Trump Warns of Business Exodus, Kevin O‘Leary Says Court Ruling Turns New York Into Uninvestable ’Mega Loser State’
‘I would never invest in New York now, and I’m not the only person saying that,’ Mr. O'Leary said.
https://www.theepochtimes.com/article/trump-warns-of-business-exodus-kevin-oleary-says-court-ruling-turns-new-york-into-uninvestable-mega-loser-state-5590392?utm_source=morningbriefnoe&src_src=morningbriefnoe&utm_campaign=mb-2024-02-20&src_cmp=mb-2024-02-20&utm_medium=email&est=AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAZeMgIkRb6dvH5LxAvWpUFB4ARlJpfEWq9FYrFR9g5Q%3D%3D
Former President Donald Trump said Saturday that the recent court ruling that fined him over $350 million would spark a business exodus from New York State, while venture capitalist Kevin O'Leary said the ruling turned New York into an uninvestable “mega loser state.”
In a civil fraud trial that accused the former president of inflating asset values to get better terms for bank loans, New York Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron issued a ruling on Feb. 16, ordering President Trump and Trump Organization executives to pay $355 million in damages, and barring the former president from doing business in the state for three years.
“I paid over $100 million in taxes and they want me out,” President Trump said on Friday, claiming that corrupt officials were driving businesses out of New York.
Then, during a Saturday rally in Michigan, President Trump said he plans to appeal Justice Engoron’s ruling, while predicting the case would have far-reaching implications.
Mr. O'Leary, an entrepreneur and media personality known for his role on the “Shark Tank” program, also denounced the ruling.
First, in an interview with the New York Post, he called it “appalling,” “unjust,” and “un-American,” warning that if it’s not overturned on appeal it could spark an exodus of businesses from the state.
Now, in an interview on Fox News, Mr. O'Leary continued his critique of the ruling, arguing that “there’s no rationale for it” and that it makes New York state, which was already problematic for investors due to uncompetitive regulations, even worse.
“I would never invest in New York now, and I’m not the only person saying that,” Mr. O'Leary said.
“Do you think any foreign institution or any private equity firm or any pension fund would touch New York? No! And that’s why New Yorkers should be concerned,” he continued.
“Winner states versus loser states,” Mr. O'Leary said. “Look at Tennessee right now. Fastest growing city in America right now. Nashville. Winner state, good policy, competitive taxes. You’ve got to start thinking about this in context of winners and losers.”
“New York—mega loser state,” he concluded.
President Trump took to Truth Social on Saturday to praise Mr. O'Leary for his sharp rebuke of Jutice Engoron’s ruling.
“Thank you to Kevin O'Leary, a Great Entrepreneur and Star,” the former president wrote. “Just watch the Exodus of Business from New York!”
Following Mr. O'Leary’s remarks on Monday, President Trump took to social media again to post an approving message.
“Kevin O’Leary is so great, and tells it like it is. Businesses will flee NYC & State after the Corrupt Judge’s ruling!” President Trump wrote.
The Case
New York Attorney General Letitia James brought the civil fraud case against President Trump.
The trial centered on allegations that the 45th president and his company, the Trump Organization, defrauded banks, insurers, and others by allegedly overvaluing his assets and exaggerating his net worth in documents used in deals and to secure loans.
Story continues below advertisement
President Trump has argued that no bank was victimized by the stated asset valuations and that lenders—including Deutsche Bank—made considerable amounts of money in interest by extending the loans.
He has also stated repeatedly that, if his brand value is taken into account, his net worth is “much higher” than what was stated on the Trump Organization statements of financial condition.
David Williams, a Deutsche Bank executive who worked on at least one of three loans the bank gave to President Trump, testified on Nov. 28 that it isn’t unusual for a bank to cut a client’s stated asset value—even by half—and still approve a loan, just like it did with the former president.
Not only that, but Mr. Williams told the court that it’s standard practice for Deutsche Bank to subject a client’s asset value to an adjustment, saying differences between a client and the bank about a client’s asset values aren’t a disqualifying factor when considering granting loans because “it’s just a difference of opinion.”
Deutsche Bank viewed clients’ reports of their net worth as “subjective or subject to estimates” and took its own view of such financial statements, Mr. Williams added.
However, in his 92-page legal opinion, Justice Engoron repeatedly repudiated the testimony of expert witnesses called by the defense to uphold the validity of the Trump Organization’s statements of financial condition.
