That was Joe's plan from the start - remember "qasp is toast" is a direct quote from our faux CEO. Also if Jeff was still CEO, Centacom would have been brought into the QASP fold and quite possibly MS as well by now. Joe, however, couldn't risk that happening because of his off shore buddies so he jumped in to trash it. He'll get his just deserves sooner or later...
Makamai
A BIG AMEN to that Bruce - Anyone who believes one solitary word out of Joe Con's mouth deserves what they get. As much as Joe might want a relationship w/Centacom - IT AIN'T A GONNA HAPPEN EVER - PERIOD. EXCLAMATION POINT! The only conversation that Jeff and James will entertain where Joe is concerned, is when Joe says "I give up" and returns the reigns of QASP CEO to its rightful CEO Jeff. Nothing short of that is or will be acceptable.

So Dean is going to cover Joe's legal bills so Joe can sue Dean....tell me another funny story...Joe's NRs are just for show, and we all know they lack real intent.

Hummmm...So Dean is going to cover Joe's legal bills so Joe can sue Dean....tell me another funny story...Joe's NRs are just for show, and lack real intent.

Brit - there are those on this board that don't want to be confused with the facts so its really pointless the provide them with any. Nice to see updated TA on that site showing the 151M decrease in O/S along with all the updated company info.
Makamai
Standard disclaimer - so your point is??????
Makamai
The Pink Sheets certainly thinks NHSH under Centacom is legal with all the company information posted...

It's obvious we agree to disagree on this issue. It also seems to me that you are so hung up on the "accounting" aspects of a donation, that you have lost sight of the spirit in which a donation is given in the first place...
Have a great day,
Makamai
There was no nonsense about that post - it was bang on....And then there are those who can't see the forest for the trees and their cup is always half empty. That's their choice. For the rest of us, in addition to the educational aspects that Kendrick likes about Centacom, no amount of money can buy the kind of international humanitarian good will that being associated with Mineseekers primary focus of clearing mines to save human life and limb, as well as restore land to productive use will bring in return to Centacom. Stay tuned, this show has barely gotten off the ground. I consider this opportunity as a poor mans IPO and I fully expect to see this stock on a major exchange some day in the not too distant future.
Makamai
Tex, when you donate to Salvation Army, Big Brothers, Heart Association, Kidney Foundation, MS, etc., etc...do you expect an itemized accounting of what they did with your money and/or household donations - NO! A donation is a donation is a donation is a tax right off and is personal/private and no one's business but the donor's!! Bruce has told us what the money will be used for - to help Jeff with legal expenses. Either you believe him or you don't. Will it expedite the swap through another avenue other than Judge Taylor - lets hope so but as you know, the only two things guaranteed in life are death and taxes. Irrespective of what its used for, we have Jeff and James word that there will be a share exchange. That's good enough for me. Jeff has fought long and hard for the QASP shareholders. I for one really appreciate that assistance and what he has been able to put together under NHSH. If I can help him in some small way when he needs it prior to NHSH becoming a power house and rewarding us all - I'm more than glad to do it...
Have a great weekend,
Makamai
The long and the short of it is let your conscience be your guide. If you believe that Jeff has taken a hopeless situation and turned it around at considerable time and expense to himself and his family, and could use a little monetary assistance as a small gesture of our appreciation, go for it. It's that simple.
Makamai
Looks like things are slowly moving forward albeit at a snails pace.
Makamai
"I will use the money that people want me to give Jeff to buy NHSH at these levels instead." Somehow that statement just reinforces what I said about givers and takers. And yes I have spoken with Jeff on more than one occasion and found him to be very concerned about providing shareholders some value in QASP and taking former management to task for the screwing that they gave us. I feel privileged that in his hour of need, that I have been able to help in some small way...and I hope I get the chance in the future to personally thank him for his efforts.
Makamai
You are coming through loud and clear SF - and a bit ungrateful too I might add - not to mention your tirade of a couple weeks ago calling Jeff every name in the books. Jeff took over the helm at QASP about 9 months ago. Do you think he was ever paid for his efforts? Of course not - although there was an agreement with Dean that he was supposed to be. Just how long could you go absorbing bills with no income, especially lawyers bills. Just how long would you make it on promises to pay when bill collectors start knocking on your door. I think you would have a hard time convincing them that you won't be able to pay them for about six months or so until after the restrictions on your shares are lifted. However, I bet when it comes time to swap shares that you will be one of the first to stick your hand out for your shares. I just hope most folks can be a little more appreciative than you are coming across and do the right thing. I already have...
Makamai
Amen to that Bruce. Too bad there are so many takers and few givers out there. There have been a lot of talkers, whiners and complainers over how Dean et al screwed them out of big bucks by false claims of financing and mergers. However when it comes to helping out the only guy who has gone to bat for us for the last 9 months, put together a successful merger despite all the flack he has taken, has put together an agreement with Mineseeker which is the main reason most bought QASP in the first place, they clam up fast and seem to disappear. Go figure!!!

