Mick.. see post# 11499 by chinito , if thats what you're needing 'refreshing' on. Good luck.
Thx.Mick ..Terminus ? NO !...HWEG ?,maybe !
However, I'm still seeing Reeders' Terminus in the iBox.
FYI: After putting the dots together , I strongly suspect that (the 82 yr.old) Marshak does 'all' of his business thru his lawyer (Marc) .. maybe even to the point of 'power of attorney' for BHWF & Terminus (or Nevada). Marshaks lawyers address listed on the Nevada SOS Terminus filings for example.
On the other hand; I think there well be something w/ the queries into the HWEG connection.
Mick; Frank Marshak is 82 yrs.old...but I wouldn't categorize him as the "Terminus investor" ... as mentioned below (by me in post#11521 & jestirons post#11555) , Marshak is not only the CEO of BHWK , he is also the CEO of (the Nevada corporation) the "OTHER" Terminus Inc.
FYI: these are "confirmed facts" ... the sooner you remove any reference to Reeders' Terminus , the better. I bought 500K shares of BHWK , based on this erroneous DD.
Thanx for that !
Further: Terminus , is a dead-end street: I'm pretty sure that Marshaks' (Nevada corp) Terminus Inc. exists on paper only ... there are no apparent assets or business activites for this entity 'anywhere' on the internet. It might well have been created for a number of reasons (tax , write-offs etc .. who knows). You'd do well to quit beating this dead dog and move on to something else.
BINGO ... The OTHER TERMINUS Inc.
With all the searching & misc. dead-end DD thats gone on here , I'm surprised that somebody didn't stumble across this already (presuming they didn't ... I don't read every single post).
Check this out , there is another Terminus Inc. , registered in Nevada ... and guess who the 'officers' are ........ (hint; it isn't Reeder).

Best be changing the iBox now.
Sure don't see why Blackhawk couldn't have saved us all a lot of headaches on this and pointed this out to us.
P.S. also note that the address listed is the same as BHWF's lawyer in Irvine, Ca.
Link: How "Margin"works
Fine; have it your way.... all I know is what comes up on my Schwab screen when I'm refused a margin trade ; "shares are not available to borrow". This may be a matter of semantics but whichever the case ---borrowing 'cash' or 'shares', my basic run-down is valid as can be seen in this Investopedia.com tutorial" http://www.investopedia.com/university/margin/
Masco23 & locksmith123 are both correct, a margin account trades as described by both. Further; To my knowledge , most Pennystocks are 'not' marginable ... at least thats what they tell me a Schwab (my brokerage). FYI: in-a-nutshell, borrowing stocks on 'margin' from your broker means that they will 'loan' you shares of stock , which you pay them interest on (short-term) ---- from there, you either profit from any gains or loose $ if it falls. Another point of interest in 'margin' accounts is that your 'available margin balance' (the $ amount you are allowed to 'borrow' from your broker in the form of borrowed stocks) changes constantly w/ the pps fluctuations and in addition ... your 'available margin balance' includes (& is directly affected by) 'unsettled' trade transactions. Thats why you'll occasionally see your available balance unexpectedly drop for no apparent reason.
In general; "Margin Trading" should be left to the experts ... you can get hurt bad in margin trading ----- especially when you start getting "Margin Calls" (an immediate demand for payment to cover a loss ... which if not made w/in minutes , can result in your broker selling-off any other stock you have a stake in (at their discretion) , to cover the tab.
I don't get it...WTF is going on here ? The SARS PR train has left the station w/ undeniably positive news yet, here we sit on the platform , at .0011
WTH does it take to get this thing off the ground ..... if the PR 'proof' of this being a highly valued enterprise has no effect then , WTH does ? "Merit" seems to mean 'nothing' here.
Are we being diluted or just pushed around by some low-life manipulators ?
WTF
Experiment:just bought 50K w/.0015 limit but it went thru at .0014. I was trying to bump this up a tick but somebody is keeping this down for some (?) reason. Buying on the 'ask' isn't helping. Wonder what thats all about.
Any word on the Saudi contract ?
I'm the 'other' investor here ....greetings to anybody else that happens upon this (very promising) 'sleeper'.
Haven't heard a word & seems like we (?) would have heard something by now.
trader111 or P2D...who's right ?
How can 2 phone calls to the same person on the same subject produce results 180degrees apart ? Somebody isn't telling the truth here ...which one ?
"Stop w/ the games" .... we have a right to know the 'truth' ... we've paid dearly for the privilege.