“In order to borrow more and at lower rates, defendants submitted blatantly false financial data to the accountants, resulting in fraudulent financial statements. When confronted at trial with the statements, defendants’ fact and expert witnesses simply denied reality, and defendants failed to accept responsibility or to impose internal controls to prevent future recurrences,” Justice Engoron wrote.
At several points in the ruling, the justice explicitly rejected the argument of defense expert witnesses that statements of financial condition are meant to provide estimates, and that the subjectivity of such statements is widely acknowledged and accepted in commercial real estate.
The Penalty
Initially, Ms. James wanted to fine the former president $250 million but later increased this to $370 million.
She also requested additional penalties against President Trump, including a permanent ban on his doing business in New York state and with any New York-based financial institution.
Justice Engoron granted most of what Ms. James asked for although he stopped short of permanently banning President Trump from doing business in his native New York.
President Trump and Trump Organization executives have been ordered to pay $355 million in damages, while the former president has been barred from doing business in New York State for three years.
The former president’s sons, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump, were also ordered to pay $4 million each in fines.
All he had to do was comply with the lawful order and exit the vehicle...sigh.
It was dark out that night.
That's a lot.

Houthis Reportedly Sink British Ship In Red Sea
https://truthpress.com/news/houthis-reportedly-sink-british-ship-in-red-sea/
The United Kingdom’s Maritime Trade Operations Agency (UKMTO) reported Monday that the Houthis sunk a ship traveling in the Red Sea , south of the port city of Mukha in Yemen. It is the the first time since the start of Israel’s war on Hamas in Gaza that a crew had to abandon their ship because of the Houthis.
Initial reports stated that there were no casualties in the incident, and military officials who were in the area provided the crew with assistance.
A report by the Al-Jazeera network, which is based on a source in the field of shipping in Yemen, stated that Ansar Allah forces, or the Houthis in Yemen, attacked a British ship near Bab al-Mandab. The source added that the ship was significantly damaged, which caused it to stop in the water, and that the crew called for help.
After the initial reports, the spokesman of the Houthi army, Yahya Saree, claimed responsibility for the incident.
According to him, the Houthi forces attacked the British ship Rubymar in the Gulf of Adenwith several missiles. According to him, the ship was badly damaged, its crew got out safely and it is in danger of sinking. Sky News in Arabic reported that the ship had sunk.
Sources gave the Lebanese al-Mayadeen channel, which is affiliated with Hezbollah, more details about the events. According to them, the ship was carrying ammonia and, after it was attacked, attempts were made to save it, but it caught fire and began to sink.
The sources said that the ship “was attacked with a precise and new weapon that has not been revealed until now.”
The Houthis, who are supported by Iran, have been boasting for many weeks about their ability to attack “Israeli” ships or those that are sailing to Israel, as part of their support for the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
In every official statement they say that their attacks will continue until “the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip stops, and medicine and food enter the Strip.” With the entry of the international coalition to fight against Yemen, the Houthis announced that American and British targets in the Red Sea also were legitimate targets.
Yeah, exactly.
No, it's not a matter of opinion. Carry on.
We sure learned a lot from that experience didn't we. I made many lifestyle changes and learned the importance of being prepared.
Your assessment is totally theologically incorrect.

Graham responds to Trump NATO comments: ‘If you don’t pay you get kicked out’
https://share.newsbreak.com/671rwgpb
Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) responded to former President Trump’s recent comments on NATO, saying that he supports the former president’s calls to get members of the alliance to contribute what would be considered their fair share.
In recent days, Trump has doubled down on comments in which he claimed to have told a foreign leader while he was in office that if their country didn’t contribute enough to NATO, then Russia can “ do whatever the hell they want .” Graham said that he supports members of NATO paying a fair share to the alliance during an interview on CBS’s “Face the Nation.”
“I want to have a system where if you don’t pay, you get kicked out. But no, I’m not inviting Russia to invade Ukraine,” Graham said Sunday. “President Trump is right to want NATO nations to meet their obligation of 2 percent.”
“We need to turn it into an obligation that means something. I’m a big fan of NATO, but there’s $70-80 billion left on the table. If you’re in NATO, pay the 2 percent,” he said.
Trump’s calls for NATO members to contribute more largely centers on efforts to get all members to commit 2 percent of their gross domestic product to defense spending, a benchmark NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg has said at least half of the 31-member alliance is set to meet in 2024.
“I think what’s appropriate is for everybody to meet the obligation of 2 percent,” Graham said.
