Like I said, all physical assets are separate from the stock. And that's for protection from liens. Otherwise those court judgements would eventually see them taken away. Nor could Tom get any loans with Kegs involved.
Exactly. LCBO news is good but again, what sales will come from it? Seems Kegs is just a brand but all the real physical assets are under other LLCs which is smart. Liens can't get put on them.
For Tom yes.
Kegs is registered in Florida. Seems this one is. not.
Are you in this play? What's your take?
Share dilution out the AZZ. Geez how many of them are hidden.
It's a dilution machine. Does Tom still update the share structure everyday like he did when he promised not to increase the outstanding?
Even though this has.more shares over BBRW, it has a better chance of running because of the preferred conversions. But only if they don't sell at the onset of volume. And slowly but surely volume is picking up. Hopefully it starts hitting 100 plus million traded in the coming days.
The share structure isn't that bloated yet. But time is running out as they keep pumping shares into it.
And yet it's still at no bid. They're about to help finance and then get split on. No way the share structure stays this bloated.
Been watching a few plays wake up with massive volume out of the blue the past few days.
I fully expect volume here within a week or two. Just a hunch but the manufacturing side is about to push the brewing side. IMO.
Now that's a spicy meatball. Big dumps today. Gotta stop the dilution.
Still trying to figure out why the action. I do know that the beer side PR:d months ago about a potential hospitality contract in the works but has been silent ever since. If those contracts are about to be finalized though, the manufacturing side will definitely be a part of it. The beer side is finishing up their brewhouse and is due to open soon. And this should be followed up with news.
What's your take on the sudden movement over at the manufacturing side?
The manufacturing stock is exploding with volume on no news. So whatever is about to drop hopefully has an effect here. It seems if the hospitality contracts do go through that both the brewing and manufacturing side will benefit. Let's see what happens
Now do the beer side
Hopefully it has something to do with the beer side and past mentioned hospitality contracts.
This pig getting diluted like a mofo today. Endless 1s.
The taproom itself is not what will drive the PPS. It''s the concept and marketability of it to whatever hospitality company is/was interested in it.
They really need to give an update on the hospitality contract. Good or bad. It can't hurt anything at this point.
It should cause it's not delisted. Woot woot.
Woot woot. Every cent counts.
Woot woot volume.
Doesn't matter if they keep stacking shares. For now it's a share selling machine.
Volume. Woot, woot.
It's an open issue that hasn't been addressed yet by management. And since they haven't publicly stated that they're no longer pursuing them, it's a good possibility that is exactly what's going on. We'll see.
Best case scenario is hotel contracts are waiting on the Brewhouse opening before finalization.
That was a fart. Stankin too.
For sure. But he isn't MINE.
Still not delisted. So in all reality, flings by new management could see this off the greys.
They can't sell if there's no demand. So there had to be some promises made behind the scenes. Or at least let's hope so.
Don't get discouraged but look at who shows up here. Timing is everything. Right now Tom is selling off shares to finance. And I fully expect a split before too long. IMO.
Same. Yesterday's volume was nice. If it could stay like that without management reloading we might get somewhere.
LOL here you go again.
No I didn't sell because I couldn't. Still have my shares so I'm stuck.
So what makes you so confident here? Don't see any of the big buyers or known group names.poating. Just not getting traction.
I was talking about KEGS.
And the reason to buy here is? Positive here and negative on the other. Hmmm.. At this point I think the other beer play has a better chance. At least it has a bid that is sticking.
Just a lot of past shenanigans here. To the point that if it's too good to be true, it is. Time will tell.
I'm doing ok. You? Stuck in that other POS beer play with a trillion AS. That's a good one lulz.
