You do realize a company is not allowed to issue more warrants then their AS can cover? What a duck...
It all depends how quickly we get a trial. If trial indeed gets dragged out to February or later then yes another year seems in play. Obviously assuming Cox appeals the decision and then the time it takes for money to be flowing after the appeal.
Wondering if I will have a chance at some .30s now brother this is too funny to watch.
Keep piling those shares into the bid weaklings I’m waiting for you at .04.
2-15 years? I just spit up my water reading this... Why on God's green earth would this take anymore than a year for cash to start being realized?... Once precedent is set with Cox the other dominoes will fall in a line. The only company to waste more money and time trying to fight is Comcast as they are on the hook for a very large sum.
Lol the continued nonsense on this ticker is mind blowing... Rides up 30-50% and then a couple days of sitting tight... Then out of nowhere some clown just sells his position at market. Always got to deal with the clowns finding some other ticker that is up 80% today so they think it's a good idea to move everything they have into it. Gets old.
Why should PCTL refrain from releasing any PRs just because they are currently delinquent on the Qs? So you would rather they just go silent on all operations?... Give me a break. If they ceased PR activity while being delinquent then everyone would complain they have gone dark.
This is good clarification from the company on how many distributors are currently working with PCTL and clarifies what exactly a Level 1-3 distributor is.
Yes
I don't think reading closely is the problem. It's selective reading and presented information. Strategically assembled to scare everyone into thinking their shares will be worth half a percentage of the company they are now when all of these "warrants" are exercised.
The CEO here has produced audited fins... And when the Qs are released then what will the excuse be?
But it's not though... so why keep bringing it up? If those shares were to convert why did they abruptly stop converting and haven't since? Can you explain that? Or just keep claiming "it's a possibility"... It's a possibility Trump signs a deal to fund PCTL with the Defense Act tomorrow to start ramping production and distributing it's fluid and systems nationwide... I mean sooner or later it would be nice to get some explanation on things that are plausible.
But it was apparently going to be around .02s last week. When do these ridiculous predictions start coming to fruition? It's the same as me just chanting .50+ by next week lmao.
All I know is VY*T is trading near $100 million with a share structure double ours. Their management has a dirty history with the son's living expenses being funded with the company's money. Their product is nowhere near as efficient as ours in terms of disinfecting entire rooms as their product uses UV rays to disinfect surfaces - (think about getting every nook and cranny). Not to mention they have very little market penetration with whispers and rumors of government contracts that never materialize. Meanwhile PCTL is signing contracts for more systems to be installed in hospitals weekly almost. And finally, PCTL has a recurring business model in supplying fluids to their distributors who have repeat customers. Meanwhile we are sitting at about a 4th of the market cap as them.
Shows how inefficient the penny market is in terms of overvaluing or undervaluing tickers that are much alike in their target market but much different fundamentally.
I didn't take a look into this until it was already .65+ so my average is right under .65 currently so you can only imagine how happy I am to pick up in the .50s.
In reference to the comment on 2020 - yes it has been a terrible way for things to unfold especially on our other big boy play. I expect by this time we would all be very excited being a week out from trial. It definitely sucks in many ways especially considering the defendant is in so deep under water they have no outs and then this lucky circumstance falls in their laps to add some more time on to the already absurd timeline in that case. I try to keep my head up and looking forward to trial beginning early next year. Can only kick the can down the road so long until your foot starts aching so badly that you cannot kick any longer and suddenly that can feels like your kicking a concrete block.
Same thing goes here - the intriguing part about this one is that they have real revenues and those revenues have been growing substantially over the past couple of filings. Exciting to see and go along with the strong case this company has against a company like Google.
I could understand your pain and many others who have been holding for a long time. However I’m happy with these dips because I got here late and would like to build my position in a much bigger way. Regardless the time is coming here - can’t deny the facts. Facts are simple - PTAB upheld all of the claims on the patent in question and the appeals court (another standard delay tactic by tech giants) upheld the PTABs decision. SCOTUS will do the same as they don’t have time to look at things that have been decided in a landslide in the lower courts. Went through this same exact process with UO*P which by the way trial was scheduled for August 18th after years of battling through the PTAB and appeals courts and the brutally beaten defendant got another out with COVID causing the court system to get backed up until early next year likely.
