Wow that is a terrible move by management. I was really considering a nice size investment in this company as I have seen their products and heard great things about it. Now I will delete them from my watch list because they just raised the a/s to a billion and to now more than double that is outrageous to say the least. I wish everyone here the best of luck.

How can they do a reverse split if the company is revoked and how do we get our money out if it's a private company.

Ok thanks I thought you were trying to help me see apex's point of view. They need to show some class and post something on their website to inform investors of their plans instead of adding a useless translator. Also they need to remember we were the ones keeping it trading at these levels. They will need us for bid support when this gets back to trading because there will be some panicking investors that will want to sell and the market makers will take full advantage if we don't step in on the bid. So anyone from apex reading this needs to take that into consideration when they are just leaving us investors to wonder.

If they agree to be revoked until they file and don't become tradeable again then IMO that is fraud because the investors lose a lot of money. You can define it as much as you want but you will never be able to change my opinion on this one.

If they don't update us on their website in the next 2 weeks then I would say yes.

Fish once again I have been advised by my lawyer not to post anything about apex anywhere on these message boards but I am extremely disappointed with the way this is turning out so here I am posting. Where is Roger Reynolds and the apex management team now? They could have at the very least given us a press release on their website or asked some of the investors for help if they needed money for the filings in exchange for preferred shares. Instead they have done absolutely nothing and turned their heads on the loyal investors that kept this company trading. I did meet with my lawyer today and I am not supposed to mention anything on here so I will refrain from posting anything until I am 100% certain with what is going to happen. IMO anyone who has invested more than 10k on this stock should immediately talk to a lawyer. They only hold one property that could potentially be worth hundreds of millions. If there is enough legal action against them they may put a hold on that property until litigation is completed as it is there only asset as a publicly traded company. This in return would motivate them to get their filings up to date as they are valueless without that property.

I hope this can get on a run like the other one did. IMO this is a much better stock

I have been advised not to post on this board by my lawyer. He also wants me to resign as a moderator but I am still contemplating both of those. I don't think he is doing anything with the company and I am probably being charged for nothing. For whatever it's worth I will be meeting with him on Thursday to talk about APEX and their management team. If I find out anything new I will keep you updated.

If they let her run we will make some good money. I think this will break out this week. If they get the approval then the sky's the limit.

Yes Kim we were so close before they decided to voluntarily suspend trading in their stock. They knew this was coming and did nothing to prevent it. I have been patiently and quietly waiting for management to say something and they have told us nothing, not even an update on there website. I will try and contact them after work today and I will post my findings here.

Have you tried contacting Roger or the company recently? If so are they not answering or avoiding you? I have been in contact with a lawyer and before I proceed with him any further I want to see if anyone has been in contact with them about their future plans. I will also try to contact them tom. I have too much invested just to sit around while they do nothing to get this back and trading. A family member and I have over 25K invested in this and I refuse to let them ride into the sunset with the money we invested.

Nice post, I agree with you completely. Another thing I don't understand is why the sec always goes after the little guy. There are so many pink sheets that trade at a much higher volume that are obviously scams but they never seem to get suspended or shut down. They usually just end up in triple zeros with no bid. I will never understand the sec as they always punish the investors that backed the company instead of throwing the people in the company in jail and helping us get our money back.

That's completely false! With a pump comes a dump hence the phrase pump and dump. Where was the dump cause I don't see it. If anyone is truly pumping then they do it to sell shares and I don't see anyone here that did that which is apparent when looking at the daily volume and posts on this board.

Good way to show your character Bianca, there is no reason to be happy when people are investing a lot of money here. Maybe this will be their wake up call but still you should never be happy about others misfortunes. Invest and try and make money but don't kick others when they have nothing to do with running the company. We are just investors trying to make money like anybody else in the market.

I also would have never bought in at least not for as much as I have. They need to lay off the ask and let this move to build some momentum otherwise we will never go anywhere. Roger and whomever else in the company that reads this board, QUIT selling shares and do something for investors otherwise you will have no one to sell to. We are the ones keeping this at the current price now could you all please quit selling so we can move up.

If the directors or the company doesn't quit selling then we are never gonna go anywhere. IMO it's the directors that are selling their shares. That's what happens when you give 1 man over 10 million shares for doing virtually nothing for the company.

That's a very interesting find but this company will achieve absolutely nothing with the management group they have. IMO the management and directors have done next to nothing for investors. Fish has done more then all of them combined. Also IMO the directors have been relentless selling at the ask and sometimes at the bid.

I agree Micro IMO one of the directors is selling shares here. If they stop we can move fast if not he's gonna ruin the stock. It's the companies fault for giving them shares when they are doing very little to help the company and share holders.

Lol I'm surprised more people aren't upset with the way things are going here. The people running this company have done absolutely nothing for share holders since there inception. I bet if they got bought out they wouldn't even release it on a newswire lol. It would be put up on their website where nobody would even notice it.

I agree, that was some very useless news. Filings are supposed to be updated by the end of the month. We need a whole new slate of mangers and directors. The ones we have are definitely not getting the job done for shareholders.

They are offering way too many shares at the ask. If they ever stop then this will look attractive to new investors otherwise we will never break out of this range the seller has us in.

I agree, we had very nice and consistent volume all week. If the company gives us some official news on a newswire then that could very well be the start of something great here. IMO any new investors that wanna get in this should have to chase it upwards. It's time for the ask to dry up so we can really see some gains here. If they are smart they will take advantage of the momentum we have and release some news early next week to get this baby going. Roger Reynolds and Apex executives it is time to change your mentality! Instead of selling shares let's try to build a company. We need some official news next week, the longs here have been very patient and deserve at least a little reward for their investment. Don't worry I doubt any will sell, we just wanna feel like we made the right choice. It's time to get her moving in the right direction. We have been waiting and hoping for news to finally be officially released and I believe next week is the time to do so. Please give us something.
