Shhhhhh keep it down, still fishing here! ;)
If I ever get a fill (come on, someone feed me!) I may bring some friends in for some too. Shares will be locked up tight!
Anybody have contact information for the owner?
Nice hits at 4 today... Whenever lower bidders start moving up to trip 3 things could get interesting
Well, no sense in being a piker... I moved her up to .01
Nope I've been out all day, had my first bid low at .0058 just got home and saw the action here. Slid it up to .008 for now... Let's see how the day closes
Traditional IPO's slowing down hardcore makes the good old reverse merger the next big thing again... I've been looking a long time to find this kind of shell, it's textbook perfection for anyone that has the patience and wants to make a lot of cash!
Note: I've played Adam Tracy shells before and I have no problem with him personally (they all run baby!) However his shells do attract a lot of bashers and speculation, so I'd prefer that the merging attorney and company be as squeaky clean as possible for such a great candidate as this one... JMO
The way reverse mergers have been on fire this year so far, should be easy to find a buyer for this shell. I'll be on the bid here
My guess is they paid 1.5mil like I believe they said
Speculation. During the first meeting in the fall they said they wanted 10mil and gave us a list of Usage of Funds. Michael A. Zeigler IRA on the quarterly reports is listed as having warrants to purchase 6mil worth of stock and holds a $500,000 dollar note. He was sitting at a middle table at the meeting last weekend. Then throw in $3.5mil from A+ offering and there's your 10 million dollars
I'll share the Usage of Funds slide on here in a little bit
Well let's keep it on the down low for a little bit longer, I'm not totally locked and loaded yet lol
I wouldn't be surprised to see a group come in and run this whether there's a R/M or not... It would be too easy. Bring on the whales!
Can anyone lead me to a source of the annual revenue for Enertrade? They all appear to be confidential on PUC
I understand in general how the offering works without having the details in particular for this one on hand. I've already stated I plan on continuing to add from the float. To clarify, they will be as well... But they also find a possible discount appealing as they have high averages, but want to save buying power.
That's where the question comes from, they're trying to explore all options before investing more. In addition what I was saying is if it is possible to combine money, I would also consider adding funds with them to get some myself some if the deal is right. If I couldn't afford to lose $25,000 I wouldn't be playing this game.
We are also aware that this company is a ways out still, and if they continue moving forward and we agree with their plans/transactions along the way we will be holding for over a year anyways. I evaluate my position all the time.. Happy so far after the Enertrade deal
This turned into a very complex question, I will let them forward it to the appropriate parties. Let's just forget I mentioned it and let the board get back to DD lol
Faster the better but the electricity and commercial side is what I think is going to be huge... Sure the amount of customers and recurring payments are huge with the housing side so it needs to launch fast... But the other sides of this are the goldmine long term
Good post. I'll let them do the digging and figure it out. They were just curious how flexible the transaction can be. From what I gathered they may want more than $25,000 a piece anyways, just testing out their options and finding a balance between maybe doing the offering or float or a mixture.
I'm a buyer from the float myself and will stay that way unless the discount is too good to pass up
I will seek more information and forward it to them.. I'm on the same page as I prefer supporting my own investment buying freely trading shares as opposed to acquiring NEW stock.
Anybody here thinking about taking part in the A+ offering?? I kinda want to, but prefer buying from the float personally.
Question. 2 friends I brought into this stock back in March asked me today if it was possible for them to combine their money to get to the $25k minimum (say $12,500 each) and be able to each get a certificate for half of the shares received. Or would they only get one certificate and just have to trust each other? I have no idea, is that doable (combining money and splitting the shares?) Hell if so, I'd consider putting 12-15k in with them myself as well
Go CHRO
Can't imagine how high this would go if we get a reverse merger and keep the ask clean... Driving the price up on ourselves just grabbing a few hundred dollars worth at a time.. Crazy thin!
Wasn't even me that took them, I just now got home and saw lol
I may depending if theres any action.. Fishing on the bid right now
Interesting...
Lol I signed up to make sure if we get something this one doesn't get hijacked too. Guess we'll see what the day brings, I wanted more 2s as well
Wouldn't restricted shares sold be limited to 1% the O/S every 3 months though? That only allows 8.5mil a quarter
http://www.bloomberg.com/research/stocks/private/person.asp?personId=35669957&privcapId=104870
Background information on person listed as officer during reinstatement (not sure how old and/or accurate)
Volume from date of CHRO ticker change to today = Roughly 216mil
Posted this awhile back.. now that we are getting into revenue territory and everybody is crunching their own numbers to see what could be a feasible PPS with big numbers in the future, don't forget to factor this in as well. I've compiled a list of big stocks from the Electrical Utilities subsector and averaged out the price-earnings ratios for all of them to get a baseline to plug into your formulas.
Thoughts? Being an early-stage company, should it be higher, lower, seem accurate? CHRO also doesn't purely fit into the mold of electric utilities as we clearly have other things built into the business plan.
Merger comes and so will they... I bought the other one early at .0002 as well, look how good that worked out for me lol... Looking for the same move here
Member marked you btw, good luck!
Wasn't me either... Gotta clear some funds first but want more just in case
That's the whole reason I flew way down there.. To get the status update on Enertrade. IMO that's the single most important part of this whole business plan. Super happy that it's official now
Go CHRO
CCAJ getting some volume out of nowhere past 2 days... Reinstated back in October. Seems to be a low floater. Will post some DD after I do some research
$CHRO news just out.. Acquisition of Texas retail electric provider Enertrade.. One of the final and the most important parts of the business plan
Yup I took 1.25mil.. Seems just like ORR* but thinner. Think I remember seeing you there....
Now that I tested the waters I may have to do some real buying soon
I tapped it earlier to see if that was really only 1.8mil @ .0002... It was
Looks appealing if it gets a merger!
BOING! Awesome bounce
Scott-turd won't let me set one very high or I would too
Nailed it! The way CDEL keeps changing their order with the wall above it seems obvious
Same to you! We certainly have a solid and class act investor base here
Big time gapper folks
How is this thing still trading? I know people like it to go for bounce plays and that's about it.. But how many R/S and how much dilution can they actually get away with.. It's ridiculous
$CHRO... PR expected Monday newly CLOSED deal on acquisition of retail electric provider. Announced 10 commercial contracts, one with over 100 locations. Filing with SEC next 5-10 days and subsequent OTCQB uplist. New partnership with Nortek. All info personally recieved at shareholder's meeting Saturday in Dallas, TX
Yup! The sellers will impact the PPS in some amount until uplist completion to the QB. At that point in time there's a good chance we will get more daily volume and some help from institutional investors to absorb what they have left.
The sellers will let it climb higher as long as the volume stays up IMO. When the volume fades the impact will be noticed, that's how this stock (most stocks really) has always traded. Look at all the volume it took to run up to these levels before, then look how light it traded while it walked down
