You can look at it like this. the stock price is at rock bottom. Since Paivis doesn't have any money. What do you think the new CEO got paid in? Shares of the company. So what do you think he's going to try to do? Make the proce go up. That's why the advertising companies came into play. There will be more people come into this stock and bring the price up. If they actually go through with one thing the new CEO has said then we will get a good lil ride up. That's just my opinion. I may be wrong, or I may make a few $$$. Either way around I've lost my a$$ in Paivis over the last few years.
Well I just talked to Lawrence Sands about Paivis. One thing I wanted an answer to is why hasn't the investor relations line on Paivis site been updated. He said that they are looking at getting that set up to him so that he can talk to share holders directly. Another thing I talked to him about is providing some proof to share holders about what is going on. He said basically we will have proof once the merger takes place, and after the dividend. I told him I really hope that happens because in the last year nothing that has been said has actually happened. To me, and this is just me after talking to him several times now. I believe he want's to do something with this company. I don't know if you can take a company that's this bad though and make anything good of it. As long as he tries though. I'm going to stick this ride out.
I sure would like to hear something out of Paivis today. If we don't get any news by tomorrow I'll call Lawernce Sands.
Looks like someone is trying to hold the price down here selling 100 or 200 shares at .0003 and .0002
Other than that the buys are 5x more than the sells today.
After talking to him for about 20 minutes. He sounded like he really wants to do something with this company. I understand why he is dumping shares though. In order for them to make Paivis an actual company or a proffitable company which ever one you belive. They need money to make that happen.I personally doubled down my shares over the last few days. He didn't tell me anything he wasn't supposed to he just made me feel a lot better about where my lost share value is at. That's not his fault, but he want's to change the mess the previous management made. My only question is why try so hard to take over a run down company that is in debt as opposed to just starting up one on your own? Guess we will really know if Sands is true or not after the dividend.
Atleast they are trying to pump the stock. If the dividend actually goes through with no tricks or no "You have to pay $200.00 in fees," Then maybe this company can go somewhere. It really sounds like Sands the CEO has took this company that was a shell and is trying to make something of it, but like I told him over the phone. We have to have proof you are going to do what you say you are. If we don't have that then we are gone.
WOW! Someone dropped a load of shares a lil bit ago.
Looks like the volume has dried up. Wonder if the selling and dumping are over with?
Why are you so sure of this stock? Have you not seen broken promise after broken promise? Have you not looked at the long term charts? This thing has never been anything but a downward spiral.
Ever seen a delay from Paivis? LOL
Ya! If you look at the companys long run plan. It's a good idea to stay put. As long as we don't go bankrupt trying to hold on to this thing.
Thanks!
Anyone know what a Form T type buy is? Theres 2 of them today.
remember that Jim Carey movie Bruce All Mighty? LMAO
You may get your wish. Between this stock and PAVC and UYG I'm getting hammered today. Don't even know if I wanna put any more money in untill we find out if this is a depression.
There is always a chance now with Kwong gone.
Anyone else liking this new CEO more and more?
New management seems like they are a lot better than the previous. I think he's doing this to follow through and provide belief from the share holders.
So that means they have the money to do this right?
I told you guys I liked this new CEO.
I talked to Mr. Sands yesterday on the phone. I even told him about us and this board, and how all of the shareholders felt. One thing I asked him is to just be straight forward and honest with his share holders. Management in the past hasn't, and if he ever wants this company's share price to grow we have to have proof and be able to believe something when it is announced. Honestly! I have to say after talking to him yesterday I think I'm going to average down my share price while I still can. He sounded like he was really going to put some effort into this company. Just thought I would share this info with you guys since we have all been following this for well over a year together now.
Maybe the janitor from White Light?
Maybe if they tried to convince us of something that is actually possible, or go through with one thing they say. Maybe then they could get some belief out of people. Otherwise it's like the kid that cried wolf.

You hit the nail on the head. They day I can purchase a phone card online or in a store that Paivis has produced is the day I will bother to even try and average down my losses on this stock.
I want proof! An sec filing or something. Maybe even an actual product. Actual news of what is really going on with Trustcash would be very nice.
Go Paivis Go! Down 33%! I may have been wrong. Guess it's hard to make money if your not selling anything.
Well we got a new CEO on our hands that is atleast smart enough to be a law school grad., and so far he seems to be actually trying to accomplish something. Soon as we see some solid evidence of the actions he's taking then we might have a company. If we don't then my worthless shares will remain worthless.
I've been honest in what i've said, and I've been right about the last few things I've said is prob. going to happen. We all know it's a scam. Most pennie stocks are. That's why they are pennie stocks. You don't have to believe a word I say. That's your personal right, but since this is a discussion board I am allowed to post my thoughts.
Atleast this company has a website this time. http://whitelightcommunications.com
I tried the investor relations number, but it went straight to voicemail. I'm going to try again in the morning.
I knew they were going to start pumpin out PRs again since TCHH is too. Get ready for another ride folks. Just ride it back to the pennies.
It would be genious on Joes part to be buying back at these levels. I know i'm buying up all I can right now. A pinkie company that is actually making money doesn't stay a pinkie for long.
No! but I bet they come out with a new deal for $.05
Think about it. You know they are, but in the mean time there going to drive the price off the stock up. I'm cool with that!!!
I swear this is the time to buy. This scam is genious. This merger will go through. They've got to price drove down to nothing. Obviously they are buying since somone just bought 9 million shares last week. Then they are going to announce the merger again. Raise the price of the stock then unload. This is the prime time to join these scammers in making the money.
ha ha I'm psychic!
I know a run is coming.
From they way the two of them have been. I'd actually be surprised if they didn't announce something about the merger here soon. Sounds like Trustcash is trying to pump there stock again.
Who else would buy 9 million shares of Paivis? That's not your normal penny investor.
All I care is that this thing had some huge buys that brought this thing up 300%. Sounds like this might have been the plan all along. Scare every invester out of this thing. Then complete the merger for almost nothing.
