The issuer had 513,868,428 shares of common stock outstanding as of October 23, 2007.
A/S 1 billion
The issuer had 1,290,179 shares of common stock outstanding as of October 10, 2006.
@ 1.40
Market cap at that time of 1,806,250
Over 3 times what it is now
With the current shares outstanding that would be a market cap of 48,817,500
We're pretty far from that right now
The issuer had 513,868,428 shares of common stock outstanding as of

$282,627.6365
According to the most recent filing that is how much it would take to buy 50% plus 1 share.
Heck my house is worth more than that and it's paid for. No revolving notes, no lines of credit.
I'll shut up now before I prove how much I don't know
No amount of plaintive emails are going to make one bit of difference in what happens with this company or this stock. The stockholders are going to pay off the debt accumulated during the aquisitions. They have made it very clear in their filings what they are going to do. They may pat your hand, they may help you to understand the filings so it is clear to you. They may even tell you how they understand your pain. What they will not do is change the direction this is going.
In spite of what you may think this is every man for himself. The reality of what is being done here is plain, it is legal to the best of my limited knowledge. Perhaps if you're able to wait long enough and they do actually achieve profitability you may recover your money. There dosen't currently seem to be any evidence to prove that at this time however. My hope is the expiration of the Laurus deal in June 2008. However things can change very easily when voting is controlled by one person. We will not know what rabbits will be pulled out of the hat until the trick is over and the curtain is drawn.
The thing I'm most curious about now is who is buying all these shares and why. How could you possibly look at the past performance and think it's a good move? Although what am I saying, I did.
PS, my average is .01
At this rate someone else could end up owning this company

Annual gross profit for year end
4,471,820
Annual CEO compensation
372,000 probably safe to round up to an even 400,000 with car and other stuff, expense account, plane.
Almost 10% of the annual gross profit
Of course they did report a loss for the year though
Ongo has been very upfront with me as far as information goes
Their responses to my questions have been prompt and accurate. They also seem to be on time with their filings which are inclusive of all the required facts. I just bought too high. shame on me
I guess I'm a little disgruntled, nobodys fault but mine
I have to admit that I pulled portions of the filing. The company say's these rentals were at a better rate than would have been received from an outside party.
I went on google earth to attempt to see what kind of cars are in the driveway but the images aren't that good

Did you mean mumbling
I'm actually very interested to see this play out. I've been here a long time and I know a reallll lot about this business.
I've seen JJ whip this like a rented mule and seen people agree with every post because it's what they wanted to hear. It's all been quite interesting and I didn't risk more than I could handle. I'd love to see it hit a dollar again, hell I'd love to see it hit three dollars again. I've seen it at .10 cents also. I wish you all luck, whatever side of the fence you're on.
It's not M&M games, People just unable to agree on a price.
You could hit the ask all day long and buy all you want. I don't know about hitting the bid that way. I think as it stands you would hit .1 pretty quick. We'll surely find out Thursday. I for one am not interested in being put on ice again. I'm ready for some put up or shut up.
Perhaps if you increase your bid you will find the liquidity will increase

All the positive press releases, all the predictions.

"We don't control the market", well I guess it was one of us that dumped 23 mil on the market today. Come on fess up Who was it
What an F'n load
That works for me
What could they possibly say
Please
I believe if they can't make this work they will let it die a slow quiet death like the port deal. Although they never really hyped that either. Articles in World Cargo News but thats all I could ever find. To this day I still don't know who wound up with the Port management contract.
You know I was kidding about the horse thing, a little play on words of my own. I'm not that sensitive. Good Luck to you also how ever this works out
Funny, nice play on words
Although not for a minute do I believe you to be ignorant your constant reference to their policy of non disclosure would at least lead someone to believe you to be unfamiliar to the negotiation process. This is not a product that someone can pickup at Walgreens on sale, the price may be contingent on many factors. Volume of units, frequency of orders. They are I'm sure negotiating individually with each entity and both parties to those negotiations would want those to be closed deals. Why would I disclose the price I gave you when I sit at the table with someone else. It would place me at a disadvantage from the first day. If they are in fact involved with negotiations with more than one shipper I'm sure the prices paid will be different. They may indeed be forced to sell at a loss to affect an entry with a large enough shipper, another fact they would be reticent to disclose however it goes on every day. Often suppliers will PR a deal without even being given permission to release the name of the companies, volume of sales,or any terms other than vague projections . I can't really believe you are unaware of this as I'm sure you have read many of the kinds press releases to which I'm refering. As to your constant reference to oil prices I'm sitting here wondering what product isn't effected by rising oil prices in some way.
As to your calling people kids, that is just insulting and really has no place on these forums. I may even take your reference of leading a horse to water as a personal if veiled insult to myself because of my screen name.
Time will prove who is correct, They may in fact be sitting there staring at the phone waiting for it to ring, however we should be gentlemen.
