They are back, the scorch earth boys. The peanut brains with their little one investor minds. Out to destory and discredit that which was accomplished and that which can be. Just don't know when to call it quits, won't go quietly. This is the way things are my friends Beverly Hills Film Studios is on a solid path to success and nothing you say or do is going to change that as long as they have my support Northsun0.
Highhumper, don't jump but you can go to the highest mountain and yell HALLELUJAH. Good luck and good health to you B. J. Davis, we wish you all the best in your new endeavours. Kimberley Kates, Rosslyn and the rest of the staff of Beverly Hills Film Studios I know you can make it, I for one stand by you and look forward to your success. Rosslyn you are great, such a refreshing voice on the phone I have enjoyed our conversations. Kimberley I believe in you our e-mails and phone conversations have been a pure delight. Go Go Beverly Hills Film Studios, we are all hoping for your success and it sure would be nice see an Oscar sometime in the future. Good Luck, and God Bless, Northsun0.
I had a lengthy phone conversation in the late afternoon, yesterday with Kimberley Kates. She did not mention to me
that BJ had resigned, but did mention there would be a press release shortly. I cannot say anymore at this time because of a very busy schedule today, and have to run. I will say this I am very pleased with our discussion and remain very satisfied with the direction of Beverly Hills Film Studios. I wish you all a great weekend Northsun0.
Fantastic, you received a direct response from Kimberley, that I am sure of, exactly the type of e-mails I recieve from her. I think they are doing a marvelous job of running BVHJ
considering the lack of revenue flow. Companies in similar situations have to make share compensation deals to acquire personnel and occasionally sell shares to enable them to go forward. What they have demonstrated by increase their float is that they are very actively involved in productions, and seeking to increase the opportunities for Beverly Hills Film Studios. I applaud them for their efforts, and using their capital in a most effective way.
Obviously no one seems to be telling your President what to do. I think you should check their web site to see what they are working on, it would seem obvious to most people do do so. If you question why I would pick Beverly Hills Film Studios to satisfy my interests in the film industry, because it is selling at such a CHEAP price. That is the first lesson in investing is to buy low, that is how one becomes successful in this game.
Obviously you do not have much experience in running a business, well I have, so believe me when I say I fully comprehend what they are going through. Only someone that lacks business experience would say say what you said. I am a successful professional investor, and have been a Director and President of more then one Company. I do not live in the United States of America, but have many contacts in your country so I know how to get direct access to Company principles. The reasons I am invest in Beverly Hills Film Studios goes beyond that of a financial nature I am fascinated
by the business they are in. It is my intention at some point this year to come to your great country to see them and study their operation. You got her e-mail to me in it's entirety, relax and enjoy your self.
I had an e-mail exchange with Kimberley, after I read about the jump in the share float. She stated to me a large part of the current issuance was for Restricted Stock for individuals working for the company as compensation. This stock will be held onto because it is restricted. We are not directly selling any stock into the market. We raise capital occasionally to help finish film production and/or operational costs. We will not have to do this anymore once our revenue starts coming in from Dirty Love, FAI and our other projects. The people we work with in raising capital, believe our stock should be 35-50 cents and are hanging on to it. Please recall I was the one who cancelled 108,990,000 shares not long ago. If I had it my way, the Company would be buying back stock ( which I hope to do once we are well into the black ). In the meantime, we are stretching our dollars out and having all our personnel work for peanuts ( they all love what they do and enjoy working here and know that it will one day pay off ). As a foot note, I would add Restricted Shares cannot be sold for one year. I am very pleased with her quick response to my e-mail, and fully comprehend the reasons for increasing the share float. I remain bullish on Beverly Hills Film Studios stock and feel that Kimberley Kates and company are working in our best interests.
I do not know if anyone on this board is pressing the stock,
although we have had are share of detractors making very negative comments. They were so bad they got banned from the board and their messages deleted. I did use the word "they" but I feel it was really one individual who came back on under different aliases. Another problem is the Pink Sheet
board and the trading practices of market makers, the ineffectiveness of the SHO list, enabling naked short selling by speculators. Pink sheet stock investors, are generally not a very patient bunch. Some investors who have accumulated a fair amount of BVHJ shares, may have just got tired of waiting for concrete evidence of success and decided to sell. Because of the practices on the Pink Sheet board some American companies are listed on the Canadian TSX Venture board, maybe that is something that Beverly Hills Film Studios should consider.
Let me give fair warning to those pressing BVHJ, there is investors in this stock, on this board who should they feel you have become too reckless, will call your bet and raise the ante. In the mean time I am thankful for the opportunity
you have given to many, enabling them to buy Beverly Hills Film Studios at a cheap price. Right now we are patiently holding on to our shares, should I and others lose are patience with your actions, WATCH OUT. Northsun0
They are at it again pressing the stock, at this time 376,800
shares traded last at 7.3 cents. The good thing is investors are taking advantage of this opportunity to buy at cheap prices. The SHO is not being taken seriously, and the list is not actually in effect. I short stocks but never a penny stock, Krispy Creme, Nortel, Cisco, Amazon those are the kind of stocks I short. To each his own, I look forward to the time they see brown stains in their shorts.
