Things to consider and questions:
Hypothetical situations:
What if the audit comes out in Mid-May and the numbers are within 20% margin of accuracy, where will you stand on this stock?
What if all the selling of shares in the last few weeks were primarily due to either margin traders being forced to sell and/or a deal made between Veltex and a company compensated with Veltex shares?
If a deal of some kind was made and the company compensated via Veltex shares sold the stock pursuant to their internal management decisions we'll have a better understanding that Veltex has acquired something using its stock as opposed to just selling stock to meet General & Admin Expense, right?
At the current price, is it possible that at any moment we might experience a sharp upswing in share price as Veltex proceeds to buy back large blocks of stock?
In summary:
Audited Financials might arrive within a month or sooner
Sell off due to Margin Traders/Company Investment/Audit Doubts
Anticipated sharp rise in share price (Buyback, Audit, News)

What's your opinion?
We should all be trying our best to ask a lot of questions about the recent news re: China
Here are some examples:
What are the Total Projected Revenues/Expenses for Veltex's effort in China?
When will Veltex actually start selling in China?
What is the probability of success for Veltex to be listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange?
How many Square Feet will Veltex occupy in the Mega Mall?
How much will it cost to lease the space?
Will more shares have to be issued to finance the "China Project"? If yes, about how many?
If you have any questions, we must deliver these questions to Stepen Macklem at ir@veltex.com
Best wishes,
Gratzi
VLXC has a much better chance to increase in volume if everyone here goes to the BB's Penny Haven board and massively chat over there about it (type in "BB" on the search box located on the investorshub home page). I'm not telling you to pump it - just bring it to the attention to the other message board that is much more active.
BB is a very active board and if enough of us go there then chances are the VLXC board will start to get much more active by bringing out the symbol to other posters' attention.
Do you feel that on Feb 10th the upcoming financials will have no use for you?
Isn't it better than no news at all?
The year end financials even though unaudited can serve as a barometer (we'll get a "ball park" figure) on where the company is headed.
I personally think it's great news at least that we're being updated as the CEO keeps in touch with us and reports impressive numbers. Of course we'd feel better if they were audited numbers but then they don't have to be since it is a Pink Sheet stock for now. We can look forward to in the future, with hope that if the numbers get audited and are considered "kosher", then we'll be holding a hidden gem, but it may be a much higher price by that time - so now may be the best time - take advantage of the doubt and buy in cheap.
Stock 'em DEEP as you buy 'em CHEAP!
5 reasons to expect share price increase for VLXC
Actually, it is fruitless to panic at the current slip in price when we have more than a few reasons to feel hopeful:
Specifically, here are 5 reasons why:
1. The slip in price was expected due to tax selling (investors that bought in the .20's or so might have waited until 2007 to take profits in the new tax year to pay taxes on gains later)
2. The slip in price is occuring with relatively low volume when you compare it to the surge in price at the end of December 2006 where we experienced high volume.
3. A Prudent and Strategic Business Decision was implemented in turning away the recent candidate for acquisition (Mount Zion Gas Inc). This proves that management has proceeded with caution and maneuvered away from a potential pitfall (Management possibly "dodged a bullet").
4. EPS of .35 behooves us to conclude that the current share price is extremely undervalued. Based on P/E ratios of much higher than 5x to 10x this stock has great potential to grow to much higher levels (i.e. $1.75-$3.50/share or even higher).
5. With less than Half million shares bought out of a possible 2.5 Million shares to be purcased, this stock is poised for another rise.
Financial luminaries envision VLXC to explode to extremely high levels:
1. Indicators are pointing towards rapid growth in stock price
2. Affluent investors are moving eyes towards Veltex
3. Strong Buy Rating issued for VLXC

Footbal "Mini-Bowl" Picks and Investment Question-
That's interesting, actually I'm not sure which way it will go with the two New York games going on today (1PM EST and 4:30PM EST) but they will most likely be exciting games.
Who do you think Chicago will play next week and who do you think will win?
By the way, what's your opinion about stock symbol VLXC?
Specifically, based on the recent press release:
Projections for 12/31/2006
Revenues: $70 Million
Net Income: 7 Million
Shares Outstanding: 20 Million
EPS (Projected): 0.35/share
Current Stock Price: 0.35
(Stock went through a recent spike and was hovering at the .47-.50 level near the end of December 2006 - could be from recent Buyback of shares by Veltex Corporation and recent acquisition news - Mt. Zion Gas Inc. expected to contribute about $3 Million Annual Revenue)
I'm curious about your opinion about this stock (VLXC).
Best wishes for Success - Happy New Year!

