We can already infer that Q3 numbers will be awesome. The number to watch is 2018 vs 2017. Right now we are 39% over 2017. Will the Q3 bring us 75% over? More? Less?

It’s one thing to say a baseless opinion which can not be proved false, and quite another to say a demonstrably false statement.
I agree. I’d like an update about anything OTHER than the audits. The next thing I want to read about the audits is:
“Done. Filed. Uplisted. Next.”

But nobody said it is useless for investors.
Some people claim that they need the audits to know the truth about what is happening NOW, and that is simply not the case, as the audit will not cover what is currently ongoing.
That said, the audit will confirm what happened in the past, and many people need that in order to invest. Also the audits provide the company with greater credibility and the ability to uplist.
Those are all incredibly important for the stock, but it will not really affect the business. The business is doing great regardless.
Did the charts restart? Was there a bearish pattern yesterday? Did it end?

Why yes, yes they are.
And thanks to your statement, we now have definite proof that the company is continuing to make money constantly. Let’s break down the argument:
The audits in themselves do not prove that the company is making money now, as they deal with things that happened in the past.
The process of the audits is costly and time consuming, as we are all painfully aware.
To keep up with the process, the company must continue to pay (present) the firm in order for them to provide their service and review the past.
The company has, not only continued with this expensive and time consuming project, they have also acquired the services of a separate entity (CFO Squad) in order to finish this more quickly.
Both of these things require money. Money that needs to be paid in the present.
If a company had no means of acquiring money, it would not be able to do either of those 2 things.
Thus we can safely conclude that the company has means of obtaining (at the very least) the money to meet these services.

We need an update, but not of the audit. We need an update of the business. People need to be reminded of why they are invested in here. Nobody invests in a company simply because its audited. They invest because the company is making money.

Not being a “Yes man” is one thing, and being objective is another.
I do not consider myself a yes man either, but I do consider myself objective, and if I review the company represented by this stock objectively, it is impossible for me to deny the many accomplishments the company has already achieved and the great foundation for growth that the leadership has laid going forward.
There are many posters here that are *rightfully* mad at Roger thanks to the whole audit communications saga. Trust me, I understand. But to be objective, we have to, at the very least, try to see the whole picture to the best of our abilities. Yes, Roger has given many dates before now, and missed them all (audits), but Roger has also done a whole lot more.
This company started out with IK being in the frontline, and then buying S&L. That was his first home run. And that homer is not over! Not by a long shot. It’s still ongoing and it’s prospect for growth is incredible.
Yes, the lack of audits hurts now, and the fact that the PPS is dripping does not help. But we have to stay focused on the bigger picture. In a few years, when we are trading in the dollars, will this period really matter? Of course not! When the stock is trading at $.90-$1.25, will anyone care that the audits were delayed? No! Wait, people will care. Some people will kick themselves in the foot by selling too early and some will gloat that they used this OPPORTUNITY to buy more shares.
Man, I understand your frustration... really I do. I would be really sad to see you go and then for this to take off.
Both Rec and Plow have alluded to an issue that affects all of us. Things rarely fit in our own timetable. I’ve found it helpful to try and “forget” about the board and the stock. Put things in the back of the mind and just not think on it at all. The audits will post when they get posted, and once they do the stock will run, but in the meantime the company is growing.
I know you know that. You know all the strengths of this company. Just know that you are not alone, we are all in this together.

HINT HINT. We are not.
Then why do we continue to hold? Because we know that REGARDLESS of the delay in posting a document (and important document mind you) the BUSINESS continues to grow.
We are NOT investing in the stock. We ARE investing in the BUSINESS.
Yes, we all know why the stock is down. We also know why the stock will go up. And up. And UP.
If you choose to ignore that, well that’s on you. Maybe you are a trader, and you wanna bet against this stock. Nothing wrong with that. Be careful you don’t get left behind once the audit does post though.

That means that he believes that in the FUTURE, a time will come when the stock being that price will be considered (again future) low.
As for why he believes that, there are many things that indicate a very quick growth and more potential for growth.
Sure, NOW it is not worth $2.00 but that WILL change in the future.

Just because *WE* don’t see the events doesn’t mean that RIGHT people aren’t seeing them either.
My brother works in international insurance, and he recently made an event which was attended by *only* 70 people or less... you would think that such an event was an utter failure right? You would be dead wrong. Each of these attendees was a president of a company or an executive of a company. They were (are) VERY influential people in the business, and yet the event did not garner huge media attention other than a mention or two in local newspapers. Why? Because he was reaching out to the RIGHT people specifically.
That’s what Roger and his team are doing as we b*tch and moan about the audits. They are making the company grow.