We have to wait a couple more months then expected due to Covid which is effecting all courts. Let’s all sell for these low ball prices lmao too many clowns in this world. Easy scoops here.
CTYX looks like it's finally going to start getting the attention it's deserved for awhile now. Very thin and will fly like few here have seen before when licensing news hits. The team that this company has assembled in this short amount of time is pretty impressive along with getting all of their filings in order. Will be very nice to see this thing start jumping soon.
When I first read that about COMM. I couldn't think of anyone who would have found it more comical than you. And that alone probably actually made me laugh harder than you did.
Stay safe brother.
Just like this was supposed to dump to .02 last week on that particular day and here we are a week later and it still hasn’t even been remotely close to .02... great call
Why can’t stock picking groups and promos move this... in fact it is sure to happen when volume and price start moving again. Groups always move in and promote. The fundamentals on this company are 100x better than some companies I’ve seen have ridiculous runs.
You claim “what are they going to do on a run” in reference to sub penny holders with hundreds of thousands to millions of shares... maybe the same as they did last time like myself?... hold until it gets to the value they deem fit for the current fundamentals of this company.
You also claim .20 is a “pipe dream”. First of all what time frame are you referring too? Second of all I guess you don’t have much experience in the penny world? Where tickets that are trading on the grey market run from trips to a dollar. And tickers that have no revenue and plan to farm shrimp in an innovative way run from sub penny to a dollar in a couple weeks. Tons of companies have had much crazier runs with much less than this company does. And this company is establishing itself by getting these systems installed at a much more rapid rate then anyone who was buying late last year dreamed of. Most people here are so caught up with their fluid sales because that has been the main point to magnify during this pandemic. That was only a vehicle to get cash flow to increase their production and systems sales. It will take some time for those numbers to catch up in the filings but they will be there nonetheless and it only increases awareness in the medical field of their systems which are a treasure trove because they have very little maintenance cost and healthy margins on monthly fees.
I like the conservative and realistic approach yourself and niczar normally present, but sometimes there is a lack of experience I find in the information posted. I definitely see .20 by year end with the quarterlies coming. If you want me to present my case I will do so.
Gosh watching these clowns just sell into the bid constantly with the impatience gets to be a bit frustrating. To wait all of that time for the 10K only to sell into the bid at lowball prices in between the 10K being filed and the 10Qs being filed is pretty illogical to say the least.
That's just it... They don't want to sell - they want to make other's think people are selling :D
Look at all that fluid my gosh I see dollar signs all over. Nice update thank you sir.
Only a matter of time. Sellers are drying up - problem is MMs have a real interest in keeping this in this .008-.012 range. Once we get some news on licensing this will run very quickly to .05+ because the share structure is so nice and the float is locked up for the most part.
Cricketttttsssssssss
If we are comparing apples to apples... PCTL's market cap should be $150 million+ considering the other company I'm referring to has a $107 million market cap currently with a system that is less efficient then PCTL's, has double OS structure, has terrible management as proven with many fluff PRs that never materialized and suspect activity in the past with company funds being spent on the son's lavish lifestyle. I mean it's absurd that we are trading at a 4th of the market cap here. It just shows how easy pathetic penny traders are as I said I can guarantee some have sold here to chase that one and don't even realize they are selling a company with a better product, half the OS structure, and much cleaner management. Not to mention we are not just here in the US but now in Europe which that other company has no influence outside of the US.
It's a total joke, but it is the reason many of us can make money because we find value buys like here where peeps are selling to chase others where the swine are being lead to the slaughterhouse.