Redbullish in regards too not getting some questions answered by BVHJ's IR I said before and it bares repeating. Beverly Hills Film Studios is a non reporting company which the vast majority of pink sheet companies are. Until it is a reporting
company and thus meets the reguirements of same it CANNOT LEGALLY GIVE ANYONE INFORMATION THAT IS OF A FINANCIAL NATURE. I could be wrong but, I know of no other guestions one would be asking. Guestions like what percentage they hold in a film are of a financial nature and cannot legally be answered. Even reporting companies will not give you information that has not been made available to the public.
An investor should stay in a investment, as long as it continues to meet your goals. When a stock like Beverley Hills Film Studios ceases to be a speculation and becomes an investment that is the time the real gains are made. Too many investors take small gains and big losses, because of their lack of experience in the markets. Bubble Vision and the
majority of brokers promote speculation instead of investing, look at the buy recomendations they place on so many ridiculously over priced stocks. Personally I should thank them because they have made me a lot of money shorting the stocks they recommend. When I buy a stock like BVHJ I put my toe in first, the time I feel it is about to be or has become an investment the rest of my foot goes in. It is not my practice to tell people what my long or short position in a stock is, but since I am on record of stating on this board I have a six figure share position. I will say this that it is less then you have at a much lower price. But should the stock meet certain reguirements I set out, I will be increasing my position making my average price per share probably much higher than yours.
Everyone has their own approach to investing. My approach is to primarily look for investments, and not just trading opportunities, that is what my short positions are for. By seeking investments in my long positions I have created a good dividend flow, which by itself gives my famliy a good standard of living. I do trade long positions when I feel they have gotten ahead of themselves, which obviously is not the case with Beverly Hills Film Studios. Having the patience to wait for chosen long positions to become real investments, as been very rewarding for myself and others like Warren Buffet. Like everyone else I do occasionally bet on the wrong horse, then I move on. I am not at that stage with BVHJ, I am patiently waiting, and if positive developments flow to the bottom line, I shall be flying to California too check out the company to determine if has become what I consider an investment if that should prove the case, I will be adding to my position.
I'm still here, it sure is quiet, no volume. I find BVHJ to be a hard sell, I have mentioned it to other investors I know, with little success. Problem it is a pink sheet stock, too low a price, history of huge reverse split. If it has such promise, why is the price so low? A higher stock price would actually create more interest. Patience is required now, I have been in this business a long time, and know the truth in that statement. I have found being patience has being very rewarding in the past and I feel in this case it will also prove to be so. I am fortunate to have interests in alot of companies so there is never a dull moment for me in the market. Since I go long and short I create my own excitement. I been very successful in finding winners before and still am, I don't think it is different with Beverly Hills Film Studios.
"Thanks hiflyer14" that is how people like Warren Buffet became millionaires in his case billionaire. Investing in companies they understood, with great consumer appeal, and
at bargain basement prices.
Could not get my last post to accept the whole link I typed in after[iLc20! comes Lf!Lg!Lkl4!Lal2,26,9!Lpl4,3,3]&pref=G the link you get on my last message doesn't give the whole picture. Maybe someone else can do a better job at getting the correct link in.
This chart link showing BVHJ was pointed out to me, which shows the CMF diverging with price activity. Notice how the green mountain is growing and the price is not??? Quite bullish!!!

Great news, love the latest postings, GO GO Beverly Hills Film Studios, here is the link to the National Coalition Against Naked Short Selling NCANS, who placed the ad in The Washington Post,
for anyone interested http://www.ncans.net/
Hiflyer14, Jcmill in message #539 stated he owned 500,000 shares and the admission of myself and one other that we held over 100,000 shares, plus shares held by insiders. Considering this and that several times I have seen 20, 40, 50 and even 80,000 shares been traded, one must ask who is supply the marked if it is not short sellers.
Yes dixieman of course you are right that six figure is in shares, and not in dollars. Redbullish your false insinuation is what I was talking about. Redbullish do you think I am so stupid I would invest six figures in dollars in highly risky Pink Sheet Companies. Even if I felt completely sure of the outcome I would not be that foolish. My friend I worked many years ago in the securities business so I have a great deal of knowledge about what goes on in the industry.
Please think twice before you speak, Northsun0.