Well that was fun......NOT

$ 4 $ value comparison...SARO vs. EDWY
1st let me make it clear that "I'm well aware" that there is 'no' comparison between the 2 in the way of market niche's --business types. I am merely comparing the 2 based on earnings (or holdings) & the similar O/S [correction: my count was based on Pinksheets counts, I've since been made aware that SARO's has increased to 1BB ---even still; the values are undeniable]. EDWY has a pps of .024 cents as of this moment. This pps is based on nothing more than some pipedreams and a fanclub. Other than that , EDWY is worth ... nothing.
SARO, on the other hand, now has vaste brick & mortar holdings w/ a history and a verifiable cashflow ...... now trading at a mere .0012
Where's the sense in that ?
IMO
Kindly note that this comment is meant merely as 'food-4-thought' for SARO stockholders and 'not' as an invitation 4 bashing brow-beating pseudo know-it-alls to put their foot in my mouth ---- be 4warned, I bite back when unjustly attacked.
Whats not to like? This is a rock solid winner. Not pumping, just looking at the undeniable DD 'facts'. I've got my seatbelt on (w/ my 1MM shares) now ..... hit the gas !!
10-4 , no worries
Gotcha Dragon .. thanx
Question: masco23's CCR link vs. balamidas'
Couldn't help but notice that the Sentinel Renewables link posted in masco23's well researched CCR (posted earlier) ... see: http://www.sentinelrenewable.com/ appears to be nothing more than a cheap useless advertisement webpage for 'other' companies. On the other hand; balamidas' iHub DD shows quite a different link ... see: http://www.sentinelrenewableenergy.com/ --- a viable resource , the real McCoy.
I'm assuming(?) this was a mere (& understandable) oversight on masco23's part. Not criticizing, just trying to get the 'facts' straight.
Note: this post is meant as a constructive public service for SYNJ stockholders and not to impune masco23's reputation or as an invitation for bashing (pseudo) know-it-alls to stick their foot in my mouth .... take note (leonidas0), I bite back !!!! Getting damn sick & tired of it here.
You 'are' all aware of the Pinksheets 'warning' on this...right?
I'm not fully up-to-speed on how 'bankruptcy' proceedings affect stocks but if its what I'm thinking , I'm staying clear of this one.
IMO

Incredible assays ....... on its way to $20. pps
Great stock except 1 thing, sure would like them to rescind a couple billion of the A/S. Don't like having that hovering over our heads. Other than that , all systems are a 'go'. See you on the other side of a $.
Great DD "nomonet", looks to worth $$$, not cents.
Probably nothing but heres something I found:
I found an '08 post by Sheff on a German X forum where he speaks of a possible RM company called: Midwest Funding ... see; http://www.wallstreet-online.de/diskussion/1126335-1151-1160/blackhawk-eine-der-besten-im-otcbb-auf-allzeittief
Midwest is a company operating out of Carson City, NV ..... see; http://www.mwfunding.com/contact.asp
Notice the phone # 775 887-0670 ---- its the same one thats been bouncing around here all day ....... see; http://www.blackhawkfund.com/contact_us.htm
I don't know how Sheff linked these 2 companies but , that number keeps popping-up.
Like I said , its probably nothing but I figure anything might help at this point. Thats my .0011 cents worth anyway.
Kind of 'funny' when you think about it , (now that I've cooled down a little) ...... here we are throwing tons of money & pumped-up conjecture at an old guy w/ next to nothing for assets (save for his worthless desert property). No plan , no objective , no promises , only a picture of a rocketship on a webpage.
For all we know, he may be starting up a blog for octogenerian's w/ altzheimers.
How smart are we ? Gives 'DD' a new definition: 'Dumbed-Down'. Guess he gets the last laugh.
P.S. Couldn't get a buyer , guess I'm stuck w/ this.
Rocketship just disappeared (crashed)..replaced by the depressing site linked by others here today. WTF ?
"says who?" ... we do ! Have a cup of Java then look at whats been going on here this morning. Its starting to look (to me) like last Fridays unexplained sell-off from .0028 to .0018 might have its roots in some insider sham , trying to get us to pay for the retirement of an 82 year old 'failure in life' geriatric. I know , thats against the law ... what are they going to do to an 82 year old man !?! Like he should care.
Prove me wrong ..... please !!!
O.K.; lets figure this out here (in little over an hour) ... what have we got to work with (not much). I'm seeing that the website we've all been looking at: http://www.blackhawkfund.com/ still shows the rocketship and nothing else. I don't know if this other link listed (by another poster) here today is a left-over from a bygone error or is new as of today ?? Are we dealing w/ the [I'm the King of England} fantasies of an 82 yr. old geriatric or is there something 'big' missing here ?
