They got into their first 6 stores in June, so I bet they sold at least 100 cans. That's over $100 in revenue!
I haven't bashed anything. I have said repeatedly that I hope that company is successful. You seem to confuse "reality" and "bashing."
Also - selling shares to put your product in a movie when nobody can buy your product yet is not going to do anything for the stock price. It's just bad business from an incompetent company. Much like what the Jennifer Lopez video "did" for the stock price.
Yes, T/A on a penny stock without any discussion of dilution or share structure - these guys sure know their stuff!
That's not their website (and you know this).
http://www.bebevco.com/
Did I say less than a week? I meant less than a day.
If you're in at .005 you've probably got less than a week left to get out green.
What, break into Daisy's house and steal bank statements? I couldn't possibly convince anyone - let Brian file a libel lawsuit against me if I'm making it up.
I'm not "bashing" the company by pointing out that the sales figures are exaggerated. I hope the company is successful. I'm the one who drove around taking pictures of product when they finally got it into a real store in June 2011.
About 5'9" or 5'10", few extra pounds, receding brown hair. Of course - there's a thousand pics and videos of him online so I'm not really sure what that question provides.
I don't know who they use for that, sorry.
Fact is I know the CEO and I've been to their various "offices," including the Ganassi race shop they didn't pay rent on and were evicted from.
No, we are not. The norm is have your financial statements reviewed by an independent accountant before you file your 10Q. In Pinksheets, this is not required.
I'm sorry you're hung up on the use of the phrase "audit." I'm using the dictionary definition - "An unbiased examination and evaluation of the financial statements of an organization."

His post was not based on facts, it was based on lies from the CEO.
My post is based on facts. The company did not have the sales they claimed to have.
"No company" is a bit broad. Any company who wants to validate their business does. Also, any company on the NYSE, NASDAQ or AMEX must have their financial statements reviewed by an independent accountant prior to filing their 10Q.
But Bebida won't have their quarterly (or annual) financials audited because the sales figures are fantasy. And sure, it's fraud - but when has that stopped any company Daisy Ramirez was involved in?
I don't suspect they had any reason to lie about their liabilities and I don't *know* their liabilities other than the lawsuits against BBDA and Daisy's race team. It is my opinion that there are other things besides sales figures and all that derives from them that are untrue, however I am *certain* that the sales figures and all that derives from them (which is nearly the entire document) are fabricated.
Yes, in their unaudited and mathematically incoherent financial statement they do claim to have posted a profitable quarter. Sadly, nearly the entire document is fabricated.
Fact: BBDA has never had a profitable quarter.
Problem #1 with your post: There is no profit. (Unless you count profit from selling shares.)
Post of the year.
Since the OS is unknown, the market cap is unknown. Whoever posted that is not the kind of person you should take advice from since they clearly don't understand Stock Market 101.
It's definitely her - they sold a lot of shares to buy that spot.
1. Nobody knows what the OS is.
2. That listed OS, share price and market cap wildly contradict each other.
There are multiple (someone was keeping a running count on here, I'm not sure the sum) lawsuits against Bebida/DRM for non-payment. I know that Felix Sabates is suing DRM for non-payment when they were "renting the race shop" and "using the second floor for Bebida offices" but kicked out for not paying rent.
There are other lawsuits out there for things that Bebida and/or Daisy Ramirez Motorsports has not paid for.
When Bebida was purchased, Piranha water was the only product. They still have some inventory that you can buy online, but they moved into relaxation drinks because the water category is so saturated (like energy drinks) it's impossible to penetrate.
As for why the website shows it - the same reason it shows Potencia, Koma Coffee and whatever else is not available - to market themselves as if they are more of a company than they really are at this point.
They do not sell water. The only thing they have available to sell is Koma Unwind.
It's not a big deal.
It would be a big deal if:
1. It actually happened
2. Bebida products then appeared on shelves in those 41 counties
3. They didn't dilute heavily into the news
It is absolutely *amazing* to me to see people fall for paid promotions over and over.
Uh, yes. I would hope that's clear to everyone.
I read: A small distributor in Michigan is allegedly (unlikely based on corporate history) going to sell Koma.
Why don't you call RC Bottling in Asheville and ask how many "thousands" of stores they service in rural Western NC?
"A fool and his money are soon parted."
Yes, that was a common joke. Clearly you miss lots of obvious cues.
Exaggerated PR + paid promoters + gagged TA + Brian Weber + company with financial trouble + high volume of buys + price not going up.
They ran it up to ~.01 and started diluting again. This isn't rocket surgery.
It tells you 'dilution.' The same thing it's been telling you for years.
Once again, you have no idea what you're talking about. Brian started diluting before YA Global deal was uncovered and he's diluting again behind a gagged transfer agent.
Good luck.
Read this post: I know the CEO. He "got them off his back" by essentially giving them a blank check. You have no idea what you're talking about.
I'm not begrudging you making money. Pump and dumps can be fun when you're part of the pump, if you're into making money in morally questionable manners.
It's just laughable that people show up, completely disregard history and believe that this company has been born again.
You should question anything that says an agreement has been reached to distribute to "thousands" of stores and then list rural counties in the Western NC mountains.
A: See Potencia PR
B: There aren't *thousands* of convenience stores in those counties
That's quite a bump for a PR about a distribution deal with a small distributor in rural western NC that supposedly was going to distribute Potencia and never did.
$124K is a fairly reasonable market cap for where they are right now, so it would probably be a safe investment except that they have to continue to dilute to address financial problems.
I believe that Brian is trying to build a legitimate business (successful enough to sponsor a race team). I would put him in the "ignorant" category much more than the "malicious" category, but I don't necessarily feel that way about everyone he's associated with.
We have mutual friends, that's how I got to know him. I'm fairly positive they know Brian from NASCAR. I watched the early energy he brought to the company just from being friends on Facebook and that's the main reason why I was an early investor in Bebida after he took over (though I sold long before the R/S).
From what I can gather: He had (has) no idea what he was (is) doing, he got suckered into business with Daisy, he got suckered into Bebida (and it's prior lawsuits) and he and Bebida are in serious financial trouble. Somehow, they've survived long enough to finally start getting placement in stores - even if it's just in NC so far, and that's a good thing.
The most distressing thing to me is the financial statements - I don't know if Brian is intentionally deceiving or actually doesn't know how much they've actually sold. Either way - that pretty much disqualifies you from being a competent CEO.
I just went to the Morrisville Eagle's to buy a can of Unwind per Olaf's request, but they were sold out. They were in a hanging rack again and this time priced at $1.99. They were in the cooler with the water and Starbucks coffee and energy drinks.
Clerk said they had more in the back and would restock them later today. I am having lunch over there again tomorrow so I can check on that.
*Note that I still think the company is a scam, which is why I'll find it even more impressive if they actually manage to sell an appreciable number of cans of Koma. As I've said before, I'm *certain* they have had almost no sales to date, so this is remarkable.
