Kevin, I have been trying to tell you the details re: Nickolas and XND and all his other bogus companies for months. Getting approved in Japan for nutritional products is extremely stringent, time consuming, expensive and certainly will not happen in the next 6 months. They are much more stringent than the FDA particularly when it comes to making claims. The government conducts all the testing and will require numerous tests to validate nutritionals. All of this is not possible basis no finalized products, process, etc. even for the US market. Last time Nickolas tried in Japan with Quench the water exploded in it's bottles before the product reached port due to microbial growth. This is a stall tactic. This is deja vous from my perspective. As I stated in many posts ... the leopard doesn't change it's spots. Go NUBV.org. I am talking with my colleagues regarding your site. I will have Andrew Stewart contact you and give you the entire history as he is the true scientific inventor of the patent and technology. Nickolas knows nothing.
