The idea being Keith did not have to cheat all the shareholders out of their money, he could have drilled the horz. well and maybe it would have been a home run and hemi might still be in business today , who knows. The way Keith handled things is the way most crooked CEO's do business, lie to everyone about oil production, get people to buy shares, and then sell off all assets and go into hiding. That is the way most of these penny stock companies seem to work, live and learn, and stay out of all penny stocks, they are all scams.