Trump’s comments prompted somewhat of a split in the Republican Party, with some pushing back on his remarks and others attempting to defend them. Trump has been critical of NATO in the past and frequently attacked the alliance while he was in office due to some members not contributing what he believed was enough.
President Biden called Trump’s remarks “ appalling and dangerous ” in a statement at the time.
“Donald Trump’s admission that he intends to give [Russian President Vladimir Putin] a greenlight for more war and violence, to continue his brutal assault against a free Ukraine, and to expand his aggression to the people of Poland and the Baltic States are appalling and dangerous,” he said.
Heads up...Satan (Lucifer) exists, he is not the Human ego inside of us but a real powerful spiritual being cast out of Heaven by St. Michael the Archangel. Jim Biden Used His Powerful Brother’s Name To Promote Failed Hospital Chain
https://truthpress.com/news/jim-biden-used-his-powerful-brothers-name-to-promote-failed-hospital-chain/
Jim Biden frequently invoked his brother Joe Biden’s name to promote a now-defunct health care company that allegedly engaged in massive Medicare fraud, according to Politico.
Jim Biden’s name appeared in investor materials and internal communications alongside some of the top leaders and executives at Americore, a hospital operator that sought to reinvigorate health care in rural America, and at least three members of the Biden family did work with the company, according to Politico’s investigation. Jim Biden would frequently invoke his brother’s name when pitching prospective investors in the company, which wired Jim Biden $200,000 before he transferred the same amount to Joe Biden in 2018.
“This would be a perfect platform to expose my Brothers (sic) team to [your] protocol,” Jim Biden wrote to Jonathan Brenner, the CEO of a Tampa-area company that owned licensing rights to a new cancer treatment, while he was consulting for Americore, according to Politico. “Could provide a great opportunity for some real exposure.”
Politico did not uncover any evidence to suggest that Joe Biden took any steps to benefit the firm or became involved in Americore’s operations. However, anonymous Americore executives told Politico that Jim Biden had discussed putting Joe Biden on the company’s board and that Joe Biden’s political career could have benefited if the company successfully improved health care in rural regions of the U.S.
Federal investigators are actively probing an alleged $100 million Medicare fraud involving Americore, according to Politico. The Department of Justice has alleged that the company’s hospital in Pennsylvania entered into phony agreements and gave kickback payments as part of a broader conspiracy that charged the government for unnecessary testing.
There were also discussions about potentially giving Joe Biden a stake in the company, but those talks never materialized, a former executive told Politico. One person who Jim Biden pitched about Americore remembered Jim Biden saying that his brother was in the car with him while he spoke, the individual on the receiving end of the call told Politico.
A draft version of a presentation meant for investors included a slide outlining Americore’s management, listing Jim Biden just below the company’s CEO, according to Politico. Jim Biden’s biography describes him as the “brother and campaign finance chair of President Joe Biden” with a “tremendous network of contacts across healthcare, real estate, technology, international unions, federal agencies (specifically the veterans’ administration), post-traumatic stress and the insurance industry.”
Jim Biden also engaged in efforts to lock down investment in the company from Qatari interests, according to Politico.
“My family could provide a wealth of introductions and business opportunities at the highest levels that I believe would be worthy of the interest of His Excellency,” James Biden wrote in a 2017 draft letter intended for Khaled Sultan Al Rabban of the Qatar Investment Authority, according to Politico. “On behalf of the Biden family, I welcome your interest here.”
Ultimately, efforts to secure Qatari capital did not pan out, and Americore subsequently collapsed as its existing financial problems intensified, according to Politico. The company’s failure had significant human costs, including missed payments to hospital employees and diminishing services for patients.
“I was sold that Americore was going to be the salvation of rural hospitals,” a former Americore executive told Politico, which granted the source anonymity to discuss the matter candidly. “The whole thing was a scam, and it didn’t take that long to figure it out.”
Jim Biden paid $350,000 to settle a lawsuit alleging that he played a role in Americore’s demise, according to The Wall Street Journal.

Trump Supporters Launch GoFundMe To Help Pay $355 Million Fine
https://truthpress.com/news/trump-supporters-launch-gofundme-to-help-pay-355-million-fine/
Fans of former president Donald Trump have turned to online fundraising to help him pay a massive $355 million civil court fraud judgment.
“The recent legal battles he faces are not just an attack on him, but an attack on the very ideals of fairness and due process that every American deserves,” reads a GoFundMe effort launched Friday and seeking to raise the nine-figure sum Trump owes. “It’s a moment that calls into question the balance of justice and the application of law, disproportionately aimed at silencing a voice that has been at the forefront of advocating for American strength, prosperity, and security.”
