Usually we reelect BOD and vote on option plan... plus a couple of additional questions that management may want to approve. This year it could be CEO appointment and something else (including buyout offer, if any).

This is the instrument for establishing of Annual Meeting and Record Dates...
I am actually afraid of this coming news... If they move someone from the current management to CEO position it would be a disaster. Market wouldn't like it. As I said before, we need new aggressive and innovative management... Someone from Google or Facebook maybe. It's a public company, and these guys manage it like local Idaho enterprise. I am voting all of them down next June. Hopefully Sprott will take an active part in further developments.
IMO.

I believe one needs some proof of purchase (receipts, etc.) for big amounts of PM. You can add this question to your list...

The Problem Of Fake Gold Bars
http://seekingalpha.com/article/456931-the-problem-of-fake-gold-bars?source=email_rt_article&ifp=0
IMO: This is all about big stashes of gold bullion (like Fort Knox). Retail investors, who buy 1 oz (or less) coins, are pretty safe unless they are caught by primitive (a-la Chinese) fakes, which are easily detectable, and you never buy them from respectable dealers. Besides, most of the small gold items bought by the dealers go directly to refineries - 100% reliable method of inspecting gold content.
1/10 oz Austrian Philharmonic Gold Coin is on sale at BullionDirect:

almost at spot price $170, kind of anomaly - it's about $190 everywhere else... like someone is selling a big position.
Gunning for Gold
"Here's the scenario: a falling currency, a widening trade deficit, and a population buying more and more gold. What's the result? Well, it tends to be an unhappy government - followed by a policy response."

Actually, it's not just about Russia. There are dozens of real companies over there that listed on "normal" exchanges, pay dividends, etc. Although, the level of corruption is one of the highest in the World, true. It's about North American (mostly Canadian) "business" of using empty shells to claim ownership of valuable assets in remote areas that's hard to verify. It looks like Russian game is almost over, so you can find similar Canadian/US companies with assets in Brazil, Africa, China, etc. Actually, it's about new Western "missioners" who teach "aboriginal" population how to make money from thin air by telling fairy tales to US investors. This kind of fraud existed for centuries, but new computer era makes it much easier and attracts more criminals. Of course, those locals learn fast, as we can see watching NWOG/AURC/RVBR story. IMO.
What other "proofs" does anyone need? This is pretty recent news that may explain the rush with all those buyout PRs. They just don't have time... BTW, almost all our posters from Russia either kicked out from iHub or spend their time in iHub jail. Good example for bigger players...
Nice find!
"adding silver..." What does it mean exactly: you are adding or charts say it's time to add? Physical metal, SLV, miners?
Alex, I'm not sure why I don't see your last message anymore. Just a reminder (for you and all new posters): there are strict "Terms of Service" on this site: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/Terms.aspx Just try to follow the rules.
To prevent our conversation from going "off topic" I will ask just one question at a time from now. Please try to concentrate on the question and don't fall into "free country" stuff.
So, what do you think about the document that I posted earlier:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=73065606
which proves that Roshal administration transferred toxic chemical dump to "Krong" for free for "recycling" purposes? Instead of doing expensive work to revive the territory, Krong/Aurus/Zoloto Venture/Markray (the same people behind) immediately declared multimillion value of these "assets". They cheated TsNIGRI to produce the "estimates" and kept selling this toxic dream to American investors ever since, using different pinky shells as a cover?
"...Most of all, why a u so supsicies, like interpol members?)) we are just shareholders of RVBR...""
Do you read any other posts on this board except your own? I don't think so. Because, if you did you would not ask these questions. Many of us have been dealing with this Russian-Canadian crew for years and lost dozens of thousands dollars as a result of this. It's the same people with the same "assets" looking for new fools who will bite their new pinky ticker. There were many reports sent to SEC (and Interpol too). Everybody who helps them to take money from the pockets of US investors will meet justice sometimes. It's not a joke or computer game. Your activity hurts real people. I do not believe that there exist any Russian "just RVBR shareholders" except insiders, who are telling us about multimillion buyout offer, but want to sell their shares for pennies.
The same group of "Russian investors" was posting on AURC Yahoo board. They didn't even bother to make aliases look different. Several of those aliases have been kicked out of iHub for TOS violation. When are you going to tell us that Russian oligarchs are interested in RVBR? Isn't it Abramovich's dream to buy Roshal chemical waste?
By measuring weight + size one can detect fakes in 90+% cases. It's not "economically efficient" to imitate both these parameters. Especially for mass production (a-la Chinese). I always weigh my coins and often ask eBay sellers about actual (not listed in catalog) weight before I start bidding.
So, you said they signed a confidentiality agreement, but still talk with investors about the deal? Hmmm.... then I may call them too.
RVBR and BBRD share not just a website, they share multiple red flags:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=67112509
It's the same Canadian group; a common officer - Normand Terroux, etc. They have adjusted website registration data, and I don't see Gerald Parkin as "Administrative Contact" anymore. But his involvement was confirmed by some members of iHub "RVBR promotion team", who received direct email instructions from him during recent paid "promotion campaign".
OK, thanks. It's readable now. I will look at this later (leaving to work now). As to the question about alias... Well, it's not very "politically correct", you are right. But, my reason - we had similar group of posters from Russia with similar aliases on AURC Yahoo forum last year. They kind of discredited themselves. Just wanted to make sure we are talking to different people now. Sorry, if this offended you... But you didn't say "No".
As you see, you can't post messages in Russian on iHub. But you can make a screenshot and post it as image. I hope there will be nothing offensive in this image - that's how posters from Russia usually respond to my innocent questions...
3 questions:
1. Who is Mr Smirnov?
2. Why do you send "official" request to him through iHub message board? Does he read it?
3. Is "alex.lookhead" your alias?
Thanks.
Central Bank Balance Sheets Put Gold at $1900
"Summary
When reviewing our gold technical indicator and the "central bank balance sheet value" for gold, we see that it is both strongly oversold on a four-year basis and has an implied price of $1900 per ounce, around $250 above its current reading."

