I am getting really sick and tired of the B.S. here. Pointing fingers, inuendos as to a person's ability, bashing, negativity and so forth is not what this board is about.
If you can't post something constructive that stays on topic, don't bother to post.
Reading here is becoming a waste of time, IN MY MOST HUMBLE OPINION.
Nest Egg
do you think it has ANYTHING to do with our investments in EQMG or SOMPF? Like they are somehow in the past, linked? Just a dream/thought.
Carole
What if anything, does this have to do with our EQBM and or Sompf stock? Was this a partner or joint venture with EQBM or Soma? What am I missing? That Larry's got another corporation? Not surprising, I'm sure he has many. Why's this one filed in Florida?
Any responses appreciated.

A man doing market research for the Vaseline Co. knocked at the door and was greeted
by a young woman with three small children running around at her feet. I’m doing some
research for the Vaseline Company. Have you ever used our product? She said, Yes, my
husband and I use it all the time. If you don’t mind my asking, he said, What do you use it for?
Mostly we use it for sex, she said. The researcher was a little taken aback. Usually people don’t tell me that they use it for sex. Instead, they tell us that they use it on a child’s bicycle chain or to lubricate a gate hinge and many other things, but very rarely sex. As a matter of fact, we know that most people do use it for sex. I admire you for your honesty. Since you have been so frank with me, can you tell me exactly HOW do you use it for sex? The woman said, it’s no secret and I don’t mind telling you at all. My husband and I have found that if we put it on the doorknob, it keeps the kids out.
THE DIFFERENCES
The Italian says, "I'm tired and thirsty. I must have wine."
The Frenchman says, "I'm tired and thirsty. I must have cognac."
The Russian says, "I'm tired and thirsty. I must have vodka."
The German says, "I'm tired and thirsty. I must have beer."
The Mexican says, "I'm tired and thirsty. I must have tequila."
The Jew says, "I'm tired and thirsty. I must have diabetes."
And you find out interesting things when you have sons, like...
1. A king size waterbed holds enough water to fill a 2000 sq. ft. house 4 inches deep.
2. If you spray hair spray on dust bunnies and run over them with roller blades, they can ignite.
3. A 3-year old Boy's voice is louder than 200 adults in a crowded restaurant.
4. If you hook a dog leash over a ceiling fan, the motor is not strong enough to rotate a 42 pound Boy wearing Batman underwear and a Superman cape. It is strong enough, however, if tied to a paint can, to spread paint on all four walls of a 20x20 ft. room.
5. You should not throw baseballs up when the ceiling fan is on. When using a ceiling fan as a bat, you have to throw the ball up a few times before you get a hit. A ceiling fan can hit a baseball a long way.
6. The glass in windows (even double-pane) doesn't stop a baseball hit by a ceiling fan.
7. When you hear the toilet flush and the words 'uh oh', it's already too late.
8. Brake fluid mixed with Clorox makes smoke, and lots of it.
9. A six-year old Boy can start a fire with a flint rock even though a 36-year old Man says they can only do it in the movies.
10. Certain Lego's will pass through the digestive tract of a 4- year old Boy.
11. Play dough and microwave should not be used in the same sentence.
12. Super glue is forever.
13. No matter how much Jell-O you put in a swimming pool you still can't walk on water.
14. Pool filters do not like Jell-O.
15. VCR's do not eject 'PB & J' sandwiches even though TV commercials show they do.
16. Garbage bags do not make good parachutes.
17. Marbles in gas tanks make lots of noise when driving.
18. You probably DO NOT want to know what that odor is.
19. Always look in the oven before you turn it on; plastic toys do not like ovens.
20. The fire department in Austin, TX has a 5-minute response time.
21. The spin cycle on the washing machine does not make earthworms dizzy.
22. It will, however, make cats dizzy.
23. Cats throw up twice their body weight when dizzy.
24. 80% of Women will pass this on to almost all of their friends, with or without kids.
25. 80% of Men who read this will try mixing the Clorox and brake fluid.
My Wish for You in 2008…
May peace break into your house and may thieves come to steal your debts.
May the pockets of your jeans become a magnet of $100 notes.
May love stick to your face like Vaseline and may laughter assault your lips!
May your clothes smell of success like smoking tyres.
May happiness slap you across the face and may your tears be that of joy.
May the problems you had, forget your home address!
In simple words ....
May 2008 be the best year of your life!!!
WHY MEN ARE NEVER DEPRESSED:
Men Are Just Happier People-- What do you expect from such simple creatures? Your last name stays put. The garage is all yours. Wedding plans take care of themselves. Chocolate is just another snack. You can be President. You can never be pregnant. You can wear a white T-shirt to a water park. You can wear NO shirt to a water park. Car mechanics tell you the truth. The world is your urinal. You never have to drive to another gas station restroom because this one is just too icky. You don ' t have to stop and think of which way to turn a nut on a bolt. Same work, more pay. Wrinkles add character. Wedding dress $5000. Tux rental-$100. People never
stare at your chest when you're talking to them. New shoes don't cut, blister, or mangle your feet. One mood all the time.
Phone conversations are over in 30 seconds flat. You know stuff about tanks A five-day vacation requires only one suitcase. You can open all your own jars. You get extra credit for the slightest act of thoughtfulness. If someone forgets to invite you, he or she can still be your friend.
Your underwear is $8.95 for a three-pack. Three pairs of shoes are more than enough. You almost never have strap problems in public. You are unable to see wrinkles in your clothes. Everything on your face stays its original color. The same hairstyle lasts for years, maybe decades. You only have to shave your face and neck.
You can play with toys all your life. One wallet and one color for all seasons. You can wear shorts no matter how your legs look. You can 'do' your nails with a pocket knife. You have freedom of choice concerning growing a mustache.
You can do Christmas shopping for 25 relatives on December 24 in 25 minutes.