“This is more than a legal fund; it’s a call to all patriots to rally in defense of a man who has never hesitated to stand in defense of us,” the appeal continued. “This fundraiser, therefore, is not merely about raising the ‘ruling’ amount. It’s about making a stand.”
The GoFundMe — which has already raised more than $66,000 as of Saturday afternoon — was started by Elena Cardone, a Florida woman who described herself as a “mother and an ardent supporter of American values.”
Cardone is married to Grant Cardone, a private equity fund manager.
The largest single donation so far has been $2,500 from an anonymous supporter.
Some donors took to the comment section to leave enthusiastic messages of support for the former president.
“I Believe President Trump deserves the backing of his followers…And I can’t wait until he is our president again….Love hi,” said Christine Muro, who gave $20.
It’s not the first time Trump loyalists have turned to crowdfund on behalf of the billionaire.
A 2019 campaign on GoFundMe to raise money for Trump’s border wall took in $25 million — before its creators were indicted on charges of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and conspiracy to commit money laundering.

US warships are shooting down weapons no one's ever faced in combat before, and a Navy commander says it's a 'great opportunity'
https://share.newsbreak.com/66jx39kk
https://www.businessinsider.com/us-navy-learning-battles-houthi-anti-ship-ballistic-missiles-commanders-2024-2
The US Navy has been battling anti-ship ballistic missiles, weapons used in combat for the first time only recently.
Business Insider recently visited a destroyer that has shot down some of the Houthis' missiles.
Navy commanders say that American forces are gaining valuable intelligence from these engagements.
US Navy warships off the coast of Yemen have been battling Houthi anti-ship ballistic missiles, a dangerous weapon that no military has ever faced in combat until very recently.
These weapons could be significant threats in potential future conflicts, especially one with China in the Western Pacific. But American forces are learning from their recent battles in the Middle East and gaining valuable intelligence from these engagements, Navy commanders say.
"First time a ballistic missile has been shot, either at a warship or at maritime traffic that's next to a warship," a carrier strike group commander told Business Insider during a visit to the Red Sea this week. "And that has yielded us a lot of information."
The Houthis began to employ anti-ship ballistic missiles — alongside anti-ship cruise missiles and one-way attack drones — toward the end of last year, marking the first time "in history" that these weapons have been used, as US President Joe Biden has said. The use of these missiles complicates the threat environment.
The Iran-backed Houthi rebels have fired dozens of anti-ship ballistic missiles from Yemen toward international shipping lanes in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden, sometimes even striking commercial vessels .
The Marshall Islands-flagged, Bermuda-owned M/V Marlin Luanda after it was hit with an anti-ship ballistic missile in the Gulf of Aden last month.
Screengrab/US Central Command
These repeated provocations have drawn in the Navy and forced it to respond. Over the past two months, US warships operating in the region have shot down a handful of anti-ship ballistic missiles — most recently in early February . The US has also conducted preemptive strikes targeting these missiles in Yemen before they are launched.
Business Insider recently traveled to the USS Gravely, an Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer in the Red Sea that has been on the front lines of these efforts and has shot down several Houthi anti-ship ballistic missiles.
The ship's commanding officer, Cmdr. Brian Sanchez, hailed his sailors as "resilient" and said they have months of training under their belts to prepare for these sorts of engagements.
"Now that we're out here, this is what we've trained to do," he said in an interview with Business Insider. "We might be seeing it for the first time, but it's nothing new, because we've had those repetitions of training."
The USS Gravely's vertical launching system, where missiles are fired from to intercept Houthi threats.

Sanchez said that the data his warship collects is sent back to the US, where the performance of weapons systems is analyzed for any technical and tactical improvements or adjustments. He credited his sailors for being able to respond to these engagements the way that they were trained to do.
"They've been doing a very good job reacting the way we expect them to react and then getting right back to business and making sure the ship continues to stay ready for another engagement," the CO said of his sailors.
The Gravely is part of the Navy's Carrier Strike Group 2, which consists of the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower , four destroyers, and a cruiser. The carrier strike group's commander, Rear Adm. Marc Miguez, said he's already received feedback from some of the data that has been sent back to the US, including that ship weapons systems are performing "exactly as intended."
"We do have some new capabilities that were fielded over the last couple of years, and it's paid huge dividends when it comes to basically defeating this ballistic missile threat," he told Business Insider during a visit to the Ike this week.

