I'd like to hear what other peoples expectations are as well. I've heard everything from a nickel to fifty cents. Opinions, anyone?
grant2g, never heard back from you in my email account I'm from southern NH, though, not Concord area.(Not that that is a big difference in NH, anyway). iamthebatman77@yahoo.com
Just picked up a chunk of shares yesterday/today and am looking forward to being in for the long haul!
Thank you, blumax! Nice to see a prominent poster reiterate what I have said several times at this point! I'm still long (though I redistributed my split into another pinksheet- no tangible loss there as I never paid anything for it. I will happily eat my words if/when things start happening, though.)
Gotta say, I agree. After what they've put the stockholders through, squeeze the s.o.b's for some extra mula! What does siam cement have for assets though? Can we calculate a ballpark buyout just for giggles?
Nothing original to add- just seconding Don's 'thank you' to Ron9. If I wasn't in NH I would be down there myself.
Grantg2, thank you again for all your consideration and assistance. I have been blessed with intelligent and thoughtful people in my life and you have clearly spent a fair amount of your time and energy in posting to me privately. If you would like a more private reply forum, you can email me at iamthebatman77@yahoo.com. Just place my name and the company symbol in the 'subject' so I do not delete it as junk or spam (yahoo message filters bite!)
Open offer to anyone who wishes to debate/discuss/ et cetera, as well. So long as your messages have some substance behind opinions I welcome any and all to get in touch.
Thanks for the links 'Spiral'. Made this offer on the usse board too...anyone who wants to email me personally- iamthebatman77@yahoo.com
Just put the company symbols in the subject with my name- Michael- otherwise I assume its spam and trash it.
Thanks to everyone, I had a total brain cramp there. 'To-profit' The cement group is one of about fifty (at least it seems like it) SIAM businesses in southeast asia. I'd love to know who the heck they actually are...
I know I'm being impatient, so I apologize, but what the blazes is SREG? If I can't find info fairly quickly on something it has to be at least somewhat obscure...
Q: Who are what is SREG? Love the idea of a buyout and the consequently enlarged martini budge ; ), but SREG is a black hole to me. Help!
I mean if they bought us out at a buck a share like Gator humorously suggested. I'd go for that in a cocaine heartbeat. Or faster.
Cripes, let's hope so. I'd take a buck a share in a cocaine heartbeat.
Hi Grant2- thanx for the reply. Just wondering what originally drew you to nnsr- I see why I would be drawn to the stock- but please do feel free to share your thoughts with me. (No comment on the poster you spoke of to me, I flat refuse to pass judgement on anyone from a message board unless they are flat out nasty to me.)
No worries, I don't sweat it.
I'm a relative newbie, never saw them actually. But I'm always open to opinions with substance and thought behind them, whether I agree or not.
grantg2, pls drop me an email. I'd like to talk more about your reccomendations and how you became involved with them. If you are comfortable with it. iamthebatman77@yahoo.com
GrantG2, thanks for an honest and frank perspective. I know there are a lot of intelligent people on this board, but it seems like a lot of frustrations are boiling over and it's bringing down the overall quality of contributions. I'll check out your suggestions as well. Have a great night!
P.S. to all. If anyone ever wants to talk/debate/discuss or what have you- iamthebatman77@yahoo is where to get me. (I refuse to pay for 'net content. I'm either cheap or principled.)
spec, I agree with you. Posted a few minutes back and was hoping for some feedback. I'm still pretty new to the game and learning my way around. I just think people are getting caught up in minutiae and looking for things to complain about. I do want to hear from all posters that care to reply though, to post 49046. I do think great things are going happen here, one way or the other. Any constructive feedback is always appreciated. (I do not respond to stuff like 'JR is a thief' or 'USSE is a scam'. But any thing substantive, links or whatever, please give me a shout out, thanx)
Just my opinion- (My granddad once said, "everyone is entitled to their opinion, as long as they acknowledge mine is the correct one), but it seems like everyone is getting bogged down in the nitty gritty to some extent. The real value is the proprietary tech and intellectual property. What's the worst case? A raytheon or lockheed comes swooping in, buys up usse and we all make some money? I agree- it's maddening the lack of precise pr, but geez, I'll hang in for that worst case scenario.
