Company vehicle and aircraft:

The value shown for personal use of Company aircraft is the incremental
cost to the Company of such use, which is calculated based on the variable
operating costs to the Company per hour of operation, which include fuel
costs, maintenance, and associated travel costs for the crew. Fixed costs
that do not change based on usage, such as pilot salaries, depreciation,
insurance, and rent, were not included.

CERTAIN RELATIONSHIPS AND RELATED TRANSACTIONS

During the years ended July 31, 2007 and 2006, we paid rent of approximately $74,116 and $52,000, respectively, to a company related to a director.
During the fiscal year ended July 31, 2007, we paid $102,000 to The Cellular Connection Ltd., a company owned and controlled by Mr. Turk for equipment rental.
