Money to launch and money to sustain are seperate issues. As it has been for 5 years for Nickolas et al, money will always be the issue ... never enough. Particularly in this environment. Sounds like the Four Tops "Same Old Song". Did Gia play Truth or Consequences and ask the real NUBVman to please standup at the meeting?? Haha. Is that the right show? At any rate GL Doc.
Got that right. GLTA!!!
LOL to you as well. Beware of the wolves in sheeps clothing. They are professional cons. Same BS just adifferent day.
It remains clearly obvious to me as it has been from the start. The con/scam is all about separating the investor from their $$$$$. Their charm and their ability to make the unreralsitic seem realistic is the key. I am with you ... they got me and my group. What Gia describes brings back the feelings and clarity of what happened to my group back in 2004/2005. Don't believe any of this for one second. The money they are talking is chump change to these guys, but they will never use their own money because this isn't real and have no intent of making money the real way ... U EARN IT. KJ the puppet was so quite because he is a con man in training. The con artists are the ones who dominate the conversation and direct it's course. Decide for yourselves, you all have been sufficiently forewarned. For me and The Captain it remains clearly obvious. It's absolutely amazint that NUBV Man has disappeared. He could bang the drum from China with no problem. He is conspicuous in his absence. No excuse in this time of need for unity.
10:00 am I believe.
You are my write in candidate this year!!! Tremendous leadership ... I am sure your company has a great culture and is very successful. GLTU
Thanks KEV ... keep up the great work. You are quite extraordinary!!!
Teddy, then these guys would really have a job, get dressed in the morning, go to work like most of us. For these guys stealing is a lot easier. They are professional con artists ... their track record proves it.
There is no way they will allow you to record the meeting because that could be used against them in a court of law. You would have documented all their lies. Use your Blackberry and record the meeting w/o their knowledge.
Believe me they will be charming, upbeat and very optimistic about the future. Wouldn't expect anything else from these guys. The truth and reality would be nice but that's not their MO. They will say whatever it takes to restore the investor confidence so they can continue to scam. At present, this stock is DOA. If they can't restore trading to generate $$$ you can guarantee a RS will transpire. IMO
Quite the contrary. These guys have no shame and will attempt to smooze and charm the shareholders. I know Nickolas and he is quite the charmer. Gia, i know you have forged a relationship with Steve, but be wary. He is a wolf in sheeps clothing.
Pepsi and Coke are really feeling the pain. See the PR below. Do we really think NUBV will launch anything ever? IMO - Never. The only thing RT has ever done is scam, scam, scam and scam again. I feel everyone's pain as I have already been scammed by these guys back in 2005.
PepsiCo to cut 3,300 jobs as 3Q net falls 9.6 percent.
On the front page of its Marketplace section, the Wall Street Journal (10/15, B1, McKay, Cordeiro, subscription required) reports, "A weak profit report from PepsiCo Inc. pushed down shares" of the company "and those of rival Coca-Cola Co. amid fears that the sputtering economy is cutting further into consumer purchases." Investors were also concerned "about the strengthening dollar, as both companies rely heavily on overseas sales." The Journal notes, "PepsiCo, the maker of Pepsi-Cola, Lay's potato chips and other beverages and snacks, reported a 9.6 percent decline in third-quarter net income." The company "also disclosed plans to cut costs by more than $1.2 billion over the next three years, and said it would reinvest most of the savings back into its businesses. The cuts include 3,300 jobs." The cuts "will result in a fourth-quarter pretax charges of $550 million to $600 million."
In addition, the AP (10/14, Tong) pointed out, PepsiCo plans call for closure of "'six plants.' ... The job cuts amount to roughly 1.8 percent of PepsiCo's global workforce of about 185,000 employees. The cuts will affect managerial and factory jobs both in and outside the U.S. Most will be eliminated in the coming months," according to CEO Richard Goodman.
