I believe USSE will release its own PR next week...hopefully with more details. I've noticed that in pinkie land, quotes from the other company's CEO are not generally included in a company's PR.

IMO..from what I was told over a week ago about USSE becoming a reporting company in January and moving to the OTC BB.....it appears USSE will reverse merge into ONYI...USSE will be the remaining company. ONYI's PR yesterday stated:

"In light of this information, if the company were to eventually have a billion shares outstanding, the intrinsic value of the company stock would be $12 per share"

USSE has 1 billion A/S..this can't be a coincidence. I was also told that the other company goes away. Makes sense to me.