Surprise, Surprise, Surprise!
I just received my certificate (via the USPS-certified mail, return receipt) from Scottrade for my HEMI shares.
It's a beautiful thing! My name is even spelled correctly, which is extremely unusual.
From my initial request, Nov 21, until today, December 15, the whole process took 3.5 weeks.
I am SO long on Hemi. I'm transferring some more money today to Scottrade to buy more shares.
Nest Egg
yes, the certificate was issued in my name by the transfer agent, Transfer Online.
The lady from Scottrade just called me back ( and I was completely surprised at that one) and said that Scottrade received the certificate from the Transfer agent on the 10th of December and they in turn sent the certificate to me on the 11th via certified mail.
Let's see if this actually happens.
Carole
One week later from my conversation with the transfer agent I called Scottrade to ask where my certificate was because the transfer agent said they sent it to Scottrade. The lady at Scottrade said "no, your certificate comes from the transfer agent", I told her the transfer agent turned the request around the next day and sent the certificate to Scottrade.
She said "let me see if anyone in the transfer department knows what's going on" and put me on hold. They're not answering from the transfer department, but you shouldn't worry - it will take 4-6 weeks to receive your certificate and it's only one week.
I ask you (IHUB), even with snail mail (not even courier), why should it take an additional 3-5 more weeks for Scottrade to send me my certificate?
I think there's something "fishy" going on. TA tells me one thing and Scottrade's telling me the opposite.
The certificate should have MY name on it, not anyone elses. To what benefit would it be for Scottrade to take that much time to send it to me?
Anyone have any clues, please advise.
TIA
Nest Egg
I just got off of the phone with Transfer Online. They received a request for my certificate from Scottrade on November 28 and sent the certificate to Scottrade on November 29th. I wonder how long it will take Scottrade to send me the certificate after they've received it?
I had understood from Scottrade that the transfer agent, Transfer Online sends out the stock certificates to the owners of the stocks, not the brokers.
Anyone have information to the contrary? Please advise and thanks in advance.
Carole
15 cents each. :) or more.

Response to my email to Scottrade regarding my HEMI certificate request. This was dated 11/27/07 at 1?38 PM
Dear Carole,
Thank you for your email. The certificate request was submitted by your
local branch staff today. Your local branch staff will be calling you
to verify the status of your request. Please let us know if you have
any further questions regarding your account.
Sincerely,
Jon M.
Scottrade, Inc.
My broker from Scottrade just called me. When I went into their office on Wednesday (Nov 21) to request my certificate, although I was not told this at that time, they were not able to request my certificate because all of the shares I had were not settled yet(I did buy some on Monday the 19th). She called me to state that as of this morning, all of my shares were settled and they would proceed with requesting the certificate.
I asked how the certificate would be sent to me and she said it was up to the transfer agent - most likely FED Ex or USPS with signature - every transfer agent is different.
As advised by several on the board, though, I think I'll make a call to the transfer agent myself around the 4th or 5th of December.
Just counting, 4-6 weeks from now would make a nice Christmas present!

I've been a widow for 13 months and used to give those looks to my late husband too. Now I get those looks from my 2 grown kids...I still do what I can when I can and buy here as well as CTUM and HMGP
Gotta build up the Nest Egg.

