This was the 1st serious penny for both of us, but if you 'play them right'.....they pay just as good as any other. I still think there is life here only because there has been absolutely "nill" from the CEO..........not even a P&D, reverse, PR; just nothing! Holding tight, but wish they'd give this a bid, so I could take advantage of the price. Would be nice to sell into any news- (right).

I personally believe all are here or there like me on other boards for the time. I've research, but there's nothing to post. I check ever so often to verify the "Cenmere & Titlemaatch sites" are still up- just made since to shut everything down till 09' pending any new developements. Still have my 1.9 million. Actually I intended to stock up some more since a mil' is going for $100, but without a bid price the order can't execute (scottrade)!!!

Anyway best to all, but (JMO) the new CEO is holding the company for either new or old management to return- if/when anything new kicks off?????

I had to call it in over the phone w/Scottrade since online buying was blocked, but they gave me the online buy rate

$700 bucks = got 500 preferreds and 1800 commons, a small sacrafice in hopes of a payout on this one?!... well worth it.

Yep', seems the best interest to creditors was not a consideration, which again would have been more $ and may have salvaged a few more retirement plans? All the financials are a mess right now- ,but of all of them; Lehman is said to have the most amount of the debt on its books (an understatment from the amount I've seen posted and PR'd), hundred of billions???!!!

So I'm just wondering what assets there could possibly be to off set the liabilities for the commons to have a reasonable chance at anything- not to mention Chapter 7 doesn't vouche well for any chance???? (JMHO), I'd just play commons for the bounce?

I'm not the brightest bulb when it comes to "Q" stocks, but Creditors get paid first in liquidation (chapter 7) and then what is left over goes to any junior debt owed, then preferreds in ranked order. If any thing is left that would go to commons and decide the pps per the outstanding stock.

From what I've come to know is that commons only get paid the remainder once the other are paid in full, but in BK Court the Judge and behind the door haggling could lead to almost anything you could imagine. I'm only in Wampq, but I follow all the financial "Q's".

Basically the less money to trickle down, lowers the amount if anything the commons will get.

Federal judge Maria Servini de Cubria issued warrants for the bankers after they failed to appear at hearing where they had been called to testify about the charges.

I agree Ted' and yes I've grown in wisdom when dealing with the risky variable that come with playing a pinky/penny stock. These fundamentals are strong, the price is right, excellent model and 'NO' toxic financing! (JMO), but lets make some money- no one said trying to get rich was easy.

I've not bought FNM or FRE, but I've been flipping LEHMQ and will continue up until "Oct. 2nd" rolls around and the Shorting ban expires/gets another extention- which I hope??

Also managed to get just short of 200K of Ted's WNYN as well, so the baskets more diverse now than when I was mainly focused on PCLI- although I still buy 10-30K here and there to get to my 2m mark. Scottrade gave me the excuse that since its a volatile stock in the way that it trade that I have too make my orders over the phone, yet they'll give me the internet rate????? Didnt' make sense to me.... Anyway!

Go PCLI, hopefully in 09' if not sooner!
