2 signed contract PR's in 3 days, which translates to dollars. Soon the .07's I bought this morning will look like a super bargain!!!! Giddyup!!!!!!!
This is a little known stock. Like I keep saying, it may take a few days for all the PR's to sink in, but this is ready to go. Super Low Float and it moves on air........we should be ready for our return to above .10 and on our way to .20 .
I think CPSZ will be on a little roll by the weekend. I think we will start seeing some more action today and tomorrow.
trying to buy at the ask, not filling
LOL, does he really call you "Surfkast"?
Surf, this seems to be one of those slow rolling stocks that not a lot of people are paying attention to. It seems like it takes a day or two for anybody to notice and then a little run. Remember the days right before CIRT ran big....took a few days for the PR to sink in then as well. It is coming..........
I am assuming they are talking about the entire account. If so, I do not believe that they can have all kiosks installed into the "over 100 facitlities" in just 3 years. So the $250,000 number may be very very conservative.
What I want to know is what is the expected yearly revenue once all kiosks are in place under this service agreement?
Or yearly per prison average.
QUESTION? Is the $250,000 expected 3 year revenue from the one prison or the entire account?
FRESNO, Calif., Aug. 26, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Continental Prison Systems, Inc. (Other OTC:CPSZ.PK - News), a leader in prison kiosk technology that streamlines the inmate release process and a growing provider of the cost-reducing process for loading funds onto an inmate's account over the internet or through a kiosk, announced today that the EZ Kiosk and EZ Card divisions of Continental Prison Systems, Inc. have successfully completed and signed a service agreement with a major Southern-based Food Concessions company currently serving over 100 prison facilities.
Ron Hodge, President and CEO of Continental Prison Systems, Inc., stated, ``This agreement will allow our EZ divisions to begin installing EZ Card and EZ kiosks in several of the Food Service provider's accounts. The first facility chosen to be installed was a 245-bed facility in TN. The financial services revenue from the initial three-year term is expected to exceed $250,000.00.''
Its gonna run, however, I am still waiting for funds to clear to get more before it does!!!
I have to figure out how to squeeze some money out of somewhere to buy some more of this before that happens. We will never see this level again very shortly!
Once these installations happen, CPSZ will be (in the words of Captain Lou Albano) often imitated never duplicated by other start ups and even bigger companies trying to get in on the action.
Best to be on the forefront of this.
Prison/Kiosk are a natural progression of modern banking techniques as they work there fingers into an "unbanked" portion of US Money.
Once they PR installations....Game Over. We will be off and running.
This system cuts costs, reduces paperwork and work load for prisons.
BENEFITS TO FACILITIES:
-No more checks issued to inmates upon release. Simply load inmates remaining funds directly onto the debit card via the internet
-Conservative estimates state paper checks cost facilities $1.35 per check. NILSON REPORT
-More than 4 million checks are lost each year. AMERICAN PAYROLL ASSOCIATION
-Lost checks cost about $12 per check. AMERICAN PAYROLL ASSOCIATION
-Extra time for staff members to perform other duties which saves the facility money
-Helping inmates get a fresh start with the debit MC will help with public relations
-Help re-integrate inmates into society
-Profit sharing possibilities
Yep fudge,
The change on the Realm website of "Closing Scheduled", the email to cep from Carol stating they are moving as fast as they can on the Phase II funding and Carol's last interview...
would leave me to believe on Sept. 7 they will be announcing the purchase of the 1300 N. office building. IMO

I have a question about this potential buyback scenario.
IF, CIRT is buying back shares, are these shares permanantly retired OR can the re-dilute with the shares they "bought back"?(at a later date, once the pps is higher)
Well....heres the deal.....they are loading the money onto the kiosk, CPSZ has contol of these funds and should be getting interest somewhere on the money being held. Also, once the prisoner is released, he now has a familiarity with CPSZ and may be more inclined to bank with them in some fashion, if not for ease if not anything else.
Card/Kiosk/Prisons.......SLAM DUNK
Thank you Surf...........you know.....the card/kiosk idea is going to be in the prison system sooner or later.........might as well be on the forefront of the movement!!!!
This idea makes sense and it is extremely logical.
In reality, they have figured out a way to "bank" of portion of the 20% of US lower-income households money.
Are we in the middle of a start up bank somewhere in this???

