I dont know, im pretty ignorant on the topic too, but my take was that if the stock was under .10 and non-current with filings then it would be very expensive to trade through that specific clearing agency.

It makes me wonder if we will be safe afterall once/if they finally update the financials (in november per my guess)

Common practice in penny-land, and with 1B A/S its something I'm expecting. Hopefully it wont be any more than a 10:1 which would leave us with AS of 100M. For most of us who have been accumulating over the years we'll still be sitting pretty well.

The lower A/S would make it more appealing for buyers as well as potential partners. Ill gladly cut my share count in half if it meant that the potential for it to go over $10 a share exists.

No, I'm not stating that. You're being over analytical again. Releasing financials does not mean they're going to aggressively promote the stock. It just means they're back up to date. Once they're established is when we'll see the turnaround in investor relations. Since you will no doubt ask "when do you think that will be?". I'll go ahead and say I hav no friggin clue about that.

I just wanna see the numbers first.

(how much time is the question of course) I have a lot of confidence that we will see financials in November at some point, even if my guess is wrong.

I've stated that they're going to make a production about being debt free and established. Building a brand is only part of it. Being truly established is what they are trying to do. Once that comes to be we will see the rise that we've been hoping for.

This is a good product, the company is following its gameplan, and they arent dumping into us. Any drops in the price are due to us shareholders. And frankly I think the reason we never really saw the huge pop back in february is because a certain mod (who is no longer with us) was dumping into the momentum. There's nothing wrong with that, life forces you to make some tough decisions.

Hopefully the share structure will get adjusted, who knows, maybe a buyout or major deal with some major chains. I havent sold a share and have no intent to do so.

Get lost. The company isn't going private as they've stated multiple times. Youve been here for 2 years, have 16 posts, between two boards and nothing you say has or could be confirmed.

If anything, if the stock does fall off in the meantime, the best we can do is wait for them to become current again and if a chill were put into place, wait for it to be lifted.

They're using their own money for this so really, the pressure is on them to appease us as it would be if they were diluting into us like the majority of the scam stocks on this board would.
