For what it's worth I talked to Mr. Hensel, by calling the company during the early summer months, and at the time it was his assertion that the company's overall situation might possibly become more clear by September or so. Therefore, I tried to call him today in an attempt to do some routine follow-up, however when I dialed his extension through the auto-attendant (1407) I kept getting kicked back out to the general operator. Has anyone else endeavored to contact the company lately?
Spooz 2nd Qtr. Fins just hit Pinksheets.com
Common Shares Outstanding Count Remains the Same Per the T/A:
4,765,100,458 as of 11:40am
Yes, I've been watching their daily report rather closely.
Only problem is that I am an email slob and, to boot, I sent the question from my work email address. Also, to counter/correct your false assumption regarding my rate-of-contact with Spooz, though I choose not to reach out to the company on a daily basis, I have indeed sent Mr. Strickland many emails over the past year or so.
Anyway, here is the exact question I posed to him, word for word:
Has the “green zone” launch and/or overall public release of STV2 been compromised in anyway by the on-going litigation concerned with Groves and He?
Thanks Allie! I'm not expecting much, but would like to digest where things were on and a bit after the balance sheet date - 6/30/08.
Sorry, must have missed that one. Let me see if I can dig-up the original question I posed to him.
I see Spooz has now removed the 1 week specification off of their website, with regards to the delay in disseminating 2nd Qtr '08 Financials that was broadcast via the website on 8/15.
Common Shares Outstanding Count (Per the T/A) Remains @:
4,765,100,458 as of 9:56am this morning.
Common Shares Outstanding Count Continues to Hold Steady @ 4,765,100,458 as of 11:36am today.
(Per the T/A)
Hi Georgie I wonder if Spooz, 141's sister company, will release their 2nd quarter financials after hours today, or perhaps wait an additional week like 141?
Outstanding Common Share Count Remains @ 4,765,100,458
Per the T/A @ 2:45pm - 8/19/2008
Case Study – Involving Spooz & TS Support
Good afternoon board, I found the following case study (2nd one from the bottom) involving some work that TS Support did for Spooz to be interesting. It involves White Labeling Charting w/ Excel Integration; take a look:

Outstanding Common Share Count – Per the T/A as of 11:50am
Holding steady @ 4,765,100,458
Thanks, that's what it appears to be. I plugged a few alternate's in but didn't come up with the same results. Whatever though.
Anyone have a clue what this is about, or if this article is even consistent with our company? It's the first time I have come across this, but it may have been posted in the past:
http://www.itradeallday.com/q/biggainer2.php?t202id=3444&t202kw=SPZI&ticker=SPZI
We must have sometime today REED, as I checked the site earlier today and, at the time, 141 still maintained the "current" insignia.

I'll tell you what MC, in a minor way, I'm starting to gain a stronger sense of how Paul must feel any/every time he puts out any information; both now and in the past. Attack attack attack, without even taking the time to digest or even slightly consider what possible merits might be found therein.
Good evening board, I found the following link to a company called PhillipCapital and thought it of interest that this company, on a daily basis, lists Spooz as one of only a handful of companies charted in one particular section of its' daily report. Might not mean anything, but then again...
Check out page 9

...or not. Anyone know if we had a bid at any time today? It doesn't appear as though we did.
Seems quite possible that the stage is being set for another end-of-day trading explosion, along similar lines as to what was experienced here yesterday (just a hunch).
LMAO! Yeah, I know how feel.
I too believe DOMS is just about out of gas; for now anyway!
I’ve been prodding around for information regarding such Birdito and, thus far, have been unsuccessful in obtaining any updates. Anyone else?
Thanks.
Hello zardiw, based upon information obtained in one of your previous posts today, I came across this website, which at least confirms the current a/s count as being 5B. Some other interesting tidbits can be exacted from here also. Thanks for the heads up.
You may need to do the following in order to gain access to information regarding 141:
Look Under: Document Searches
then, Corporation\Trademark\LLC\LP
then, Inquire by Entity Name
then, type in 141 Capital; ours is the first selection that appears

Oh yeah, it's been awhile so I'll have to take another look at things.
Thanks.
Information Only
Common Shares Outstanding as of 11:01am Today (Per the T/A):
4,765,100,458
This figure denotes an increase of 400m in the common-share-outstanding count, over and above what the number was when I called the T/A yesterday (4,365,100,458).
Yes Georgie, I have pondered the entire issue quite extensively.
They could conceivably use proceeds obtained through dilutive measures (creative self-financing).
Sorry Traderfan, I only inquired about the o/s count.
Common Shares Outstanding per the T/A as of 11:00am Today:
4,365,100,458
Today's trading activity is interesting to say the least.
I've been seeing that all day peeved.
Does anyone have an L2 shot. I'm wondering if the ask is really .0006?
TIA
Thanks a million for providing this information CapnDon. I hope that some can now appreciate why it is prudent that Spooz exercise extreme caution in bringing their technologies to market, as the potential for piracy is apparently quite pervasive in their sector of the economy.
NP, just trying, like everyone else, to piece together the puzzle as best I can, given the present amount of information publicly available.
Along the same lines of what we have been discussing tonight, I found the following write-up pretty interesting:
http://www.haganlaw.com/docs/Spin-Offs.pdf
A very interesting scenario to say the least.
I too have noticed a similar trading relationship between the two companies for the past month or so.