Mystery, I came in late and only caught some of what was said. I told a buddy recently, "I care what other people think, but with a very few trusted exceptions, I could give a rats --s what they think of me personally". Just wanted you to know, there's plenty of folks in your corner with Beerdup.
Thanx for backing me up, Follow! Lets hear it 4 the military industrial complex!
500, let's all thank our lucky stars this is the BEGINNING, and there is a virtually endless capacity for use and expansion by our economy. (Why is it nobody is mentioning the quietly burgeoning military interest? You really think Dearing just swung by JR's office for tea? Someone (ahem) put a bug in his ear.)
Mystery, help out the newbie confused between business classes, please. What is the 'reg sho'? Not in my vocab yet. Thanx.
Love it! Just need to change 'do hereby' to 'hereby'. Let's get that puppy in the wind! (I know. I'm a grammar geek.)
Mystery, like the minor tweaks. Only thing is, ditch the 'hereby' in the second paragraph. I'm a grammar geek, can't help it. Fantastic letter.
gc, like that idea a lot. ACMG needs as many reminders of the pressure on them as possible, and we might stir up the pot with one of them. (In a good way. If people think their jobs or interests might be compromised they start banging on doors.)
Kaz, that is my question as well. But since it is reasonable to assume it was/is Siam buying up shares and manipulating volume/price control per a late provision to the contract allowing them to purchase up 30 million shares of common stock before the first buyback period,I think we are on safe ground saying things went ahead. It would have been more notable, I think, if the deal HADN'T completed or hit a snag. Then there would have been a pr release like when the usse/acmg merger talks fell through.
C's shares are all in escrow as collateral for SIAMS cash. They are being farmed back to him at intervals over the next couple of years. How much control does he really have then?
That explains some of the volume jump- still another 200k in 10 minutes is immpressive given the trading volume lately.
male1041- if you've got something to contribute other than insults please feel free to do so. Otherwise, find another board. We've got a good group here, don't subract value from it with vapid insults and poor grammar
Thanks for the input, Bart. That makes sense, but I'd like to see actual proof of function at some point. Rather, I'd just like to see the process happening ALOT with people buying the product.
qaz, great post. I'm not a huge science guy, but if I read right that was a breakdown of how activated carbon is used traditionally and how it MIGHT be applied to the Rivera process. My girl (who you may have guessed is named sarah) is a chem major, I'll pose the question to her and see what she says about it. My first thought is, what could emulate the effects of activated carbon but as a more powerful catalyst. JR 'doesn't know' is crap. I think he's got his patents and is trying to protect intellectual property, but that's just me.
Thanks for the info!
New Hampshire, for the moment. Can't wait to get back out west in 36 months or so.
Ford, don't know if it was the original statement or not. The link I posted said it was a late amendment.
Jazz, MLB, or anyone else, I posted this the other day and was hoping for some feedback from other investors- I'm knowledgeable, but a newbie, just starting to build my portfolio. I know the investigation is the big 'how do' on this board right now, but I think this i.d.'s the group controlling price and volume...
Had to dig for it- but check out the clause added to the final agreement
-- A final clause added and approved by the two Boards of Directors specifies that Siam Renewable Energy Group will acquire up to 30 million shares in the open market to a maximum of $1.00 per share and said "buy back" is to begin immediately.
heres the link

Just wanted to throw my hat in with a thank you for MLB, Jazz and Jack. This is an exceptionally well coordinated board and far more productive than some. (Ridiculous sniping on another board I have interests in.) Everyone have an awesome day!
My God! A question! And a good one! I was about to give up hope!
Coach P., sorry I missed you.
I'm the only early bird, I guess.....Hang in all, think I see the light at the end of the tunnel...
