Actually, the term biodiesel is trademarked as fuel meeting astm d6751 by The National Biodiesel Board. If you don't meet astm you can't call it biodiesel. It would cost them them $20/gallon in 200 gallon batches to certify it, if it were certifiable, it isn't. So legally you can call is bioscum but you can't call it biodiesel.
You think that Amelot has a methanol recovery system at 250K + minimum set up somewhere and never mentioned it? You think it's conjecture to assume they don't? lmao
That's like comparing a kite to a 747.
Truck engines are that expensive, which represent a vast majority of the market. A VW Jetta probably costs more than the car to replace but not $50K, agreed.
Most people that own a diesel engine make their living with it. They are much more particular about fuel quality than you or I. A new engine is typically 50-70K. From my experience one or two clogged filters scares them away as customers before their engine fails. The most common problem is left over glycerin that is not separated from the biodiesel. A centrifuge costs $40K and still won't separate to astm standards. Glycerin quickly clogs the filter with a paste that looks like Vaseline.
"I'm sure the fuel is being tested and the manufactures have been contracted and papers signed, preventing that outcome from happening." How are you sure? How do they test it? Did they build a lab? Did they buy a $40,000 gas chromatography system for the shed? The engine manufacturers association doesn't have a branch in Barbados to my knowledge. You think they created a special exemption for amelot to sell non astm fuel? cmon, think just a little!
It sounds to you like they got the money? I didn't hear that. They would definitely PR that I would think. Who would finance them?
I would call it an educated opinion.
I don't think they will make that mistake either. They are broke, max'd out dilution, almost no revenue, certainly no profit, no shares to sell...no money. Only hope of income is selling the shell to someone that will reverse you guys goodbye and change the name. The barbados statement that they can't make enough of it to keep up with demand was missing a very large piece of information, how much have they made? Obviously not much. They did say they were having trouble with varying feedstock quality. Most plants have a 400k lab and a 150K yr chemist that analyzes the feedstock, process, finished product, etc. My guess is they've made less than a thousand gallons and have had to throw much of it away. Eventually they'll fry an engine be looking at a 50k bill and pack it up, like most that have tried to commercialize a backyard bio biz. A real processor, tank farm, etc costs millions..not 12K. Go to journeytoforever.com and you'll find blogs from 200 guys doing what they are doing. 99% of them do it for their own fuel to run in a 500 dollar car that makes them look cool at the little league game. All in my humble opinion.
Where would they get the money? They needed to sell shares to pay me.
They changed the contract and scope almost weekly. Evidenced by the fact they PR'd I was building a 6 MMGPY machine (not the 2 MMPY contracted) as well as about 100 emails asking me to change the scope. Fly already knows all of this. He refuses to accept he handed his money over to a scam artist, it's funny and sad. Sad part is how he tries to manipulate others with his act.
I bought equipment with that money as the project stalled by them not making their promised payments. The NH facility was ill conceived and abandoned shortly after I got involved. My bankruptcy had nothing to do with this lawsuit, not directly at least. I've never been worried about this lawsuit as I know it has no merit. If they had any assets, I'd be pursuing them. I have a twenty year stellar reputation, they are a pinky run by a lying alcoholic living off lies and the gullible.
not if it's an opinion on an opinion board, in my opinion they are a scam for idiots and have been for many many years :)
From my experience pinkies live off PR's. If they aren't releasing them they are really really broke.
george, a lawsuit doesn't pay, when you buy a pinky it's buyer beware. When you buy a pinky that has been putting out five years of bogus PR's Darwin steps in, not the SEC.
30 bucks worth of volume and its up and down 100%, sad
They need financing to move forward imo; that requires a good business plan, a model, experience, and credibility, none of which they have. This company is stuck, that's why there are no PR's, imo.
Five years of bogus PR's on a sub penny pinky with 5 billion shares and you think it's unreasonable to think it's all a scam? Your handle fits.
312K about a million short of what they needed to do what they were trying to do.
Aziz stole your money and you were dumb enough to hand it to him....you'll never admit it though..sad.. I bought equipment with the money they gave me, they defaulted...I DON'T HAVE THE MONEY..that pile of equipment still sits in a warehouse..it also represents about 10% of the money Aziz took in, why don't you wonder where the the rest is?
It was a "work for hire" for Christian Fleischer then with biodiesel technologies now with Orbitek. The machine is at a farm in Tully, Bill Guptill's. Chris developed the technology with Cornell. We built the machine to prove it out. The technology worked and leap frogged existing tech. It's still there and still runs.
