The whole world of finance has been turned upside down and it appears they are out to get us. I can put my money in a savings account and make almost nothing in interest, however, they turn around and loan the money out at 5%. You think Keith Anderson might be working with them? lol Nobody seems to be able to make any common sense out of what is happening these days. I would like to think things will be getting better but I really don"t think so.
MM2, I never thought in my lifetime that I would see the day where putting your money under your mattress would pay better than loaning it to the government. It was always a joke to say that but not any more.
Everyone wants to know where the middleclass retired people are investing their money these days. I think the answer to that is cd's and money market accounts, so really what it boils down to is their money is doing next to nothing, just sitting there. You could put it in the stock market but if your like me and have lost 25% over the last 12 years you might want to think twice about that.I can honestly say that after 25 years in the stock market I have never made a dime, over time something comes along and takes it all back. And after next year I believe people are going to be giving back even more money. Maybe Keith Anderson will show up and give us back some of the money he ran off with, or maybe not.
All is not lost. Well, maybe your money is if you bought this pos. What was gained here is a lot of knowledge that you can use in the future when dealing with your investments. Hemi was a scam and Keith Anderson was a crook. Almost nothing can be believed when dealing with penny stocks, let me repeat that statement " ALMOST NOTHING CAN BE BELIEVED WHEN DEALING WITH PENNY STOCKS".In fact if you have been keeping up on the news in the investment world you will find that the crooks and thiefs have taken over, there is almost nowhere to invest money safely today. Good luck with investing for your retirement your going to need all the luck you can get.
My guess (opinion) would be that Allenergy (Staford) has handed over (under the table) the leases (that we paid for with shareholder funds)to other oil companies (friends)and was payed money under the table. JMHO
Ha ha ha , right ask Lowman, If people know the history here they will remember that he was the one who got a lot of people to buy this POS. imho all money spent here is gone never to be seen again.
Yes, the rest was history, however, for the people still holding stock in Hemi there is yet to be justice. This story will never end until there is.
Blast from the past. Sometimes I need to remember what got me into Hemi in the first place and when you go back and read the old posts everything comes back to jar your memory. Boy was I stupid to fall for this s--t