Bloomberg News (10/15, Stanford) adds that "about 130 office workers at the Plano, Texas headquarters of PepsiCo's Frito-Lay Inc. division will lose their jobs this week, according to the Dallas Morning News." The "cuts overall at Frito-Lay will total 300" jobs, "including the closing of a Kettle chips plant in Canada, the newspaper said." PepsiCo "will use some of the savings to boost marketing of its beverages in North America, which make up a fourth of PepsiCo's annual revenue. Drink sales in the U.S. and Canada decreased three percent in the quarter."
In Chicago, where PepsiCo's "Gatorade, Tropicana, and Quaker Oats business units are headquartered," the company is cutting 120 jobs, according to the Chicago Tribune (10/15, Hughlett). "Together, those businesses employ 2,400 in Chicago, meaning Pepsi is cutting its area workforce by five percent."
AFP (10/14), Dow Jones Newswires (10/14, Cordeiro), and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution (10/14, Collier) also covered the story
Dude, I sense your extreme displeasure and I agree with you. Your anger comes through the screen. Did you see the naked short sell list The SEC published on SEP 19. Over 1000 stocks in total from NASDQ, NYSE and AMEX, unfortunately no pinkie list. The SEC has their hands full. The good news is the hits on NUBV.org indicates the FEDS have NUBV on the radar screen. These dogs will be put to justice it's just a matter of time. They can run but they cannot hide. Sounds like RT is trying to do just that. Here,s the link.

Reading my mind ... my thoughts exactly. Steve purportedly has invested over $5M over the years. I personally know that is BS. You would think the den of thiefs would personally back $150Gs if this really was a gold mine. That's why this is hog wash. Great read between the lines CAV!!! No smoke being blown up your skirt.
My intent is not to mock anyone or to gloat over the failure of this stock for the investors. I do have tremendous distain for Nickolas et al as my ripoff is real ... there may be some hope for the investment group, but IMO little to no is most likely. Once a crook always a crook. In fact, my intent has been to share my experience and knowledge about these dubious individuals. As reality has set in, the tone of this board has changed dramatically and I admire the groups call to action. There is very little tongue and cheek banter any longer. I truly wish all of you well. Sometimes life's lessons are painful.
Steve Nickolas is no different. He has registered at least 6 entities Impact Beverage Inc.,Enhanced Beverage, LLC,Fiture Beverage, XND Technologies, Another on May 28 to name a few. This is all a shell came my friend ... I have been posting that for months. For some hindsight is becoming 20/20.
Remember, I said I agreed with your opinion, but there is no definitive proof. IMO - They shorted this so much the actual valuation of the stock is .00001 not .0001.
Naked shorting is conjecture not fact on your part, but I share your opinion.
No one has a clear advantage in marketshare in the far east. The best opportunity for enhanced water outside of the US is China and India. They are malnurished in terms of Vitamins and minerals. The big boys like Coke Nestle Pepsi, etc all have less than 20% of the market; several companies from Europe make up the rest. How would these NUBV neophytes succeed? I'll give Steve credit as he is consistent with his MO. What has been posted on the board to and by others has not changed in years. He has been lined up with Walgreens, Walmart and 7/11 for years, but never has delivered.
They don't own the patent. Steve's other company does. See my previous post.
The time limit became moot when NUBV acquired XND. Neither entity owns the patent. The patent is owned by Steves other company Impact Beverage, Inc that fully owns Enhance Beverage LLC. Steve is listed as an inventor and can practice the patent anywhere and at anytime. NUBV is just a marketing shell for Pinkie $$$$.
Steve has always been able to launch the water on his own through his numerous other entities, but he has no capital and has burnt many bridges with supply chain. He hitched his wagon to NUBV for Pinkie Investor monies with no success. Taking his patent and moving on is not an option for success. Be careful of private investment with this guy. He will take your money and run with no return to the investor. I know this firsthanded.
It's not practical to ship finished bottled water overseas. The cost of distribution is huge. You produce close to the market. Japan is totally bogus IMO.
