There walls seem a lot smaller. Their shares are probably limited now.
Agreed! I doubt to many people will give up shares before buyout.
IHUB flippers aren't buying BIOAQ in mass quantities to flip
Another Q stock almost a decade ago that someone said BIOAQ reminded him of:
VRMLQ
9/4/9: .04
9/25/9: 8.45
10/9/9: 10.26
2/12/10: 24.25
I had to chase this morning, I placed a buy at .0577 and had to change it several times and finally got filled at .0625.
Insiders bought shares before filing bk
Agreed
But now we gave a confirmed billion dollar company bidding, should break out of this range
Did VRMLQ go from .05 to 32.00?
Makes no sense because I placed the order for the ask. If someone was wanting to sell because they knew something, they would've sold for .052.
I placed a buy order for 12,000 at the ask which was .052 at - 15:54:13 - it got filled @.05075
Someone found a dime and bought 2 shares this morning. I'm going to check under couch cushions and on floorboard of auto. I should be able to buy 25 more shares.
Shareholders would be stupid to sell when the buyout date is less than two weeks away. Are there any other publicly traded companies right now that have a set buyout date , involving multiple bidders, more than likely being pursued by billion dollar companies?
PWC is looking for best outcome for BIOA heads and employees -most own stock/options
PWC will select the bid that is best for BioAmber and it's officials - who also own shares.
Insiders own shares.
I don't think they openly signal each other if they are really wanting to be secretive.
PWC has Bioa valued at 1.62. They are aware of share structure. PWC is expert in negotiating top prices. I'm guessing the bidding started at 1.62. 250 - 300 million.
It would be ignorant not to have shares in your account at any given time before 7-31.
Mine are also.
7.13 trade. Definitely not beer money. Price manipulation.
Games to try to hold down price
Why are you here waiting on nothing.
If the unknown was known, you wouldn't have the opportunity that you have.
The party hasn't started.
Pg 97 of the monitors 1st report - summary of time line - stage 3:
Collect, review and analyze preliminary offers, including:
*Indication of purchase price;
*Principal terms and conditions and
*Transaction structure and source of financing.
Prepare a summary of the preliminary offers received and give recommendation in order to select best potential investor.
Supervise due diligence process
NEGOTIATE AND IMPROVE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE OFFERS TO MATCH WISH LIST AS CLOSELY AS POSSIBLE
Nowhere does PWC say they will open sealed bids on July 31 and announce top bid.
July 31 is execution of sale - prior to July 31, NEGOTIATE AND IMPROVE TERMS - hence bid war
I’ve read through both monitor reports and I have the same take- nowhere could I find that the bids were sealed and July 31 is execution of sale
Where is is stated that the bids would stay sealed until 7/31?
Excellent analysis!
Great fortune and luck to all of us holding shares as we await the announcement of the chosen bid.
"Holders of shares of common stock shall be entitled to receive all of the remaining assets of the Company"
Multiple competitive bids have been received. IMO billion dollars companies are bidding for BIOA. Shareholders are entitled to receive ALL of the remaining assets of the Company after debt is paid.

PWC list of potential bidders:
BASF
Myriant
Reverdia
DOW
Sumitomo
Mitsui & Co
Mitsubishi Chemical
Exxon Mobile
Sinopec Chemical
PTT Public
Billion dollar companies listed. Throw in Cargill and maybe even Oracle to the list of potential bidders - COUNTDOWN TO $2+++
Outstanding!
Pot and kettle?
Who were the two other entities?
Multiple competitive bidders
.40 cents is good-but we have multiple bidders for a top producer in a billion dollar market-I think we’ll see over 2.00.
With the sale of the company weeks away, I doubt inside stock holders would dilute shares
Thirteen trading days left on Friday the 13th.
People have bills to pay and need the money, but if they can hold off till we see who the top bidder is, they will have more money to pay bills and maybe a little extra.