The Houthi rebels boast a rather sizable arsenal of anti-ship ballistic missiles, some of which are Iranian in origin, while others just contain parts from Tehran, according to an analysis published by the International Institute for Strategic Studies think tank in early January. US Central Command, or CENTCOM, called attention to the use of anti-ship ballistic missiles but has not specifically identified which missiles have been used in any of the attacks.
Long before the Houthis began attacking international shipping lanes with anti-ship ballistic missiles, these weapons had emerged as a growing concern for the US military as it looked across the Pacific to China given the country's growing arsenal of anti-ship ballistic missiles and rising tensions.
Were Washington and Beijing to go to war at some point in the future, the maritime domain would likely be a key battleground, making anti-ship ballistic missile capabilities and defenses designed to defeat them important considerations.
A missile is fired from the USS Carney, another destroyer that's been at the forefront of the US response to the Houthis.
Screengrab via US Navy
Experts say the Houthis' anti-ship ballistic missiles don't quite stack up against China's arsenal , which is much more sophisticated, particularly in terms of guidance technology, and is increasingly expanding . Beijing has invested heavily in the development of its Rocket Force and has even built mock-ups of American naval vessels, which are thought to be used for target practice. China also has a wide range of sensors — like radars and satellites — that it can use to direct its missiles.
But while there may be a difference between the threat environments and capabilities in the Middle East and Western Pacific, any anti-ship ballistic missile could cause catastrophic damage, and current and former military officers agree that the Navy is gaining extremely valuable experience through its regular engagements with the Houthis, as well as a certain degree of reassurance.
"Not that we like getting shot at," said Miguez, the Carrier Strike Group 2 commander, "but it was a great opportunity to prove that the systems that we did purchase, and we fielded, and we trained to, actually work when asked."

Must see Pfizer Documents Are Proof: Clinicians
All gene therapy products pose a risk of shedding, according to the FDA.
The topic of COVID-19 vaccine shedding has long been controversial; now, some doctors say it is real.
“Shedding is unfortunately real,” said Dr. Pierre Kory at the Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC) conference in Phoenix, Arizona, in early February. “The FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) knows that.”
Dr. Kory is a co-founder of the FLCCC, a non-profit advocacy group founded by physicians for the treatment of COVID-19, long COVID, and postvaccine syndromes. He is also the co-founder of the Leading Edge Clinic and has treated over a thousand long-COVID and postvaccine patients.
Mainstream fact-checkers have largely denied shedding on the basis of definition. The commonly cited definition comes from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website, which defines shedding as the release of viruses, bacteria, and their components from live vaccines.
While mRNA and adenovirus vaccines are not live vaccines, they function similarly to gene therapy products.
All gene therapy products pose a risk of shedding, according to the FDA.
FDA Documents
In a 2015 document titled Design and Analysis of Shedding Studies for Virus or Bacteria-Based Gene Therapy and Oncolytic Products, the FDA defines shedding as “the release of [viral or bacterial gene therapy products] ... from the patient through one or all of the following ways: excreta (feces); secreta (urine, saliva, nasopharyngeal fluids etc.); or through the skin (pustules, sores, wounds).”
In the same document, the FDA also explains what gene therapy products are: “All products that mediate their effects by transcription and/or translation of transferred genetic material.”
The COVID-19 mRNA and adenovirus vaccines fall into this category. They mediate their effects by inducing the body to translate mRNA genetic information into spike proteins.
Some gene therapy products known to shed include an eye treatment branded as Luxturna. Luxturna uses an adenovirus carrier to deliver eye protein DNA to retina cells in patients.
The Luxturna adenovirus and its DNA have been found in patients’ tears, according to the product’s package insert.
Similarly, mRNA and adenovirus COVID-19 vaccines may cause vaccinated patients to release spike proteins or other vaccine components, Dr. Kory explained.
For example, COVID-19 mRNA has been found in the breast milk of vaccinated mothers, indicating possible exposure of the vaccine to infants. Another study showed that spike protein, the product of COVID-19 vaccination, can last for at least half a year in the blood of vaccinated individuals, indicating prolonged spike protein persistence.
The FDA, however, denied that the 2015 document applies to COVID mRNA vaccines.
“COVID-19 vaccines are not regulated as gene therapy products by the FDA; therefore, the guidance document cited is not applicable to the COVID-19 vaccines,” an FDA spokeswoman told The Epoch Times.
Pfizer Investigators Told to Report ‘Environmental’ Vaccine Exposures
Another piece of evidence resides in Pfizer documents, Dr. Kory added.