OK, it was not your message. Good. I didn't want to call it a lie - was afraid to hurt your feelings. Now I can tell you that almost all excuses/explanation in this message are pure fantasy and lie. "The company hadn't financial possibilities" and had to get rid of part of its assets including Roshal dump. This is funny. Have you ever seen financial statements and production reports that Aurus published for American investors? AURC had the highest gold production in Magadan region; they were swimming in cash; they were merging with "Mayskaya"; they even sent some cash through Western Union to US investors as "dividend". Now we hear that they "hadn't financial possibilities". Poor Aurus! Of course, Markray is different. With the same assets they received $175+ mln buyout offer from the start. So, why do they want to convince someone to buy their shares at $0.04? Shouldn't they quietly buy the float at this level and get well deserved reward? Why do they suddenly care about US investors?
Dear Jack,
a few comments to your post:
1. You posted:
"we don't know Aurus history and etc. We trace history of Markray which becomes before our eyes. Thanks all for the information which we didn't know earlier. We will mean."
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=73127413
Now you are telling us that you "long worked in company "Krong" and can competently speak about it. Personally be acquainted with Mr. Lvov.." and mention his big role in Aurus.
Do you see any discrepancies in these 2 statements?
2. You also told us that you don't know anything about people behind Aurus/Markray story. If you worked in Krong you just have to know Valentin Chegenev, the former owner of the company, who paid his own money to pull Krong out of bankruptcy in Magadan. BTW, General Director of Krong Samvel Chobanyan (who signed documents about Roshal pile transfer) is closely related to Chegenev, they used to share the same apartment in Moscow, and claimed that Mr. Chobanyan had a master degree while he was still a college student. All documents were posted on iHub Aurus board.
3. I personally spoke with Andrey Lvov twice over the phone. He was the owner of small company "Remburstroy" in Moscow. His Magadan friends just asked him "to help". The fact is: I was the first person, who told him that he was the President of Aurus already. The "crew" opened a new Aurus website and he knew nothing about this: "Ohhh! So they started already?" - that's his reaction to my information. BTW, from our conversations and online investigation I can confirm that Lvov seemed to be a nice decent person, who just happened to be "in wrong place at wrong time" and was almost blindly used (like probably Olga Smolnikova is used now).
4. The company "Krong" is an active private company in Magadan now, belongs to another person (probably sold by Chegenev) and is in another business. Again, all documents and links were posted before.
Nice talking to you (I am not kidding). You are the only poster (alias) from Russia, who tries to keep this conversation in civilized way.
What's interesting, this scenario (delays, counteroffers, etc.) was predicted by several posters a few days ago. Of course, it's a lack of creativity, but also the guys behind RVBR are not flexible and can't change anything on the fly. It's a language related problem. I bet they prepared the chain of consequent PRs some time ago (offer -> delay ->...); translated them into English, and can't change the course that easy now. It's like that poster on our board who have been trying to place the same couple of offensive messages under different aliases, and all of them were deleted because of TOS violation. Believe me, he maybe a nice person , just very upset that he spent so much time and efforts to put all this "anti-short" messages in English, and can't use them now...
This guy (his hedge fund) is shorting GLD and HL... HL position looks especially strange at these price levels... or not?