EVERYONE is INVITED to
POST your PREDICTIONS. Specifically, what do you predict will be the Stock Price of VLXC by the end of the month of January 2007?
Please limit your price range to .05
My Prediction is
.55-.60
(of course, there is a Strong Chance that this stock will FLY way beyond the range I predicted - this would be nice - in any case it seems that VLXC is headed in a positive direction, after all the tax selling that's been going on over the last few days)
Best wishes for a Happy New Year!
The main reason for the drop in price for the last couple days I believe is from those that are taking profits - they waited for the start of 2007 to sell to hold off the gains into the next tax year (I sold some shares myself last week (at .50) anticipating the sell off this week - and I just bought back yesterday and today (at .38) most of what I sold at .50 per share)
I felt strongly that they would be selling as soon as the new year came that's why I pre-empted these actions with my decision to sell a portion.
I expect after all the tax strategy sell off that this stock is poised for a nice little run up.
Happy Trading!
OT: In response to your request for other tips.
Yes, I do have other recommendations:
Try these,
AKSY - you might have to call your broker on this one due to it just being delisted from the NASDAQ (Current price: .13-.16)
and
VLXC (this one might fly really high - start accumulating)
Best wishes,
Gratzi
Looks like .075+ is only temporary and
you think a few tenths of a penny backs your claim? - MBIR seems to be headed for a continued crash - be ready. READ MY LIPS - NO MORE FLYING DASHES, BUT JUST MORE CRASHES - as far as MBIR goes.
I apologize if the language I used was harsh. I just wanted to protect potential investors from losing a lot of money on a stock that seems to have a gravitational pull downward.
MBIR looks like its ready for a death spiral. It's going down. I wish for success for investors here - but realistically you won't find it with MBIR - in my opinion.
If you're interested, I have a couple recommendations of other better looking stocks that seem to be headed upward in my opinion - here's your chance.
Best wishes,
Gratzi
Why did you throw your money away towards MBIR?
Don't you want your money to grow?
Was it your way of giving charity to the company?
Do you know that the current price of .075-.08 is for suckers only?
If you want a couple good stock tips just ask me.
Best wishes,
Gratzi
AKSY has been crashing - any opinions? read this:
There website, www.aksy.com provides good detail. Mainly, it seems they've had pretty bad news in recent months, see notification they received from the FDA, and the recent delisting from the NASDAQ due to the company not meeting the financing requirements.
Could there be any turnaround in sight? They'd definitely have to generate much better revenues and net income would have to improve dramatically.
Best wishes for a Happy New Year!
I wonder what the price will be by year end (this Friday is the last trading day of the year).
Any predictions?
Will there be massive or just a little profit taking and will there be another run up to follow?
Is it possible that the insiders in the company have placed limit orders at a certain price level for the first hour of trading, for an indefinite period of time(such as about .50-.54 as we saw on Friday)?
It seems that the first and last half hour to hour of trading is most crucial with this and other stocks?
(of course we can understand the implications in regard to marging traders having to "cash in", but the margin trading principle doesn't apply to this situation because it was a run-up.
Any ideas here?
Best wishes,
Gratzi
It'll most likely be pretty quiet here today because of it being Friday just before the Holiday weekend. We can expect this stock to have stabilized at the current price of about .45 plus or minus a few pennies. Although, I could be wrong, and the run up can continue (but who knows, maybe some profit taking might occur).
As a matter of fact, I'm not expecting much here until after the first week of January. I wonder when the next announcement will be - will it have more detail about the recent acquisition or other news?
Wishing a New Year filled with success.
Happy Holidays Everyone!
It looks like the last couple days that the stock price is performing great (let's hope it continues - do you think it will pull back again?)
What's your stock price estimate for year end?
Why the sudden rise in price for the last couple days?
Is the sell off over? (Be ready for some profit taking soon, maybe.)
Best wishes.
We already know all the information you posted. You still didn't anwer the question (Specifically, what caught Javeed's eye towards Mt. Zion Gas, Inc. to be an acquisition candidate? What due diligence was performed in analyzing the potential opportunity with Mt. Zion Gas?
ATTENTION: It's time to post your prediction for the VLXC stock price by 12/31/06.
My prediction is:
??? (I have no idea - life is full of surprises - it seems to be on the way up and may be ready to fly, but who really knows? We could be getting strung along fo a long trip until that happens though - we need to find out how much was paid for the recent acquisition and if it was really worth it)
QUESTIONS:
What sparked Javeed's interest in acquiring Mt. Zion Gas Inc. when Veltex has no experience in this type of industry?
Will continued acquisitions happen soon and lead to further declines? (the acquired company seems to just sell off the shares paid to them instead of holding - why?)