It is absolutely amazing to me that PCTL is sitting at a market cap of about $26 million, meanwhile there are competitors of PCTL in this same Pink Sheets world that produces a product that does the same exact thing that PCTL's systems do, however at a less efficient rate as they produce systems that clean with UV rays and are nowhere near as dynamic as PCTL's system that can reach surfaces that the light rays cannot - and their market cap is now sitting at $100+ million. Not to mention that same company has a history of some pretty suspect activity with the owner and his son (who is an official in the company) using company funds to pay for his own living expenses. Not to mention the company had been pumping rumors into the market about reverse merging their furniture company into the ticker to boost up it's share price. Absolutely amazing that people on this market go nuts for shiesty suspect stuff like that and pass up a more efficient product with a much smaller share structure and zero suspect activity in it's history. This is the world we live in where stupid things happen every day with illogical people.
And the worst part about it is - I can guarantee there are folks that are selling or have sold here to go chase that piece of garbage. They will learn their lesson when they get more experience with the management over there. Astonishing stuff.
Our time is coming.
Exactly, correct. It was mostly the ticker I was alluding to when expressing the last part of my post when I said that the market is valuing companies based on their market penetration, market influence, and innovation. The market stills cares, but cares less about profitability as long as companies are making the right moves in the expansion department. If PCTL is taking on more debt in order to exert it's influence over the market in a rapid way then that is considered healthy as long as they are managing their debt and not biting off more than they can chew.
If PCTL can get better with their filings and get their Qs out in a timely manner we will be over .15 in no time.
I agree as most of our sales from 1Q and 2Q are mostly from fluids. They just keep referring back to the 10K claiming that PCTL expects to be profitable by 3rd Quarter.
Even if they are still losing money - which is not publicly known yet as the filings - which you continue to reiterate to us post after post - are still not available, all companies take time to get off their feet. This company was in debt over it's head just late last year. They were in 8 hospitals with a couple systems installed and some interest from others including some interest shown in the UK with one system. Now this company is in 18 New York hospitals and continue to receive interest at a high rate as the system and it's capabilities are made aware to the medical industry. Now they have a deal with a NHS group in the UK after things went great with the first system they installed over there.
Companies take time to get going and it's clear that PCTL was at it's rock bottom late last year - you think things are supposed to turn around full circle and they are supposed to be achieving huge profitability immediately thereafter? Companies across the market gain huge market cap even when they are still operating at a loss. We can make a huge list of huge companies with huge market caps still operating or just recently operating at a loss. You know why the market cap continues to rise? Market share... Market penetration... Innovation... All things that PCTL is achieving.
Well even the slightest possibility that punitive damages are awarded should be in the back of their minds when they are offered the product at couple millions of dollars those many years ago.
You make very good points I just have a couple questions from your perspective.
After ignoring the inventors and their warnings about using their product - they face willful infringement damages. I would assume Comcast cannot pass those damages over to the supplier through the indemnification clauses, unless if they made record of the circumstance and presented it to their suppliers who then ignored it altogether or told Comcast not to worry about it - maybe then Comcast has a case to pass those willful damages onto the supplier.
Also, Comcast clearly knew the impact these patents had on it's own industry - would it not make the most sense to buy out the patents and then license them to their competitors while avoiding any legal battle and saving on that front as well.
Just seems odd that there are companies with so much money and prestige in their respective industries with such ignorant officials put in place to make decisions for them. Luckily for us bargain shopping POS turd penny stock seekers these exact scenarios exist.
Wow it was only worth $913 when you sold?... how many times has that ticker split that is insane.
Defendant requested a continuance due to COVID-19.
Chanbond responded saying they did not oppose but wanted to schedule the other trials for the remaining defendants.
Judge approved the continuance and we are looking at November currently, but likely will get pushed back to February or March of 2021.
Great to hear. Thank you for the update as always DE. Your presence here is definitely comforting and brings excitement for those of us holding nice positions here.
It is all relative... The players involved in this now should make everyone very comfortable holding here.
Sounds like that would have been fun to be apart of.
Sounds interesting, possible to give any details on this particular case or?
Divine intervention of some sort. I like to think that if you try your best to be a good person and do the right thing then good things will happen to you. Definitely glad I was browsing the ihub hot boards that night. Otherwise things could be so much different for me at this time.
I like that quote a lot I’ll be using that thank you.