Forgive me if my reply should be harsh, but to nip it in the bud, let me say this: we are talking about a company who's insiders own well over 1/3 of the company.
We're talking about a company that is debt-free and has considerable hard assets (not just leases).
We're talking about a company that is not only cash-flow positive, but in an increasing manner.
The thought that dilution will hurt this company is just short of ludicrous.
Why?
Because the fundamentals outlined above are more than indicative of the company's ability to act in a manner than is shareholder friendly, to say the least.
Personally, I welcome dilution because I'm not blind. I know that WHATEVER Keith uses it for, will serve well to add to the value of this company.
It may do well to remember just what a publicly traded company is all about: The issuance of shares for the growth of the company. (When done responsibly, it has fostered the growth of practically all publicly traded Fortune 1000 companies).
Have you ever looked into AFSE? Same name different company, strange.
Do you think that we have enough good leases under the control of ALRY to even move the shareprice if they were sold?
Excellent post Jagman and yes you do have the right to say " I told you so" I do remember some of what you had to say back then. If like myself I guess I just wanted to believe the story, remember how clean they kept their equipment, how everyone in the area liked the way Hemi was run,how production was increasing for awhile, drilling new wells, right I believed the whole storyline and was new enough to penny stocks to think that it was against the law for a CEO to lie to his shareholders. Greed, no not greed on my part, it was more of being a part of a growing company along with other people who I enjoyed posting with. I know now that I did not do the DD that should have been done, nor did I listen to the warnings serious enough from people like yourself, was I stupid, yes and I paid the price, I lost it all. A person never stops learning right up to the day he dies.
Nice to hear from you again kelsey. What happened with Hemi was a bitter lesson that will never be forgotten and it was not just Hemi but other penny stocks that I had dealings with also. There is little or no protection for the investor. Lowlifes like Keith Anderson are everywhere you look and the government is not going to help protect you either. A lot of people who post and read these message boards will say " he should have known better what a dummy" and they will be right, very stupid of me to place thousands of dollars in the hands of someone like Keith. GLTU
Realperson, of all the people that have ever posted here you might have been the closest to Keith than anyone. Have you given-up on Hemi? Where do you think Keith is today?
It sounds like you have an admirer, Carlito is telling you he is number 10, is that a pick-up line or what? Me, I'm only a number 7 but I try not to spread it around. lol
I agree that we must continue to search just in case he might surface. We also must keep this site active and to let people know we are still looking and if it makes Keith uneasy to know we are looking all the better.
I believe that the companies that bought the assets bought them at rock bottom prices and it is in their best interest to keep their mouths shut. The almighty dollar is what it is all about, they will not help us find Keith. I will not spend any more money on Hemi and finding Keith, it would be a waste. Keith is just a scumbucket along with a lot of others just waiting for you to fall for another one of their storylines about money that can be made in the penny stocks. Not true people, penny stocks are 99% scams just waiting to cheat you out of your money. Stay away from all penny stocks if you want to keep your money.
MM2, I honestly think we will never here from Keith Anderson again. He has sold all the assets and paid himself a salary to make things look like he was above board, however, this is the scam in itself as I see it. You start-up a company and you sell shares, if the company is a success great, if not it doesn"t matter, you just sell the assets and move out of the country and live a great life on a few millon dollars that you cheated your shareholders out of. It is a scam played on us over and over again. I learned the hard way, I don"t play the game any more and the only thing that can be done now is to warn others about this crooked game that is being played. Some will listen and some will not, but they cannot say that they were not warned. If Keith does come back and plays this game again we need to let others know. As I see it, it is too late for us to see any return on our money, it is gone. I may have lost my money but in doing so I have learned that the scam artist are everywhere and I will pass this information on to anyone that will listen.A person that has to learn everything in life by his OWN experiences is not a smart person, a smart person learns from other peoples experiences.
Yes he did and I made the same mistake. I thought NG was going to be the energy of the future a few years ago and I still do, its time just is not here yet as an investment, all caused by too much NG in the market. There will be a time to own NG stocks so I will just hold what I have for now. With all we hear in the news these days I am wondering if there is anywhere a person can put his money. Perhaps Keith Anderson is the "NORM". It appears that very few investments can be trusted on Wall Street and it is becoming harder and harder to find an honest CEO,sad, very sad indeed.
Boone Pickens for President
I"d vote for him, I think he has a good plan for getting this country moving again. We never elect the right people for the job. Anybody seen Keith Anderson lately? Come on, somebody must have. Don't be shy Keith, it is time to confront your shareholders.
US Needs to Develop Its Own Energy: Pickens

The U.S. needs to do a better job of developing its own natural resources to help improve sluggish economic growth, T. Boone Pickens, founder of BP Capital, told CNBC’s “Street Signs” on Thursday.

