, but I would sure love to hear some opinions on what the next week might bring.
Ronnie, thankss for the pm the other day. I dont have pm, so I couldnt respond back. I guess the way I look at it is that there is no way the promo has been done from the 60's to the 90's. I guess I could be wrong but why promo a stock for a 20-30 percent gain. If it is bdps, then there track record shows some pretty nice gains. There bigger ones are in the 100-200-300 percent gain. Since we havent seen that kind of gain yet, then to me the promo is yet to come. To me,its well worth waiting for the promo to kick in to get those kind of gains, even if it means holding more expensive shares while these guys accumulate at these lower levels.
Gmarc,
Check out thelion.com. That site has any message that anything to do with EVGI. I believe its towards the top, but its about a pump on EVGI. Click the link and the author talks about the possible promo on EVGI
I've been hearing some stuff about BestDamnPennyStock jumping in on this one. I'll just hold and see what happens. No reason for me to sell today.
Ronnie,
Can you pm with your thoughts on the movement. You seem to have some knowledge in terms of the build up and execution and I was interested in getting your insights if its possible.
Thanks, Johnny
Thank you very much for the info.
Livin, can you explain whats going on in that chart and what its forecasting for us that dont understand charting to well
Thanks, Johnny
B 10K X .85 A 8500 X .87 the .99 1.00 1.05 2.25
Seems like this is going in spurts. We get a nice bump up with good volume. Then it creeps down a few cents. Then all of a sudden we get another 10k buy and it creeps up again.
Huge drop during the day. It went from the 5.00 range to 70 cents. At that point it seemed like all the selling was done and it bounced a little bit. AH, an 8k was released. EVGI got rid of there accounting firm. It seems like the dumper could have been the firm. Whoever dumped there shares, really only dumped 15k. That 15 dropped the share price by 80 plus percent. Thats what I've gathered since I got in on the drop.
wow some pretty big buys going through. A few 5ks, 2x10k, and the last one was for 12700
Ask back at .80 x2500. Next is .85x10000 then a buck
Positive is that the ask all the way into the dollars is really thin. Pretty good volume for us, 17 minutes into trading.
Who in their right mind would make their shares available at.79 when we had all the buys at .82
.82 going. 12500 left. 10k on ask at .85
33000 shares sold at .80. Shouldnt be much more left at that ask.