In Pfizer’s COVID mRNA vaccine protocol, the company instructs investigators to report “environmental exposures” if trial participants expose people around them to the vaccine through inhalation or skin contact.
Examples of such environmental exposures are noted as follows:
“A male participant who is receiving or has discontinued [vaccine] intervention exposes a female partner prior to or around the time of conception.”
“A female family member or healthcare provider reports that she is pregnant after having been exposed to the [vaccine] intervention through inhalation or skin contact.”
The protocol also goes into what Dr. Kory and his clinic co-founder, Scott Marsland, call “secondary shedding.” This occurs when a person who has had environmental exposure to the vaccine then exposes another person.
“An example of environmental exposure during breastfeeding,” Pfizer writes, “is a female family member or healthcare provider who reports that she is breastfeeding after having been exposed to the study intervention (the vaccine) by inhalation or skin contact.”
Pfizer’s Documents Showing Indirect Exposures
Pfizer has documented hundreds of adverse events that occurred as a result of indirect exposures or exposure to babies during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
In its Periodic Safety Report submitted to the European Union, Pfizer listed several adverse events it deemed not attributable to the vaccine and that should be excluded from discussion.
The document listed 22 cases of adverse events in babies who had received “indirect exposure” to COVID mRNA boosters, suggesting exposure other than a direct vaccination.
The investigators also followed several special adverse events. Two blood-related adverse events involved babies being exposed through breastfeeding. Ten cases of liver-related adverse events and one adverse event of the vasculature system were reported for the same reason.
Two cases of acute kidney or renal failure and eight respiratory cases also involved babies being exposed during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Testimonies From Patients
Patients who may be affected by vaccine exposure tend to be those with a history of sensitivities and chronic diseases, said Dr. Kory and Mr. Marsland. They also tend to have bad experiences with pharmaceuticals and are more likely to be chronically debilitated by COVID-19 or the vaccine.
Dr. Kory said that after compiling over 800 anecdotal reports, they observed a clear pattern in symptoms that they determined to be shedding.
Typically, the manifestation of symptoms is repeatable and predictable, such as when a person repeatedly becomes symptomatic when going into supermarkets or crowded places.
Dr. Kory gave the example of a patient who noticed he could not handle going into grocery stores.
The patient told Dr. Kory that he just couldn’t “go into grocery stores anymore.” Within five minutes of entering a Trader Joe’s grocery store, he “feels so terrible” that he has to leave. He experienced the same aversion upon going to a crowded farmers market.
At the FLCCC event, Mr. Marsland also shared several cases where he believed shedding was involved.
One case involved a 54-year-old male, who previously suffered from symptoms after the COVID-19 vaccine, meeting up with a friend who received a COVID-19 booster.
They sat close to each other, talking and laughing. “Within hours of spending their time together, [the man] had a headache, myalgia, and joint pain, increased fatigue,” Mr. Marsland relayed.
When the patient went to a busy airport, he felt worse.
He returned home and had sexual contact with his spouse, exchanging bodily fluids. Within minutes, the spouse developed severe “nine out of 10” abdominal pain.
The two believed the pain was from shedding, so both took ivermectin, known to bind to and block spike proteins. Within about half an hour, the spouse’s abdominal pain receded.
“It’s the temporal association and the accumulation of symptoms,” Mr. Marsland reasoned.
Other doctors treating long COVID and postvaccine syndromes, such as Dr. Syed Haider and Dr. Ana Mihalcea, have also reported suspected cases of shedding.
Some Vaccinologists Disagree
Professors in vaccinology, however, do not acknowledge that mRNA vaccines may induce shedding.
“mRNA leads to the expression of proteins in cells, and this expression is different from shedding, as you would have if you are infected by certain viruses,” associate professor Paulo Verardi of the University of Connecticut told The Epoch Times.
“While SARS-CoV-2 infection leads to virus shedding, and, therefore, transmission of the virus from person to person, shedding of the spike protein does not occur in individuals receiving the COVID-19 mRNA vaccine,” he continued.
While another definition of shedding refers to the release of live viruses in people infected or vaccinated with live vaccines, Dr. Kory reiterated that the shedding discussed in the case of COVID-19 vaccines is different from the shedding of live viruses.
Professor Florian Krammer at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai also told The Epoch Times that shedding does not exist.
He did not reply when The Epoch Times presented him with information regarding the FDA’s documents on gene therapy and shedding.
Yep...you got that right...lol
That would be sweet.
