Feel free to short it! Shareholders were entitled to research this compassioned CEO before becoming a shareholder and at some point many didn't have a problem with his work ethics!
What seems to be the hurry in getting the Phase 3 and EUA done as long as it benefits the company the most in the long run?
Any current shareholders that believe the CEO of TSOI is more focused on playing music on the forum than other business activities are entitled to evaluate if remaining a shareholder in TSOI is best for them!
If TSOI NEVER holds gains, that obviously wouldn't have been something new! So any current shareholders should have noted that before becoming a shareholder! Correct? If they didn't reference TSOI not being able to hold gains, why did she become shareholders? I would imagine that they would believe that TSOI not holding gains was going to change sometime in the future...
Exactly! If TSOI NEVER holds gains, who cares what news come out! Fluffy news or news with more substance! Obviously some believe it's a losing cause all together regardless of what the upcoming news is! Therefore, if shareholders are concerned about TSOI NOT holding gains, they can reevaluate if remaining a shareholder in TSOI is best for them!
But if TSOI NEVER holds gains, who cares if it's fluffy news or major news? Shareholders should just plan accordingly when those PR's arrive!
Is it? Well every buyer is willing to take the financial responsibility of those shares for 2022! Knowing today is January 5, 2022 how many days are left before December 31, 2022? Not to worry, they know they will be extremely profitable at some point this year! TSOI is for flipping correct? LOL...
I really wish you got back a large portion of your losses here! Playing OTC penny stocks like TSOI can be tricky! It's best to understand that TSOI has always struggled holding gains and I always review the yearly chart when determining the best time to buy...
So when the S&P is down -1.65% and the Nasdaq is down -2.95% and the Russell 2000 is down -2.97%, the OTC penny stock TSOI should be soaring with the eagles on a day without news?
It sure must be a sense of relief getting out at .044! No need to worry now! It may take TSOI some time to get things rolling to satisfy some shareholders immediate expectations!
I see! But regardless what they knew prior to the potential EUA press release, you have stated that TSOI never holds gains! So knowing the February 2021 run to .17 sold off down to .03, what was taken into consideration that guaranteed the August run to .13 would not have sold off like the February run?
What was your guaranteed share price appreciation level if the EUA had already happened? How much would it have gone up in your opinion? Would there have been any profit taking after an EUA announcement if it even created any upward movement? Could the stock still be at this current price level after an EUA announcement? Not everywhere is a stuck shareholder! Any idea why some sold immediately following the potential EUA press release? Someone posted last week how TSOI NEVER holds gains? If TSOI NEVER holds gains, why even become a shareholder?
There seems to be a lot of devoted shareholders who believe the TSOI CEO is a piece of trash! I am not one of them! Well, every shareholder gets to decide when it's best to buy or sell!
Really? Are .02's less than .03's? Any suggestions how to protect ones financial investment in TSOI if that's what they believe?
Any shareholders that don't like the CEO's decisions about his company are free to leave and find other investments! Correct? Why wait for the "darker days" to determine if remaining a shareholder in TSOI is best for them?
Shouldn't there be major dumping happening with the January note approaching? Why is TSOI holding at this level? It just doesn't make sense!!!
And why is that? Would it be best to never get any news?
How do you know it would have already happened? It is 100% guaranteed that all biotech science deals must be handled within a certain timeframe? To state something like that you must have some specific examples to share with us that we could review that pertain to a situation like this! What are those examples?
Were you able to find those insider dumping filings? I still can't find them!
With this "supposedly" massive upcoming dilution, how should investors play this? Buy, sell, hold or just avoid getting involved and find another stock to invest in? Seems like there is a lot of buying happening that to me suggests that many people aren't concerned about this "supposedly" massive upcoming dilution! How can 100% of all these buyers be fooled?
Which Big Pharmaceutical companies have you contacted who specifically told you they didn't want anything to do with TSOI? Who did you speak with at these companies?
There seems to be a lot of interest in this "supposedly" share selling scam! People are entitled to buy or sell as they please! People are allowed to completely avoid TSOI as well if it looks like it will be a losing investment!
Up she goes!
Well the facts say that any new stockholders made the decision ON THEIR OWN to buy into this OTC penny stock called TSOI! Let me know when this gets below .02 again!
Anyone who noted the sell off from .17 down to .03 should have been cautious during the August run to .13! TSOI was down almost 25% in a week after touching .13 in August! Some believed the stock wasn't going to hold again while some decided to hold!
Those shares in stronger hands is priceless!
There sure was a lot of buying last week! Almost 200 million shares! What were all those buyers thoughts about this idea that TSOI is a dilution machine?
Have they? STILL? Go ahead and post the insider transaction forms to verify the owners dumping!
Knowing biotech science is very time consuming process, what were your expectations for the TSOI share price in 2021 knowing how many shorters and flippers were attracted to this stock in 2021 or at any other time prior? Isn't it safe to say that the length/timeframe of the entire process of getting Jadicells approved should have been the first thing to acknowledge/understand before anyone became a shareholder? I agree with Tractor that in 2022, if any deal with an established pharmaceutical company thats name is known worldwide, it will forever change the perception and identity of TSOI! I believe it will happen in 2022 and when it does, biotech investors will indulge in buying as many shares as possible of TSOI which will greatly reduce the tradeable float for what may be an earth shattering ROI in less than a couple of years after the trials are complete...
That's right! This stock has NEVER held gains! Was TSOI supposed to hold its gains in August which some considered to be the gem month?
Mark my words, it's not going to be like that! If any current or potential shareholder is concerned about any kind of future dilution, they are the ones who get to decide if becoming or remaining a shareholder in TSOI is right for them!
Biotech stocks like TSOI are considered time consuming investments! Time consuming investments are perceived as dead money and long term holds and very rarely hold gains! Even moreso biotech investments that are trading as OTC penny stocks like TSOI is! These factors should always be taken into consideration prior to anyone becoming a shareholder!
So the sell off from .17 down to .03 that stayed in the .03 range for almost a month would not be considered solid support to a trader? What majority of traders/buyers would think after about a month at that level there was more downside than upside? From .03 down to 0 after seeing a run to .17 OR from .03 north to whatever price? Weigh which option has the greater probability of happening! Weigh why Dixon and Ichim own about 400,000,000 shares and don't take a salary and didn't sell shares during the two spikes in 2021 to .17 and .13! There was unlimited amount of data available about this company for years for investors to base their decisions on before becoming a shareholder! How can the first impression of TSOI being an ground floor and time consuming biotech company that may take years to gain traction be overlooked? How can the 10 year chart of the company be overlooked before becoming a shareholder? And then some demanding this to be an overnight success story is laughable!
Some believe the 2022 outlook for TSOI is extremely bleak! Others have a lot of confidence in what the future holds in 2022 for TSOI! Without question, any potential investors who are concerned about this company don't have to become shareholders!
Many traders made hundreds of thousands of dollars this year on TSOI who knew when it was the right time to buy and sell! Not everyone was that fortunate! The ones who did have no regrets on this major money making calendar year from TSOI! They played it correctly...
Was TSOI an established and respected biotech company in August? The gem month! Got a link for Tim issuing him 20 million shares recently as stated? There's some great reading over on SW!
Saving some people's lives is considered fluff? What a wonderful way to look at it...
That's only a personal opinion! No poster has any information what is truly planned by this company regarding the upcoming trials! Anyone concerned about major dilution in this companies future can play their investment accordingly!
So how should it be played? Especially with January coming!!!
Well how was TSOI gonna pay for it in August?
