No prob, zep. Good things to come, imo.
Nice work ILEVL! PersonMark for you.
The amazing thing to me is that, out of the blue, we read in a PR that a
newly created Advisory Board is established with the likes of Mr. Robert Yeates and Mr. Tim Peterson.
Now, where the heck did that come from and who here knew about it???
-I don't think any of us had a clue this was going on.
There is a happening behind the scenes, imo. I only wish I had more $$ to scoop up some more shares!
GLTUA!
"The two initial appointees to the newly created Advisory Board are Mr. Robert Yeates and Mr. Tim Peterson.
Mr. Yeates has been a successful senior executive with over 40 years experience as CEO, President and Partner in various enterprises developing extensive knowledge of plastic laminate moulding, fabrication and construction techniques. Through Robert Yeates Holdings Limited (RYHL) he has been involved in numerous projects around the world, including design and construction of specialized equipment for hydro metallurgical processing in the mining industry. His expertise also involves design and installation of Rare Earth Element extraction plant equipment. Mining companies with which he has consulted include Inco on their Voisey's Bay demonstration plant, and, currently, acting as a supplier for the Sherritt Ambatovy nickel project in Madagascar.
Mr. Peterson has extensive managerial experience in the environmental, high technology and resource sectors. He has served on the Boards of Directors of four public companies and has extensive contacts in India and China. Following on the successful political careers of his older brothers, one of whom served as Premier of Ontario, and the other as International Trade Minister for the federal Government, he was elected and served as the Member of the Provincial Parliament of Ontario for Mississauga South from 2003 to 2007.
Scott Keevil, CEO of Sarissa, believes, "The knowledge of project development and contacts in the international business and government world that we can gain through these two new additions to our team is unparalleled. The Company is fortunate to be able to be in a position to access the experiences of Mr. Yeates and Mr. Peterson.""

US Government Seeking Rare Earth Metals as Alternative Fuels
By Kristina Skorbach
Epoch Times Staff Created: May 23, 2010 Last Updated: May 23, 2010
"The US Department of Energy (DOE) wants to know all the rare earth metals used in energy production, to make a first-ever strategic plan for applying these rare metals in a wide range of energy efficient technologies.
Rare earth metals are used in the production of wind turbines, hybrid vehicles, solar planes, energy efficient light bulbs, capacitors, sensors, and electricity transmission.
“Although rare earth metals are found in many places on Earth, including the United States, Canada, Australia, Brazil and South Africa, they are difficult to extract in profitable quantities without substantial time and cost,” said David Sandlow, the Assistant Secretary for Policy & International Affairs for the US Department of Energy at the Technology and Rare Earth Metals Conference 2010.
Sandlow notes that 95 percent of the global supply of rare earth metals is produced in China. However, because we are “on the cusp of a clean energy revolution,” Sandlow suggests that we pursue strategies in obtaining rare earth metals."

GeoBio Energy, Inc. Engages Harvard Group International for Restructuring of Its Executive Management Team
SEATTLE, April 28, 2010
GLOBE NEWSWIRE
GeoBio Energy, Inc. (Pink Sheets:GBOE) ("GeoBio"), today announced that it has engaged Harvard Group International (www.harvardgroupintl.com) to conduct its executive recruitment and hiring program in connection with its proposed acquisitions of two companies in the natural gas and oil services industry. GeoBio and Harvard Group International are currently in discussions with several potential candidates for the positions of Chief Executive
Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President, Corporate Development & Finance.
It is expected that the prospective candidates will lead GeoBio's efforts to raise the capital required to complete the business acquisitions, along with GeoBio's investment bankers, I-Bankers Securities, Inc. The proposed acquisitions include (i) a previously announced civil construction company located in the Piceance Creek Basin of Colorado (the "Colorado Acquisition") and (ii) a chemical blending and production enhancement company, H&M Precision Products, Inc. ("H&M"), based in Farmington, New Mexico. GeoBio's prospective candidates for the executive management positions include individuals with extensive experience in the natural gas and oil services industry and corporate finance. Once GeoBio completes the proposed acquisitions, the prospective executive management team will be responsible for operations, business development and integration, and expansion of GeoBio.
L.G. Miyatovich, currently the CEO of GeoBio, summarized, "We are pleased to be working with Harvard Group International in assembling an executive management team that will be specifically tailored to both facilitate GeoBio's capital financing and lead GeoBio's expansion into additional opportunities in the natural gas and oil services industry. We are excited by the current candidates and expect that the proposed management team will be able to have an immediate, positive effect on our transaction execution and financing opportunities."
GeoBio and its investment bankers, I-Bankers Securities,Inc., (www.i-bankers.net), are currently working to secure financing of up to $20 million to complete the acquisitions of the Colorado Acquisition and H&M.
About GeoBio Energy:
GeoBio Energy's business model emphasizes the acquisition and operation of existing companies in the oil and gas services and energy industry. As oil well and gas exploration continue in the face of ever rising demand, preparing and monitoring drilling sites and obtaining peak efficiency and production from existing, aging wells becomes increasingly important. GeoBio believes this to be a principal challenge and an opportunity in its strategy to combine and consolidate companies in the oil and natural gas services sector.