Insider buy: Mr. Ryley bought 50,000 shares @ $2.33 yesterday:
http://canadianinsider.com/node/7?menu_tickersearch=usa
What puzzles me... why would the people, who believe that RVBR is a real business, waste their time arguing with posters on the message board? You have the "real" stock with "real" buyout offer 20 times greater than current price. Who cares what other people think? Sell your house and buy RVBR shares - you will buy 20 houses like this when the transaction is complete...
Ron Paul 1/10 oz Gold Proof-like round from Provident is the best buy now... for those who dare
http://www.providentmetals.com/1-10th-oz-ron-paul-gold-bullion-round.html?utm_source=homepage&utm_medium=slideshow
EBay price was ~ $240, as I remember.
Thanks Benz. I wonder why don't they buy all the shares at this price? Someone was actually selling today: 2 blocks 140K shares each @ 0.041; 4 blocks 50K shares @ 0.049-0.05; etc. Probably the sellers missed that PR with $0.9 buyout price. :)
"kicking myself for not unloading"
If it goes to the low 20's you can still unload... But you can't see the future so you are holding, right?
OTOH, they can't drop the offer right away. They need something to keep investors on the hook. So, they can keep negotiating; raise the offer price; consider merger instead of buyout (like NDOL did); etc. What's special about RVBR - they started this very early. The game just started and we already have 3-4 buyout PRs. They are probably in a hurry. Maybe it's time for dividend announcement or big gold purchase order from one of African countries? :)
Anybody remember Alexandra Korogod, Financial Director of Aurus, who actually worked as waitress in Toronto? Looks like she is looking for financial job and mentions her current position as "Financial Director of OOO "Markray" since 2007". One needs to register to see the name (I did not), but everything matches: Toronto-Canada, age, experience. Of course she mentioned "Markray" instead of "Aurus", but who cares... we know it's the same.

Well, if our posters from Russia don't want to help...
As I stated before "Markray" is registered in Roshal as a company operating in construction business. Here is more detailed information:
1. Private company.
2. General Director: Sharafutdinova Elena Dmitrievna.
3. Primary activities: Construction of buildings.
4. 140730 Moscow obl, Roshal, 18 Kosyakova Str

The next link shows kind of work you can order from "Markray":
"Installation of the chandelier on the hook" - 152 rub (about $5)
http://www.delievunderground.com/montagh/84
No mentioning of any gold extraction. Unknown name of the General Director (I see it first time). And... I finally found the phone number: +7 (49645) 59555 So, one can actually contact them... to install lights, for example...
Theoretically, some sophisticated investors in Russia can learn about RVBR from internet. Some Russian business sites even post translated versions of PRs (w/o any analysis though). I guess some big brokerages can buy shares on Pink Sheets. But in practice nobody would believe the story. Russians have already taken their share of scams in 90s. I think the lesson learned already.
Congratulations Jack. You will get at least $0.9/sh or 2200+% gain from the current level, if my calculator is correct. Guess why this team always "increases production" from unknown current level, negotiates buyout with unknown "financial partner, etc.? Because if they mention the numbers or buyer's name everyone will be able to contact the Russian authorities and "financial partner" to verify this information. They don't want their PRs to be translated into Russian... Like Krong claimed to be big gold producer (from the same Roshal pile), and when I contacted Magadan authorities they told me that there is a bankruptcy case against Krong in the Arbitrage Court. I may try to contact Roshal/Shatura administration about huge gold production under their nose and big local revenue expected from coming acquisition. They may want to buy RVBR shares while they are cheap. I suspect the management will buy entire float tomorrow...
So, what is the Roshal office phone#?
As to that "short" nonsense... I am too busy to reply. Unlike you people, we have to some real work to do. :)
Ha... I've just asked the same question.
OK, now we have something interesting here: "we took sampling". Who is "we"? So, you are one of "them". As to the samples. I personally talked with several TsNIGRI representatives, and posted in real time what they said. They never visited Roshal site. They don't know where Puma got these samples from. My guess is they brought them from Magadan. And, finally, those words about gold content belong to the Director of TsNIGRI Migachev. I posted the link in that post.
BTW, "dishonestly lying" is pretending to be investor when you have close ties with the management or are part of it.
I know it's registered in Roshal with the name "Markray" that Marushko used in Magadan - to confuse investors and link it to gold producing business. I think I posted this link before (it's definitely among my bookmarks). The question is about "physical" presence in Roshal. I guess they just used it for legal address. No Roshal phone number provided, no signs of Markray activity on multiple Roshal websites that list all local businesses (see links in my posts). Have you ever visited Markray's office? Have you ever met or talked with anybody from the company? Are you part of the team? If I were in Moscow (like some posters are) I would visit these guys before I even think about buying a share.