Here's what I know: The so-called 'assets' (properties) listed on the other link (& their previous 10Q) are nothing to base a "company" on. I live in this area -- many people own more than one property in Carlsbad .. and he sold those to pay off bills. The 3.5 acres in Desert Hot Springs is likely 'worthless' ... he picked them up for $1,000. and are supposedly valued at $110K. Those prices tell me that thesse lots are probably in whats called: "the "Wind Area" ... nobody builds 'anything' out there ... frequent wind -driven sandstorms make sure of that.
So what else have we got (other than the multitudes or hypothesesis' here at iHub) ?
It just doesn't make sense that this guy would have gone thru all this 'build-up' just to tell the world 'what a failure' he is (unless he's missing a few cans from his 6-pack).
What have 'you' got on all this ?
Same info as in their last 10Q .. property and all.
A 60/40 'grab-bag, thats my .002C worth ...
My wife asked me what this stock is all about and thats what I came up with. We've hashed this thing through & through yet , except for a lot of hypothetical conjecture , we're still basically in the dark. I'm personally not ruling out some entertainment industry venture ... both company's (BHWK & Terminus) have an association w/ this field (to a degree).
A 60/40 odds "grab-bag" if you will.
Way to go Dragon , you-da-man ! Thanx
Stranger things have happened CJ , EDWY went from .0024 to .053 in one fell swoop before closing at .024 in one day (as I recall). And, EDWY really didn't even have any 'meat' (other than a fan club) going for it ... in the way of 'earnings'. Good luck to us all.
Dragon... good find, the best confidence builder I've seen in a week or 2.
After examining the PMO Coach website (no comment), I'm now hoping that some of the other hypothesis' I've seen here are the right ones. BHWK's past also involves links in construction and the entertainment industries. Whatever it ends up being , I hope (for all our sakes) , its something w/ some revenue generating 'meat' on it.
SYNJ DD (slightly dated) from Stocks Reporter
Found this while fishing for info ... contains much of the same w/ a few other unseen topics (by me anyway). Nice to see somebody elses 'take' on SYNJ (other than iHubbers).
link:
http://www.stocks-reporter.com/index.php/forums/viewthread/2458/
mmmprofit is exactly right ... thats exactly how it works ---- not having any idea of where this opens and knowing about 1st hour volitility , your best approach is in waiting till the 10:30 or 11am ET 'profit-takers' sell down , then make your buy (using a defined 'limit order'). Here's a recent (often typical example) ... BHWK got up to .0028 in 1st hour trading on Friday , then sank to +/- .0022 by 10:30 and (unfortunately) closed the day at .0018. The mid-morning drop is the 'typical' here .... the closing price was not (cause: trading on un-defined vague rumors). SARS , on the other hand , is a well defined tangible entity w/ an established cash flow and very good potential.
"Worth holding onto", thats what I'm seeing here. Although there will inevitably be some major ups&downs in SARS pps , this gives all indications of a retirement funding source , to me anyway. I'll likely be tempted to unload at various points (with this being a PS and all) , but unless I see good reason to do otherwise along the way , I'm "holding" .... long on SARS. I'll just have to be content to make interim $$ off of SYNJ & BHWK (hopefully of course).
Funny...there's a BHWK 'nightshift' on duty now ....
Different players , same objective ........ never noticed that before.
Good luck to us all ,
signed; the dayshift
This looks to be one of those rarities , a credible stock that hits high the 1st day then , after the masses spot it the next day ...... takes off.
I'm strapped-in now ---- hit the gas.
Today was fun ... up 46%
Hillard , off to Pakistan ... under private security protection.
I suspect Hillard could have picked a more stable country than Pakistan to do business with. I'd be really surprised if it even got off the ground before the Taliban blew it up. I'd also be surprised if (as proclaimed by Hillard) Pakistan gave a d..m about anything related to 'green energy'. Just the same , I wish him luck .... and the same to all of us BGMO longs.
Lets face it , it could be months till anything comes of this (as much as it pains me to say that). They're dealing w/ bureaucracies , government aquisitions & funds , contracts , public/private LLC's , mergers , competition etc etc etc. None of these things come easy , or fast.
Further; The next time they do a PR , I'm hoping they have something far more significant to offer than just some news of another small scale bio-generator or two. We've been led to believe (mostly thru innuendo) that this will be the mother of all alt-energy conglomerates (or something to that effect) . I don't know about all that but if it gets to a dollar --- I'm good.
I also have a feeling that , given their association w/ Pickens , there may well be some other factors involved like Pickens 11th hour change of plans regarding those wind generators he's going to accept from GE. Where's he going to put them. Along the seaboards where the wind is at maybe? Perhaps So.Carolina or Maryland ?
Your guess is as good as mine but I know one thing for sure ..... none of these things come easy , or fast.
IMO