I live on Oahu, west of Honolulu in Kapolei.
Well Cat, as long as the Gecko's here in Hawaii can still change color, were good (lol). Great wx as always - been a little windy but the trade winds just keep us cool. And yes, our country does have its issues, but I can't think of any other country I'd rather live in. Hoping that Bruce can make our week this week with some encouraging news....Have a great day...
Makamai
Looking forward to an update Bruce, as I know many others are when you have something to pass on. Just hard to get a stock word in edgewise here with all the heated political debate going on, so please be persistent...
Makamai
Art - did you ask the clerk for the "just plain English" version (lol)
Makamai
Cat - with our Faux CEO Joe Con-us at the helm, it mine as well be haulted since he has been very quick to shoot down any sort of revenue producing source or agreement that has come along.
Makamai
I guess it goes without saying that our present faux CEO Joe Con-us hasn't set foot in the QASP facilities as well...
Makamai
The only thing "positive" Joe has done is lined his own pockets at others expense. The "con" in Conouse is well suited. You have to understand that there is only one reason Joe has attempted to get rid of Jeff - MONEY, and not the paultry 150G's he has mentiond, but the money he hopes to gain by "cellar boxing" this stock. The following from CAT's post shows Joe's true colors "breach of contract; fraud; negligent misrepresentation; misfeasance; malfeasance, and breaches of fiduciary duties; unjust enrichment, restitution, and disgorgement; fraudulent conveyance; indemnification; tortious interference with contracts; conversion; violations of the Georgia Securities Act of 1973; violations of the Georgia Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, OCGA § 16-14-1 et seq.; civil conspiracy; personal liability and alter ego; and has pled entitlement to punitive damages and attorney fees. IV. Analysis"
... need I say more...
Makamai
For a company that you claim hasn't "officially" merged with NHSH yet, means that the OTC Markets must have it all wrong then... including the Centacom logo alongside the present company name, share structure, Business description, financial reporting/disclosures, company officers, directors, etc, etc, etc.

Excellent points GF which Anvil chooses to ignore. The "Public" company fins for the company's 2nd quarter (first public quarter) ending 30 June 2011 should be released by mid August in the form of a 10Q. In the mean time, the company is in the process of an audited review of 2009 and 2010 fins in order to file an 8K update which would include a name and symbol change for the stock.

Gim - I'd say its kind of hard for Joe to say something bad about his partner Deano, when you are partners in crime in other ventures as well and expecting Deano to pay your legal fees at QASP shareholders expense.
Well chief, since you seem to always be a doubting Thomas, my best answer to you is just wait and see for yourself as the business plan unfolds.
Makamai
GimMee - As Mike Kendrick mentioned in his CC and in past news releases, "currently it can cost up to over $1 million dollars per square kilometer to clear to declare an area landmine free. We will be able to survey a square kilometer at a fraction of that price -- delivering a healthy profit for our investors while fulfilling a massive need. The landmine problem is a man made disaster. Now we have a man made solution."
Now you ask yourself, who is going to pay for the surveys - well in addition to the governments of the contries involved, the United Nations is expected to play a significant role. Also private land owners who own large land areas would jump at the opportunity to clear land they own from any land mine risk so that it can be utilized and/or developed in one way or another. There have been reported to be around 90 countries that can use this service which is why Kendrick refers to it as "a massive need" above. For a company that can do this job efficiently, the profit potential is huge IMO.

Hey LJ - a company whose primary focus is to provide.." a foundation to bring value to shareholders on both a short term and long term basis..." Someone has finally got it right for a change and is actually thinking about the shareholders vice their own pockets - what a novel idea
Makamai
Mineseeker is the reason most folks invested in QASP - FINALLY we have a chance to be part of that reality run by a management TEAM we can trust....What a breath of fresh air...
Makamai
TOTALLY AWESOME NEWS - MS AND CENTACOM ON THE SAME TEAM.
Makamai
Aloha T - Good to see you back and hope all is well once again. Lots of drama going on here as well, but cooler heads have once again prevailed. JC up to his usual but what else is new (lol). It's upward and onward from here bro, and did I say its good to have you back in the mix...
Makamai
Tomorrow is the last day of the Centacom's 2nd quarter. They have 45 days to file their second quarter 10Q (first quarter as a public company) which we should see by mid August. That could reflect some of their pre sales efforts in Miami.
Makamai
SF - did you really expect anything intelligent to come flying off his forked tong in the first place. He's been caught with his pants down so many times he's lost them already....
Makamai
Of course your buddy Joe needs time to edit it first to make himself look pretty....and you can stick that in your bank too!!
Makamai
Tex - it will be interesting to see how Jeff/Owens translate 20 to 22% of the company into QASPERS shares following retirement of Owens 450M, which at that point would leave the O/S and Float at about 50M. It all depends on what the A/S will be set at and how many shares will be taken out of retirement to cover that obligation.
Surf - there was no indication what the A/S would be if they retire/convert to preferreds the 450M prior to participation by the QASP shareholders. They also just retired 151M, but some could be reinstated. Time will tell.
Makamai
DH - That documents how Joe once again has seriously breached his fiduciary responsibility to the Quasar shareholders, as self appointed CEO and should be fired immediately. However since he conducts his BOD meetings in front of the mirror as Deano taught him to do, I guess we just have to wait for the judge to shut him up by locking him up, and the sooner the better.
Makamai
Another promise fulfilled DB - Current O/S is now 499,855,401. This is a FACT from the TA. As Owens promised 151M have been retired. NHSH management walks the talk.