Was the Mt. Zion Gas deal an all cash deal or was there stock involved?
If Veltex stock is considered undervalued then why give it up so easily for 5-10% net profit growth?
Best wishes.
To ALL: How much was paid for the various acquistions by Veltex?
Mt. Zion Gas, Inc. $ ???
Veltex Explorer $ ???
Veltex Canada $ ???
Veltex West $ ???
and any other past acquisitions?
It seems that we are being teased by being fed bread crumbs of information. Traditionally, when companies make acquisitions the announcements make mention of the specific details such as how much cash and/or stock was paid to obtain ownership.
It appears that we owe it to ourselves to obtain information that we are entitled to possess.
I have emailed Javeed and I'm waiting for a reply. If enough of us email with serious requests for clarification of the details of the amounts paid for the recent acquisition of Mt. Zion Gas Inc., for example, then something might be done.
Please consider this with sincerity.
Best wishes.
In addition to the acquisition of Mt. Zion Gas, Inc., the recent press release mentions "Veltex Corporation is currently negotiating another property acquisition and looks to make an announcement on that subject within the next 30 days." -- Will this further contribute to declines in the share price?
Best wishes,
Gratzi
It would be interesting to find out exactly how much Veltex paid for Mt. Zion Gas, Inc. (whether it was paid with only stock or a combination of Cash + Stock).
What triggered the interest in acquiring Mt. Zion, Inc., an entirely different industry?
Does anyone have any idea on the specifics of the acquisition?
Do we still owe for the acquisition or is it all paid for at this time?
Can the decline in share price for more than the last few months be attributed mainly to acquisition costs or was some of it to cover overhead?
When you have a chance, please review these questions, and see what can be done to receive clarification.
Thanks and Best wishes,
Gratzi
RE: 2.5 Million Stock Buyback:
How much Cash does Veltex currently have on hand?
Does Veltex have enough to buy back 2.5 Million shares?
At the current price of about .20 and under, Veltex would have to spend $500K to buy back 2.5 Million shares. Therefore, it seems very unlikely that this will happen, right?
Any ideas here?
Is it possible that Veltex is simultaneously issuing out shares while buying back as well in order to be able to state that the company bought back?
Best wishes,
Gratzi
Are we having the wool pulled over our eyes?
What's going on here? Everytime there's good news issued out, the stock declines - it makes no sense at all!
Is there any decent explanation that can be provided here?
Did anyone speak to Javeed in the last 24 hours and ask about this phenomenon?
Best wishes,
Gratzi
Here are some questions for all:
Any prediction where this stock wil be by year end?
(We have less than 3 weeks left in 2006)
What can we expect for Quarter 3 figures?
(They have to be much better than the first half year figures in order to get up to the $70 Million Revenue amount Javeed mentioned during the emergingissuer.com interview today.)
Any opinions here about what Net Income will be for 9 Months Ended 9/30/06 and expectations for the 12 Months Ended 12/31/2006?
Best wishes to mushroomman and to all.
Gratzi
3rd Qtr Financials - when can we expect them?
We also need explanations about why the Gross Margin % has been decreasing massively.
Why in the last couple months did we see a 3 million share dump only to be followed by a proposed buyback of 2.5 million shares? (in summary if you go back 4-5 months, we can actually sum it up to a net issuance of shares and NOT a buyback at all really - what good is the buyback if it's been preceded for the last couple months with high amounts of shares issued out?)
UPDATE: By the way, I believe that Marco hasn't been working at Veltex for a couple months by now. Marco has left the company (he's no longer an employee of Veltex).
Best wishes,
Gratzi
Everyone here is invited to post there predictions of where they expect this stock to be by the end of the month.

Are you referring to the Audit for Year 2004 only? If yes, then when can we expect the Audit for Year 2005 also?
Is there any exciting news we can expect from Veltex in the next few weeks?
Will we ever see this go back to $1 or higher?
Any possible good news for us to expect with Island Creek Partners?
Will we ever advance to a major exchange after a possible reverse split perhaps?
What can we expect for the 3rd & 4th Quarters of 2006?
Best wishes,
Gratzi
Pual, we need to ask Veltex direct questions such as:
When will Audited Financials come out for 2005 year end?
Why has the stock been performing poorly?
Can we expect better Net Income for 2006 Year End?
What stores can we actually find products originating from Veltex being sold to the general public?
Does Veltex currently have a Cash Flow problem?
Best Wishes,
GP
Where has everyone gone? This board is very quiet these days.
Does anyone have any idea who's been selling at this time?
Can we expect a rebound soon?
The overall stock market is performing excellent, but what's going on with Veltex?
Is it possible that many investors moved to the hi-tech sector and gave up on VELTEX?