Chris,
What you would like, and what is, are two different things. Do you always get what you'd like? Are you that spoiled? I would like a lot of things. I'm adult enough to know that I can wait for the things that I would like to have. Eventually, HEMI will give all LONGS what we'd like. In the meantime, we accept what is and what is not. RISKY? Yes. But worth it? ABSOLUTELY!
I truly feel you need to get over the fact that you're not going to get what you'd like from Keith/HEMI or this Board.
Happy Thanksgiving.
Nest Egg
Agreed, she searched for a while on the computer for emails, etc., from their HQ, and didn't seem to find any problems with HEMI shares. As you suggest, though, I will call the TA in 5 business days from now.
Thanks for the advise. Sound as always!
A blessed and happy Thanksgiving to the whole Board.
Carole
Lowman,
I stopped by my local Scottrade office this morning and requested my certificate for the 45000 shares I have. They didn't bat an eye, just put the email request through and told me I would receive my certificate within 4-6 weeks. She did state that I was insured by Scottrade for my shares, and that I did not need the piece of paper. I said I wanted it for my own peace of mind.
Carole
I was able to buy 6,500 shares today - in two pieces (5000 and 1500 shares) from Scottrade - at .09.
Hubbahubba1, if you're still counting shares, I now have 45000 in a regular account, but I'm going back to Scottrade in the morning with my written request for a certificate for 45,000 shares and a check for $50.00.
Nest Egg
Hello all
I've been reading this board for a few weeks now and finally got my toes wet - bought 3,000 shares for a starter today.
Looks like a good stock to hold onto long term - I'm long term on all my stocks - hence my screen name - Nest Egg.
Regards,
Carole
The same is still true for South Florida after Hurricane Wilma - 2 years ago. My community has 83 townhouses - 41 were condemned - roofs caved in, a tornato struck - no power or water for well over two weeks, raw sewage in the streets - just lovely. We just received final approval that the repaired units could be occupied.
Things take time, just as it does with an emerging O&G company like HEMI.
I'm willing to wait.
Carole
YEAH! You are so RIGHT Big Mur. What's happened is in the past and was evidently reported as such, perhaps without a lot of detail, but it was reported.
HEMI has gone through SO much and has overcome all the obstacles that Mother Nature, et.al. has put in its path. Leave Keith to do his real job - not babysit shareholders.
Carole
saw the same thing, Lowman, you just beat me to it.
Carole
I absolutely loved the Holiday Inn posting. There's even one in Paris and Tunisia...almost anywhere in the world. Big Mur was right. Who needs a nursing home in their "old" age. As a matter of fact, why wait until retirement?
HEMI will allow me to take advantage of every Holiday Inn anywhere. And I won't have to wash my dirty sheets or towels.
GO HEMI. Been a sharesholder since July 06!
Carole
I have increased my Hemi shares to 35,000. Forgot to report the increase and/or couldn't connect to the internet.
Good luck to all HEMI longs.
I'm in Paris this weekend and will return to the US on Tuesday. Looking forward to reading this board on a more timely basis - I'm 6 hours earlier and had to remember that I could'nt trade until 4PM each day, Paris time.
The stock has taken a bit of a ride since I left S. FLA on 10/13 to Paris, then on to Tunisia, where I could barely check at all and back to Paris again late last night.
I loved the trip, but will be glad to see home, kids, office and American Food and Patriotism!
Carole
Hi All
First time I've been able to log onto an internet since I left S. Fla. on saturday. In Tunisia now, and I am shocked at my Scottrade account (UP) and then the PR going out today. This is wonderful news and makes me extremely happy that I'm LONG on HEMI. Unbelievable about this is only referring to the first five contiguous leases. And we have SO MUCH more than that. Thanks to Keith Anderson and the hard work of every HEMI crewman!
GO HEMI.
NEST EGG
I'm out of here for the next 18 days or so on business to Paris and Tunisia. I'll try to stay in touch at least check out I-hub and Scottrade every few days or so (depending on internet connectivity). In the meantime, I hope the pps go up from here for both HEMI and CTUM.
See you at the end of the month.
Nest Egg
Considering that it's my birthday today, my present will be the pps going up today and closing UP!
Can you all arrange that for me?
Nest Egg
That may be what the docs think but I personally can tell you that a C-section vs. normal delivery is horrible! I'd rather have had the 63 hours or labor a second time than a c-section. It's major surgery and many times unnecessary - nature usually takes its course unless there's a real problem. My doc for my second birth wanted to make sure he'd make his 2:00 PM tee off time with his buddies. Nevertheless, I'm certain the procedures and technologies that CTUM offers could make a c-section a little easier on the Mom.
Nest Egg
I tried at .153, 157, .159 and finally got 10,550 at .16.
They just wouldn't fill anything until I went to .16 and then I got it in 3 parts.
At least I got my shares!
Nest Egg
OT: That might just be YOU, Lowman. Thanks.
Wish I could buy more, HEMI took up most of the money I had to spend.
Hello everyone,
I just got my toes wet today with 1000 shares at .717. I have it on good advice that this one will do well in the near future.