Here is a link for the Nasa project on optimizing meth recovery economics..(the biojunk machine doesn't recover meth, it's an expensive waste stream)

The million ended up being an expensive education I hope to cash in on someday. Yes, it played a large part in my bankruptcy. Tank biz always made money, bio ate it all. We had two large deals go south, one was 110 MMGPY ethylesther plant that was contracted, AIG pulled out. State department paid 6 months late and a salesman I fired for stealing tanked 2 million in work started the snowball. The big deal was going to bail me out and I kept my doors open at 20k a week overhead betting on the come...big mistake.
It amazes me you can question my credibility when I forego anonymity, have 20 year sterling reputation, have answered all your questions for years..yet you stand by a serial scam artist with a 6 year track record of lies and deception in the pink sheets.
Yea..they asked me to approve it...I said no...they said oops too late...first one they said they signed a contract with me when they never had...when they knew I wouldn't lie they quit asking for my permission...the PR about it being burnt in was total bull too...SEC is useless...I told them...the SEC doesn't have resources to take down the big guys..the little guys in the pinks are free to steal...the guys they are ripping off are in the caveat emptor land I guess
They're not in the petroleum equipment business, haven't known me for 20 years. They are plumbing supply house I was forced to buy victaulic from. Anyone that knows me well will tell you I'm a stand up guy.
get a diesel kubota
I don't have a machine, lab, tank farm, test juice, or 50k lab budget to prove it to you..so no. Yes, I have made bio, and yes it met astm.
Yes, I have completed a processor, 2004, continuous flow, reacted juice in under one minute. Then I spent over a million dollars designing improvements. Did a study with Nasa's help even (google it) on the most efficient means to recover methanol. Built heterogeneous catalyst bed reactor for new catalyst technology. Hope your psycho alky with his ebay widow maker makes you rich.
In my opinion...Azziz is a psychotic alchoholic that has sold 4 billion shares of a pink sheet stock on 100 PR's that are pure bull. Fred is a long time partner in this scam going back to the wood days. Anyone that defends him and can't see the truth here is an idiot in my opinion.
They pulled down the old PR's..ha..found this though.
http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/amelot-holdings-c127722.html
They had a webcam feed on our shop, a regular updated BOM, and never once complained about the progress/status. They ran out of money, pure and simple. They lost Turning Mill, Allen Giles, and Azziz had nothing but a billion shares to sell. They went as far as to say it was being "burned in" being readied for commissioning while they knew it was a pile of parts still. Read those PR's, all pure bull.
Most of the parts were purchased, few if any from inventory. Engineering it is 90% of the labor, it was engineered (several times). I wasn't going to assemble it till I had all of the parts, a new contract formalizing our 6 months of email communication changing our scope. Anyone that wants to believe Amelot was a victim is in denial (and the red).
The have a byomatic 400 per PR's. Byomatic's website is down, my guess is they're out of business. The machine is not safe, does not meet safety codes, and is a million miles from making serious fuel. One call to the local fire marshall and he'd most likely pull the plug before it kills someone.
http://www.byodiesel.com/
I agree.
How would you know my intentions? Who are you? Call anyone in the petroleum equipment business for the last twenty years and ask them what kind of guy I am. You'd rather believe a pinky CEO with 6 years of lies, dreams, and scams under his belt. GLTY, you'll need it.
A 14k batch system with plastic tanks? No f'in way can it produce ASTM biodiesel. I wouldn't run it in a lawn mower.
You are being deceived by scam artists, just as i was. The diagram on Amelots website is their conception of what I was building. It's a multi-million dollar piece of equipment. What they have in Barbados cost 14k and is a joke in comparison. The fact they still have that diagram on their website should shine light on the type of people behind the curtain.
My guess is they are visiting BioKing which touts an algae producing machine and has for many many years, never seen it fly, googled them, found this.
http://algaelink-bioking-scam.blogspot.com/
This is my guess, glty.
7 Million in income projected..my favorite
http://www.amelotholdings.com/client/news_body.asp?id=119&page=3
They never once questioned my progress, never once!! They did give me a dozen broken promises on when they would pay me, never once held to them. I had a webcam on their pile of equipment, updated bills of material, etc they knew exactly every step of the way where I was at and what was holding up progress. The machine morphed from a 2MMGPY processor for Nashua to a 6 MMGPY processor they couldn't find a home for. The price also grew and they were a million miles from paying for it.
Thank you!
112 PR's, how many are true? what percent fly?
