Dilution before R/S :(

Not a good sign to dilute before FINS

I agree, but I don't think diluting for say $30k when "if" FINS are good, next week, they can dilute those same shares for much more.

Again, this may not of happened, but if something is rotten, it usually smells :(

Hope your right. I'm not as excited about this as I was a couple months ago.

Some things just seem a little off. I know people said that they were maxed out and couldn't dilute, but it sure smells like they diluted on Tuesday. Going from 300+ million to almost nothing the next day? I seem to remember the last known O/S was around 3.9 and that would make sense with the big volume day.

If that is the case and they diluted the rest of their previous A/S, then it's not a good sign at all. If the company doesn't even value their own company enough where they have to dilute @ .0001, then the FINS might not be al that great.

This is just my observation, and I sure hope i'm way off

Yep, Averaging down is the kiss of death 99% of the time here in OTC land. IMO

Yep....I'm 3 hours away from losing all faith in the company, if no filing or NT. Would be unacceptable IMO and would show that they are morons on not capable of running a company.

Geez. win or lose on this one, I think this is my last straw with OTC POS stocks.

I make good money with big board stocks, but yet I like to give it away with these damn lotto plays. Sure you hit some big every once in awhile, but just too many games.

Just like in poker, you work on holes in your game. Well, I've figured out that the OTC is the biggest hole in my trading game :(

Don't see any news or filings and who would sell today @ .0001's without knowing something unless they are idiots or got the shares for less.

I'm hoping for just a big shake before the run as too many games to fully understand what's going on with stocks in OTC land

Market usually doesn't lie, and it was surely not perceived as a good move.

Selling anything before FINS is just crazy IMO.

A lot of questions still need to be answered with FINS, how the new A/S will be used and if anything came out of the NY visit. I think the NY visit and the 10 billion go hand in hand, but want to see how it will benefit all of us in the long run.

I just thought the guy gave good advice and if he is bashing, he has me fooled, stating that you shouldn't have all your eggs in one basket

I didn't take him as a basher, and appreciate when people come and say what happened. We can all learn from others and have an open mind going forward.

It would be one thing, if he came every week and said look out, but he is just coming and saying what happened to him and wished us well.

It's hard to not make a big mistake at some point when you first start trading in the OTC. I personally lost $30k on one stock last year, buying into the hype and averaging down all the way to a R/S. Luckily, I didn't have all my eggs in that basket and still made a profit for 2014 :)

That site just goes by previous Q's and since a quarterly is not due for Q4, we still are expected an annual on 3/31
