Plus, treble damages b/c WILLFUL INTENT and/or EGREGIOUS MISCONDUCT has already been established, IMO.

Then those indemnified customers will bankrupt COMM from their acquisition of Arris and their inherited indemnification agreements.

If no trial, then have to ask, "Who has an interest to settle?"

COMM must buy ChanBond patents else BK likely.

The sooner, the better (and probably less expensive).

Losing at trial and they're kaput, gone, finished.

Delaying will be more costly, both in legal & patent price.

Royalty play may be too complex, "One big headache" and additional costs in periodic audits of the MSO 13 (and any others).

And just as importantly (if not the most important), it's the only way COMM can insure remains a going concern and their executives can continue to enjoy their salaries and perks.

After all, keeping their company, job and perks is A #1.

Their shareholders will absorb the cost.

I don't quite understand. Analysts = Institutions.

Most analysts represent their institutions or brokerage firms.

Most importantly, their clients are going to want to know so can communicate message to pissed-off buyers & bagholders of stock.

Plus, anyone can call, but may not make it by the screener.

I just don't see how this cannot be addressed directly by the CFO (or CEO) as well.

IMO, 1 will ask in PC or indirect way.

- What have you learned about ARRIS now that being integrated into CommScope?

- Were there any surprises with the acquisition since the stock has not held-up?

- How long do you think it will take for the synergies to align?

- Is this just a stumbling block while combining the two companies?
