Sounds like a plan! If this works would it be safe to assume that Greenday would have been better off covering his short position today? On another note at $10 per trade the DCA doesn't really work for me on a $50 buy but I will pick up 3 or 4 million tomorrow regardless more if my wire transfer clears before the end of trading
Hey green day. When you said"were going down" who exactly is the we portion? You and the mouse in your pocket? I don't think your on the "TEAM" Go~TADF and Frodo count me in! Can't have enough of that TADF stuff!

Correct if I am wrong but isn't it simply the market cap of 7.449 mil divided by the share price currently .0038 = a approx a 2 billion float?
They always do first thing in the a.m. Now showing .0037 bid .0039 ask
Is the lock typically for 1 year or does that depend on the deal structure?
So if I put in a buy order at their ask for all of those shares would I get them?
Am I incorrect in stating that there is a sell order currently in the market for 14 million shares?
No offense to you day finder or wolf but I hope you never see a share again at .0035 and I really doubt you will at this point. In my humble opinion
Move meaning trying to sell
No, someone is trying to sell almost 14 million shares at .0041
Someone is trying to move 13 million shares at .0041 wow!
With staff levels at 24 that's gotta make you wonder how they even make payroll with rev of only 1.7 million unless they have mostly minimum wage employees.even with that it would be tight.
The chance of that happening are slim and none and yes I would love to eat my words along with all the lobster I will be able to afford if that were to happen, however as frodo has pointed out many a time the float was substantially lower at that time.
That could have been a partial fill.
What makes you think it's a MM?
If it's an ocean front tent then plenty!
I hear ya! I'm waiting for my wife to fall asleep right now so I can get the gold out of her fillings in her teeth so I can buy more, thank god she's not a light sleeper. LOL

In response to how much to retire on the answer is quite simple: take how many millions you need to retire and divide that by the high PPS you believe TADF will hit , and then purchase that many shares. . I would suggest approx. 40 million shares if you live in the northeast and plan to stay there. 40 million should give you the ability to liquidate small blocks on the run to .50 cents. If your a hermit then 2 million should do fine.
Hey Dayfinder~ this is an open board and all are welcome, and while I can only speak for myself I believe you may have misinterpreted what is being said to a degree. As an astute market investor I am sure you have done your DD on TADF and can see in the past that it's been manipulated to the detriment Of the longs. I can appreciate Your openess and I am sure you will agree that in many cases that can be misconstrued, especially based on the history and experiences of the investors. That being said let's all work together for our common goal of breaking out this stock and making money. You probably read what Olandug wrote earlier and as astutely As ever pointed out that there are plenty of reasons to believe in TADF! Again I say welcome aboard!

In the infamous words of Vito Corleone " trust know one, suspect everyone" and as part of the TADF family I will share his other words of caution " never go against the family!" people think they are hiding behind a message board alias, in this day and age that is a laugh! Day finder could be legit but at the end of the day does it really matter? A couple of contracts and a strong PR are all that stand between us and a big move. Keep the faith!
I just read that the CEO of TADF was having dinner with Bin Laden when he was killed, I think in protest of this everyone other than me should dump the stock for oh let's see how does .0019 sound! Keep the faith boys and girls!
If the MM's jump in again and or more wimps ( no names! ) jump ship you may have an opportunity to get them on the cheap again tomorrow morning as I did today,p/u a lot at .0034 which help offset my DCA from pinging high yesterday. I've only been in this stock since last May not as long as Frodo but I am getting anxious for some BIG news just the same!
Those down pings are driving me nuts and I don't have far to drive! Lol I put through a series of 100k share orders at the end of the day and one for 755500 just to keep it going. I cant wait to flush these guys,
Real low supply here just put in a test order for 100k shares at the .0045 ask and only filled 30 k before the move back to .0046 on the ask!
My unsolicited advise is this- remember the old saying " Bulls make money, pigs get slaughtered," figure out how much you need or want, make it and get out if you worry about how much you didn't make because you sold to early you will lose more often than you win. If you own a large block of shares you need to come up with an exit strategy as this is a supply and demand driven market. Therefore if you dump a ton of stock into the open market all at once you will drive down your own sell price and devalue what you are trying to sell thereby effecting the value of your holdings.IMO
Thanks Frodo ! and I appreciate You using up one of your posts to answer the question! I myself got handcuffed in that pump and dump and finally have through additional acquisitions gotten my DCA back to something manageable. At .10 the kids got to Harvard at .20 they go to Harvard I go to Tahiti!
Frodo,
Any idea what drove this stock to over $3 back in 2007?
Let me put it this way , either my kids are going to an Ivy league school courtesy of TADF or I will be living in the woods behind my mothers house after the wife throws me out! Lol!
Hard to believe I picked up 4 mil in last 30 minutes
Probably not I'm almost done with today's accumulation
Got it, thanks
Does anyone know what the status of the 208 million contract is that TADF was awarded, is it just unfulfilled or dead.
More in depth explanation if your interested below:
This type of stock transaction reverses the typical order of the transaction so that the sale of the security occurs first. Since the sale of the stock comes before the purchase of the stock, the short seller is actually selling stock that they do not own. This sounds great doesn't it? The reason that someone sells a stock short is that they think that the price of the stock will fall in the future. If the stock price does not drop, then no, this is not a great thing, if it does drop, then yes this is a good thing.
For example, if you purchase 100 shares of Motorola stock at $50 a share for $5,000, and the per share price drops to $40 ($4,000), you just lost $1,000 or 20% of your investment. Well, if you sold the stock short at $50 and repurchased the shares for $40, you'd make $10 per share (or $1,000).
Now how does this actually work? The short seller borrows the shares from a share holder, typically a broker (who borrows them from either another broker or from an existing shareholder). The short seller actually does not pay for the stock until a later time, but must deposit with the broker an amount equal to what is called the margin requirement (typically less than 100% of the value of the stocks). This money will protect the broker. The broker receives the money from the buyer of the stock as well as the margin from the short seller. The short seller receives nothing. If the stock drops to a low enough price (for the short seller), the short seller buys the stock, which is returned to the broker and the loan of the stock is repaid. The short seller receives the margin as well as the $1,000 profit from the broker.
If the stock price goes up during this period, then the short seller's deposit will be insufficient to cover the purchase of the share price and the broker will use $1,000 of the margin requirement plus the $5,000 from the initial buyer to purchase shares to pay back the original owner of the sold stock and return the remaining margin requirement to the short seller."