T. Boone Pickens
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
“We’ve got to do something about our debt in this country, but the way to come back and get the country going economically is get on your own resources,” Pickens said. “And we have resources to get on.” (Related: How U.S. Can Avert Fiscal Cliff).
He added that “Countries around the world that are on their own resources are doing very well.”
Nonetheless, he’s been disappointed that neither of the presidential candidates have put out their own energy plans and that Congress hasn’t done more.
While complete energy independence may be hard to achieve, Pickens said the way to manage that is to put the U.S., Canada and Mexico in a North American energy alliance. That would help the U.S. get off OPEC oil, Pickens said.
U.S. energy prices, which Pickens noted are cheapest in the world, will rise by year-end. “Natural gas no question has gotten very cheap which has hurt coal,” he said. “That will change in the near future.”
He expects natural gas to reach $4 while West Texas Intermediate crude reaches $100 a barrel. Pickens noted that natural gas prices in Asia and Europe are in the mid-teens.
I wrote a couple letters last year but did not hear back. Funny how you think the system is set up to protect people but the crooks use it to cover their own butts. The scumbags are always going to be around, greed is everywhere you look, nobody can be believed (Barclays on the Libor the latest in the news) Does not matter wheather they wear a suit or are a dirtbag like Keith, none of them can be trusted and that is what things have come down to, it is a great world we live in. I try to be positive but it is hard.
MM2, who do you mean when you say "them" I know you have been trying to find out where Keith has gone to and I am gratefull for all your help. I just wish more people would join in and help with locating the guy that has all the answers but wants to go hide-out and not confront his shareholders as to what happened to all the assets that Hemi once had.
At this point in time I think we got the whole coarse to ourselves with nobody else wanting to play. I see where one congressman wants to stop all exports of nat. gas so we can keep the prices dirt cheap, right.
I can not believe the stock price went down today but what do I know.
If someone does have info on Keith and does not want to come forward on the board than you could contact USC Cowboy. I'm sure he could put your info to good use. It is time to get to the bottom of where the shareholders stand with Hemi and your info could be just what we need. Do the right thing and pass on whatever info you might have and maybe we can stop people like Keith from cheating investors out of their money.
This whole thing is stupid, somebody knows where Keith Anderson is hiding and they need to come forth with the information. We need to get this mess cleaned up and get some answers as to where Hemi stands for sure. If you know where he is at then it is only right that you come forward and tell the board. Most of us are hard working people that entrusted Keith with our money, it would be a sin not to tell if you know. Madoff did almost the same thing that Keith did, would you have liked it if Madoff had walked away never to have answered to the people who had trusted him? It is time to speak-up and get the ball rolling so that we can put all this behind us.
Wow is right, I had all but given up on this company and thought my shares were worthless, this just may be what we were waiting on to get things moving and I like the part about having 5500 acres under lease. Wow
Alright, somebody must know something that I do not, we are on the road to recovery, we will be back to $.05 before you know it, or maybe not. What did they buy $10 worth?
You could right, Keith might have changed his name, moved out of the country, and is living in the basement of an old friend, or maybe not. In Keith"s mind stealing from people is just another job, no big thing, people do it all the time, so he may be living on front street in a small town somewhere, who knows. This slimeball needs to stand up and answer a few questions from his shareholders and be held reponsable for how he handled the shareholders money.
With the amount of time that has passed since Keith did his disappearing act it does seem as if he is not going to show up any time soon so I say it may be time to go looking for him.
Keith needs protection alright and that would be from the people he lied and cheated out of their money.
I thought I would post this in case someone smarter than me could find out if any of our old leases are being worked. It is hard to believe that everything including Keith Anderson just disappeared never to be heard from again.

I did not see any dates in your posting, could this be from a couple years back? It is always strange to see Hemi's name coming up with another oil companies name drilling on one of our old leases. If Hemi is out of business why does this happen? I know nothing about the oil business but it does appear strange to me. I would think by now most or all of the leases would have expired.
Hello Cowboy, nice to hear from you again. Yes, to say "ALL" might be pushing it a bit, however, the very few that do seem to make it is not worth the risk a person has to take to make a profit,so I see "all" as very fitting in this case. I myself have lost in all of the pennystocks that I invested in. If I had it to do all over again I would have done it differently, got in and got out quickly, that is the only way to play this game. I was an investor that was my mistake I learned the hard way, this game is no place for an investor. If I can help just one person from making the mistakes that I have made it is time well spent. Do not believe all you read on these boards, do not get sucked-in by the storyline you are being told, it is the game they play here to get your money.
The idea being Keith did not have to cheat all the shareholders out of their money, he could have drilled the horz. well and maybe it would have been a home run and hemi might still be in business today , who knows. The way Keith handled things is the way most crooked CEO's do business, lie to everyone about oil production, get people to buy shares, and then sell off all assets and go into hiding. That is the way most of these penny stock companies seem to work, live and learn, and stay out of all penny stocks, they are all scams.
To think he may have been that close to hitting the big one. What a nutcase. Keith can you hear me and it turns out your stupid to.
I think Keith should have drilled that last well

Don't answer that, I already know the answer. I remember back in 05&06 when they talked about this subject and that is what got me started on HEMI. Maybe with the right company a person could make some money but I can tell you now Hemi was a scam and not where you wanted to be.
I keep hearing on the news about all the oil that is coming out of Kansas making people rich. Has something to do with this great new process they have to get more oil out of the ground from the old wells. Ma, go get my gun, I got some people that need shoot'in. I'm sure there will be some oil companies wanting to sell stock, guess I better keep my eyes open for some good buys, what ya think?
What is really amazing is how right you were a few years ago. Hemi was a scam and you knew it. Ofcoarse you could have been talking about most any penny stock and you would have been right. Over the last five years I have been following many penny stocks and guess what? THEY ALL LOST MONEY, no not some of them, ALL OF THEM. It is all a scam. I can't believe the goverment lets it continue, they just close their eyes to the whole crooked mess, unbelieveable.