Hello Sir, Check out Friedman. He was supposed to be the bottling connection as told to me by Coolhand Luke Zouvas.
You will see how difficult this will be to nail these guys even with NUBV.ORG. Go KEVINNYC!!!
Now today's news isn't funny. This Deja Vous my friend. This is what Nickolas did in 04-05 and bombed ... no pun intended. He mfg. his first container of Quench water for the Japanese and it exploded in the container while in transit. The Japanese our very familiar with the dubious one, Mr Nickolas.
Kevin, I have been trying to tell you the details re: Nickolas and XND and all his other bogus companies for months. Getting approved in Japan for nutritional products is extremely stringent, time consuming, expensive and certainly will not happen in the next 6 months. They are much more stringent than the FDA particularly when it comes to making claims. The government conducts all the testing and will require numerous tests to validate nutritionals. All of this is not possible basis no finalized products, process, etc. even for the US market. Last time Nickolas tried in Japan with Quench the water exploded in it's bottles before the product reached port due to microbial growth. This is a stall tactic. This is deja vous from my perspective. As I stated in many posts ... the leopard doesn't change it's spots. Go NUBV.org. I am talking with my colleagues regarding your site. I will have Andrew Stewart contact you and give you the entire history as he is the true scientific inventor of the patent and technology. Nickolas knows nothing. Remember he is a political science major not a scientist that translates into LIAR (Spin Meister). Their MO is consistent and continues to play out once again. HAPPY TO SEE THE BOARD HAS SEEN THROUGH THE BS. GO NUBV.ORG. TAKE THEM DOWN, FINALLY!!!
I am not going to post my certificates of ownership or my cashiers check or my signed agreement with Steve thank you very much. Gia, When you invest with the charming baritoned voiced Giant of a Guy well over 6'6", and end up with nothing then you will believe and remember canplay forever.
It has been for months ... I started in March. There have been many that have come and gone as well.
Brasco that's funny try this one ... Ken Jones reportedly has heart attack and the NUBV share price briefly rose to .001 before falling back to value of .00001
They have a file on him with numerous complaints ... he is under watchful eye. He is just under the radar so he is tough to prosecute and nail down, but we are working at it. If you guys are able to prove this is a scam and go to the FBI in Phoenix as a unified front that would be the straw that broke the camels back.
Three of us invested 150 total I have the stock certificates of a shell not that all different than you. Mine is 5% ownership in the company that owns the patent and you own publicly traded pinky that is still worth nothing. Steve scams private investors and pinky scams you. That's their MO!!!
Glad I can help. Forewarned is forearmed.
Just sharing my personal business dealings with Mr. Nickolas. Andrew Stewart the actual sientific inventor of the products and patent is a personal friend of mine and that's how I was introduced to Nickolas.
That's Steve's scam. They need money for the capitalization of the process as that isn't complete, but more importantly they have no contracts or agreements to manufacture, distribute and market the product.
He is the only company employee so he actually pays himself with investor money and provides no return to investor. It's a one person shell. He is on file at the Phoenix FBI office. Just call and place complaint if you so desire. My attorney in Phoenix has been working this for sometime.
Just visited the site. It's pure genious and yes I will join when I get back off the road.
Steve has been trying since 2003 with company after company. He gets investor for 150 Gs absconds with the money and starts a new entity. Be careful my friend.
Be careful Kevin. You are absolutely right. My investor friends invested in Impact Beverage Inc. in 2003 to the tune of $150 Gs. That is Steve's magic number. Called back to me in 6 months asking to help him raise an additional $800 Gs. I became immediately suspicious only to discover he took the $150 Gs to pay of the second mortgage on his million dollar home. Steve is broke!!! He survives by scamming folks like Gia. Don't mistake his charm and words as genuine.
Be careful with private investment with Steve. I invested over $60,000 in Impact Beverage Inc / Enhanced Beverage in 2003 and haven't seen it since.
