I remember hearing "WACO" before a couple of years ago and I found it with the help of google. On the bottom of page 22 of Part 2 "Other Information" of their FORM 10-QSB.
ITEM 2. UNREGISTERED SALES OF EQUITY SECURITIES AND USE OF PROCEEDS
(a) In February 2005, we issued 17,100,000 shares of common stock which were not registered under the Securities Act of 1933 (the "Act") to Waco Capital Management for settlement of a previous lawsuit with Equity Growth & Management, both of which have the same beneficial owner. The Company claims an exemption from registration afforded by Section 4(2) of the Act since the foregoing issuance did not involve a public offering, the recipient had access to information that would be included in a registration statement, took the shares for investment and not resale and the Company took appropriate measures to restrict transfer. No underwriters or agents were involved in the foregoing issuances and no underwriting discounts were paid by the Company.
I'm actually speechless. Damn. What's next? Nanotechnology!
Wow.
You can't make this stuff up. STEM CELLS!?!?!?!?!

I E-mailed the company with some questions yesterday and received an answer today regarding inside ownership and O/S. Christina answered my E-mail. She said that as of 3/31, management held approximately 5% of shares. AT the end of the first quarter, there were 85,273,066 outstanding shares.

Great find. I'm buying as much as I can. Trying to free up money by either taking profits from other positions or selling out in stagnated positions.
Hold on for the ride. Actually, not yet, not fully loaded yet.

Hello everybody,
Great board, very helpful discussions!
Just bought in with my first block yesterday at .041. Did my own DD and listened to CCs, concluded that I have to start loading up ASAP. Especially with yesterday's PR.

Ameritrade never had an 'E'. In fact, I entered FLIPE and Ameritrade said that it was an invalid symbol. The only site that had and still does have an 'E' is Yahoo. I just checked a couple of minutes ago. Doesn't really make a difference, as long as the trading sites have the correct symbol.
Have a good evening everyone.
The Seed
Hope everyone had a great holiday.
According to Yahoo, we still have the 'e' and Ameritrade has no 'e'.
The Seed
'hour' should be 'hours'
I have had a buy in at .0016 for a couple of hour now. I moved it up from .0015 and still nothing. I think the "E" is screwing everything up today.
Have to get by my buy at .0015 first. Yahoo has us as FLIPE. My Ameritrade still has the symbol as FLIP. Can we still buy under FLIP?? Ameritrade does not recognize FLIPE. Did we file for an extension? If yes, for what? Don't have a lot of time during the day today to research this. Thanks for any help.

I bought at .0017. Someone else bought it up to .002. Not that I am complaining. I didn't expect it to end at 2 today. I wanted .0016, but I raised it to .0017 and I eventually got all the shares I wanted, but not above .0017.
Gotta go and eat dinner with my family. I'll be reading tomorrow here and there, maybe post once or twice, but I am done buying for now.
The Seed
Sorry about that. I have had very good luck in the past five years going with my gut feeling and some DD.
I think this is an unbelieveable PPS for a growing profitable company with a spin-off coming, possible share buyback, the CEO has committed to buy more, sales going from 7M in 2007 to over 20M in 2008.
If it goes lower (triple 0s), I will double down again!
Hopefully I won't be wrong this time.
The Seed
I still believe we have seen the bottom. There are more buyers end-of-day yesterday and today. I doubled my position with fills at .0017 today.

.002! I think I missed the bottom. Should have bought at .0015, but I was too afraid of triple 000s.
The Seed
Does anybody else find this strange. No volume and we are sitting at .002/.004.
I agree 100%. Also, Great link to remember 9/11. Everybody needs to be reminded of their potential and the need to stay alert.
Headed to work now. Later.

Should be a great day today. I can't wait for the conference call. Hopefully it won't be rescheduled again.
I am not new to FLIP. I have been in and out of FLIP since 2006. Some gains, mostly losses. I'm in big right now. Been averaging down since .02 My average is around .005 now!
Time for some coffee.

Good Morning,
I liked the amount of insider buying by Albert Aimers and what he said in his letter to the shareholders. I have been buying over the past several trading days. As soon as I free up some money (I'm attempting to sell my position in WGLT but it won't go), I'll be buying more of FNGP. WGLT was a BIG mistake on my part. I would like to put that money elsewhere, one of the places is FNGP!
Have a great day.

I've had a sell order in for AON at .0001 to dump my position. It has been open since Monday. Can't dump even if one wanted to. I'm actually stuck with my shares. I want to buy more of FLIP.OB. They are doing a spin-off within the next few weeks. Read the news releases.
The Seed
Thanks
I'll listen to the 10/15 conference call.

With such a large amount of O/S, has anyone addressed the possibility of R/S, share buyback, or cancelation of shares to help the share price?
Also, what is the difference between outstanding and free trading shares? Sorry, I'm a new investor.
Thanks
