I had no problem moving it up yesterday. Like I said I did get a little more than 250k at .003 :) I didn't mind the 700k at 32's because it all was just icing on the cake. Bottom was yesterday IMO, as I said and the chart clearly showed it, an uptrend was happening starting yesterday. Looking Good, let's get it!

As of last Friday there has been no sign of dilution as per filings. That doesn’t mean that they haven’t diluted this week and into tomorrow and so on. We won’t know until later filings do come out. It does prove tho before last Friday 2/22 there has been no dilution. NNRX is in the infancy of its plan and ultimate goal. If anyone understands what it’s like too see gains get brought down, its me. I could’ve dumped my shares in the pennies for a lot of money so yes to watch the bleeding day in and out hurts. The news along with filing drop a month ago was enough to drive this too a penny but ultimately got brought right back down because, IMO and a lot of otc stocks do this, put out news which generates a run but do not have further news releases or release of future plans too keep buying pressure up and shareholder confidence high. With that said we cannot say progress is t benign made. We got a shareholder update this week. 2 days of filing drops this week... So to conclude if people do not think we can reach our highs again, I see why you’re concerned, but that is untrue. Another substantial PR can send this off into multi pennies from this level. Heck we almost touched .02 from trip 4’s. Good night all!

I just sent IR a list of questions last night on certain issues I am concerned with and I suggest you all do the same. As per the shareholder update the other day, all the questions IR receives from now until the shareholders meeting in April will be addressed within the meeting. One of the concerns was about getting current and wondering how many more filings need to be put out, and on top of that what else needs to put out to get current?

They're most likely showing it from the close yesterday. I have Etrade as well and I have noticed that when the market is closed they sometimes show the prior day on their charts. IDK why that happens because the charts are current throughout the day, but then after the close or the next morning before the open it shows the close for (2) days ago if it is the next morning. Not sure if it's a glitch thing or what. And yea it is showing on the chart for me right now as green close .0006. So like I said it's a day setback after the close which is weird because the volume is 713M which is a reflection of today. I chalk it up to glitch.

Yeah, if they want to put out an attention seeking PR they do need to have it go through IHUB but more over yahoo. Not every trader is using IHUB, yahoo is a bigger platform for people to see. The PR last August went through yahoo, so I am not sure why that wasn't followed through with the one today. I personally didn't think it was juicy enough today, not for a company who just went through getting current putting out their first PR in 6 months and right after CE removed.. You would think they would have had one at the ready to drop when they went current discussing in depth future plans... We'll see what the rest of the week brings, maybe today was just one of them days and we'll turn it around tomorrow.

He definitely is not selling shares, not for what has been assumed at least. It is assumed that he was selling 250M shares, best case being .0001 that is a value of $25,000, worst case .0003 at a value of $75,000. A spread of ($300,000 - $900,000) a year. If you're a CEO of an OTC company, are you paying your IR guy that much money a year? It was also implied that shares are being dumped monthly with news, which just isn't the case. I am new to the stock since they went current a week ago and can clearly see they have not put out a PR since August and a tweet since November, so I would love to find this phantom news.. Either way, I am dry on powder for a while. My play money is all tied up for now. I hold a solid position at .00045. Tons of shares I allocated over the past week.. Hope it'll start rolling at some point.

Yeah I grabbed me some 6's today in the anticipation we were going to move another tick or two higher today after yesterdays' close, not lower. SMH. Kind of annoyed at the situation but it doesn't always work out as hoped.. Most of my original buys were in the 3's. 5's get me green. Wouldn't mind retracing back to 5 again today

Why I wonder is the 10/31/17 filed twice??

It does seem kind of suspect to put out a tweet right before the close yesterday to generate buying pressure, and then driven back 50% 20 min into the open. If the company is not dumping, what is going on? Especially considering it's the first news put out since being current and in half a year... I have to say that it a major disappointment from a general standpoint, let's see what the future brings.

All filings need to be up to date. They have one they need to put out for 1/31/19 and because we're at the end of Feb, they're delinquent. They are given a grace period and if they pass that grace period the stop sign re-emerges. That is my understanding of it.

I believe they need 1 more to be current which is the ending of 1/31/19 filing... (I THINK)

The one that dropped yesterday was an Amended filing ending 10/31/18

Could drop any day and I think that will lift the yield sign.

Thanks brother. This is my last post of the day I am out of them. Like I said so glad to have achieved what I got today and the AH filing and attorney letter drop was the icing on the cake. So pumped. We will be current very, very soon. Possibly going to see a retrace back to .01's within this week into the next. But if we go slow and steady I won't be mad at it either. PROGRESS is all that matters and Bishop has instilled shareholder confidence in us all IMO with the filings, attorney letters, and the shareholder update today explaining more updates will be forthcoming. Vegas here we come ;)