Deposit funds from newly booked inmates into EZ's booking kiosk
Booking a new inmate into the facility currently requires all monies to be counted and recounted several times. With EZ's booking kiosk, faculty personnel will deposit all cash and coin into EZ's booking kiosk. The kiosk will print out a receipt with the total amount deposited into the kiosk. Using a web interface, a report is instantly generated and funds can be directly deposited into the inmate's trust account.
Upon release, this can be as little as a few hours, the facility can load the trust account funds directly onto EZ's exit card instead of having to write a check. The exit card which is a pin-based debit card will have the funds immediately available for withdrawal from over 900,000 ATM's nationwide.
An interactive pin program for parolees to pay restitution remotely
The EZ Card and Kiosk pin loading program can simplify your facility’s ability to load money accounts and creates an interactive pin program for parolees to pay restitution remotely.
Family can give an inmate funds using our kiosk
Upon visiting a facility, family members can replenish an inmate’s account by utilizing one of our EZ load kiosks available in your prison lobby. EZ offers FREE kiosk to facilities so funds can be loaded to the inmate’s account using a credit card or cash. Currently a family member can only use cash that must be handled and accounted for by a facility staff person.
The EZ Card and Kiosk pin loading program can simplify your facility’s ability to load money accounts and creates an interactive pin program for parolees to pay restitution remotely.
Allow individual to bail themselves using a credit card
EZ CARD & KIOSK (with zero cost to the facility) will install a kiosk in the booking department of your facility. The newly booked individual can go to the kiosk and use his/her credit or debit card, and enter the proper information though our interactive touch screen kiosk.
When the credit card is authorized a receipt will print with the facility name, amount of transaction, date/time stamp and a 7% transaction fee. EZ CARD & KIOSK guarantee’s those funds and the facility has zero liability.
A back up record is created and stored on a secure FTP site that is accessible with a user name and password in case of a lost or stolen receipt or a malfunction of the kiosk printer.
If an inmate has no debit or credit card or his/her credit limit is insufficient to bail out, he/she can use a family or friends credit or debit card, enter all the information required into the kiosk and still bail out.
The only requirements are a DSL line and a electrical outlet to the kiosk.
Load inmate's remaining account funds on a debit card
Upon release, facilities turn over the inmate’s account balance to the inmate by preparing a facility check. Facility manpower is required to prepare the check and to keep track of the many un-cashed checks as part of the monthly bank account reconciliation. Many checks are never cashed either because of the small amount of the check or the fact that the check has the facility logo on it. Under State escheat laws, any un-claimed funds are turned over to the State government. This process puts a tremendous manpower burden on all levels of your facility.
EZ’s solution is to offer your facility the ability to load inmate account funds onto a pin based debit card. Upon leaving the facility, the inmate’s remaining funds in his account will be transferred to a card by a facility staff person using our web based interface. At the end of the day, facility personnel will be able to view and print out a summary of the funds loaded for that day. The loaded funds will be ACH’ed (removed from the facilities bank account) that evening. The facility can reconcile the funds ACH’ed against the funds previously loaded by using the reports available on our web site. The card holder can access his funds via any of the over 900,000 ATM’s located in the US or via a pin based POS (point of sale) transaction in a retail establishment.
EZ can supply ATM services so inmates have access to money immediately after being released with EZ's exit card.
They have a corporate office in every location where they are planning at having a kiosk. I see there is a corporate office in Hawaii.....maybe we will see some action there too.

nice correction fudge, thanks
quite a spread this morning, .02 x .06
You are the man!!!!
IMO-Based on an email from Carol to cep, post #75869 and Carol's last interview, I would think that they will be announcing the completion of the Phase II financing and the completion of the office building deal. Also they may wait until then to announce the completion of 2007 Audited Financials.
A puchase of the office building would put a stamp of legitimacy on this whole ball of wax.
Because of lack of movement, I can see how some can categorize HCPC as a scam. However, there are other facts.......of which....Libra just spoke of.
If HCPC is a scam, why in the world is Jim Aspinwall involved in this. Looks like to me, with his resume, he could write his own ticket anywhere.

Any ol' fluff PR will send this above .10, solid news .20, installations and future prospects <.25.
Lets go CPSZ....NEWS, NEWS, NEWS, NEWS.......
We need a celebrity spokes person. If Oprah can't do it, maybe we can get Kirstie Ally, she is done with Weight Watcher's and has gained weight AND is looking at startin her own dieting thing. OR we can get Carnie Wilson, she is always looking at loosing weight.
Sounds like Wayne is trying to market this through "educational/scientific" means.
IMO- Once clinical trials are produced with positive results, cost of unit is addressed through new U.S. manufacturing site, use the tried and true marketing method of brainwashing predisposed consumers with a shiney trinket and a big name..............works all the time.
I would love to hear news of completed installations. That would be HUGEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!
Wow, a little action today.
With expected news, should be an easy 3-4 bagger plus!!!
LOL..........Can't get a little and Can't get enough
Isn't the show in December???
http://www.anti-agingevents.com/lasvegas/
I would rather have the results in September
From May PR..........
LAS VEGAS, May 28, 2008 (PrimeNewswire via COMTEX) -- ........................................................................
Wayne Bailey, President and CEO of Cardio Infrared Technologies, Inc. further commented,"The preliminary results from the Clinical Trials are very encouraging and have resulted in an expansion of clinical trials to include additional health aspects that were not included in the original clinical trial outline. This expansion is a very exciting development for the future of the Cardio-Cor unit because it will expand the market and improve the demand for the units not only this year but for many years to come., Many shareholders of Cardio Infrared Technologies, Inc. are professional health care providers and they have recognized the benefits of using infrared technology for healing and are eagerly awaiting the final results of the Clinical trials."
Clinical Trials are expected to be completed in late 3rd Q.
THEY HAVE BEEN POINTING TO SEPTEMBER FOR A LONG TIME....LETS JUST HOPE THE TIMELINE HOLDS!
There is one sure way to get FDA approval....have somebody on the advisory comittees that has an affiliation CIRT via research grants, stock ownership and consulting fees. ........like 50 percent of new drugs that get approved
I emailed CPSZ a few days ago about this issue. I received a the standard reply, so I don't know if they are addressing the issue. The Caveat Emptor has been on Pink Sheets since about .13 or so, and has not been good for us.
WOW.........that's crazy
That is very interesting info!!!!