Hiflyer14 I believe naked short selling of BVHJ is a factor in why the stock has not been moving up on higher volume. Naked short selling of shares in Companies has caused the creation of a coalition called the NCANS ( National Coalition Against Naked Shorting ). This group took out a full page advertisement in The Washington to warn President Bush and others of a secret foe to the proposal to privatize Social Security: Naked short sellers. The ad warned that privatizing social security would give individual investors money that some would invest in companies that could become targets of naked short selling. "Naked short selling...is literally stealing money from the widows, retirees and other small investors," the ad warns. Naked short selling occurs when a broker fails to locate and borrow shares required to complete a short sale, a security not owned by the seller is sold in anticipation of a decrease in the stock price. Reg SHO was adopted earlier this year and aims at modernizing rules on short selling and addresses failures to deliver stock on settlement date. Under Reg SHO, exchanges will provide lists of securities with large amounts of failure to deliver. Once a securitie gets on the list, it typically becomes harder and more expensive to short the stock. Beverly Hills Film Studios BVHJ is on that list. It is claimed that short sellers may be using foreign exchanges to avoid delivering shares on settlement date. The reason BVHJ's board is being the subject of malicious slander, distoration of information by various posters could be that one or more individuals have or are shorting the stock. As an investor who plays both the long and short side of the market, I know that some short sellers will do every thing at their disposal to discredit a stock to discourage investors so that they either sell the stock or at the very least not buy it. So hiflyer14 the actual number of shares sold to investors of BVHJ could be significantly higher then the float suggests. As an investor of long standing I know a large short position can be ultimately very bullish for a stock. With this knowledge and the fact the stock is trading at such low levels and having the potential to surprise the market causing an increase in demand that could overwhelmed the shorts, causing a squeeze I am long the stock with a six fiqure position.
Thank you Dixieman, a sicko has been been working this board. So far he has used six aliases which
have been banned and messages deleted. He is still on the board using two aliases. He leaves something in at least one of his messages that exposes him. Hopefully at some point he will give it up, and leave this board alone.
Dixieman, PNut, and HappyHare why have posters been banned and their messages deleted from this message board. Dixieman please
answer my message #558.
Dixieman, what exactly was deleted from PNut's posting. The message I see in PNut's posting reads Happy Valentines Day, everyone. Which lady did he show no respect too, since the reply was to DesertRat1 who wrote message #485.
YES, that is exactly what I mean. I have no idea how many shares the insiders hold in the Company. The action in the stock suggests there maybe a lot of shorting of the stock.
That is great, we need a short squeeze to move the stock, much higher. Hopefully news coming from the Company will
trigger one.
The restricted share count is 0 because their was a share count reduction of 108,900,000 made official by Beverly Hill Film Studios on Jan. 12 2005, of which 100,000,000 had been restricted shares.
Dirty Love showed on Sunday Feb. 13, here is the link.
http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/050210/105262_1.html hiflyer14 the
float as of 02/10/05 was 23,065,648 as shown on top of page.
I like the tone of this board, the negativity, has been replace
by a postive mature attitude, very refreshing. This new refreshing attitude is what is needed to promote an intellegent
discussion of the merits of Beverly Hills Film Studios. We are starting a new week, good health and prosperity to all, Northsun0
I had an e-mail exchange with Kimberley Kates recently, in which she told me BVHJ is working on setting up an Investors Forum on their web site. So investors can find answers to frequently asked guestions, and can submit new ones. This Forum will be used to keep investors as completely up to date as possible. Also she stated it is the intention of
Beverly Hills Film Studios to become a reporting Company.
I think this will be a terrific move by the BVHJ should they follow through with these plans, great for investor relations.
Look the stock is cheap, a small float only 23,065,648. I was just in San Diego for a visit, unreal real estate prices,
you could buy the whole Company at current levels, for the price of a modest rancher in that city, unbelievable. Per
share profits from their releases could have a very significant impact on the stock. I look at risk to reward potential on a stock, and I came to the conclusion, low price, low risk, with high reward potential, fits what I want in the speculative portion of my investment account.
I have bought as low as 2.8 cents, recently picked up 20,000
shares at 9 cents. I haven't taken any profits yet because I think BVHJ has such great potential. I suggest do your own
research, you can never do too much, investing in pink sheet stocks is a risky business.
"WHEW", a new day, the sun is up, the ski is clear, may it shine
upon Beverly Hills Film Studios, and us all "CHEERS" to a new
day.
There are legal reguirements of a reporting Company. Pink sheet Companies such as BVHJ can be non reporting Companies.
Until Beverly Hills Film Studios becomes a reporting Company,
those meeting the reguirements of same, it cannot legally give you any financial information such as what you seek.
Congradulations desp_housewife191 you may be knew to the investment world, but I feel you made a wise choice in investing in Beverly Hills Film Studios. I can see by your postings you do a lot of research in the stocks you invest in.
Soon others will find this gem and we will all reap the rewards of their discovery.
I like everything that is going on with BVHJ, and am looking forward to seeing the results in the theatres.
Come on Red Cloud, tell us more about yourself, I opened up.
What do you mean by you wish? Don't believe me buddy? Tell
us about your track record, what sectors are you bullish on.
Show us how smart you are, let it out. I told you why I invested in BVHJ, you figured I was green for doing so, what was your reason, if you are so experienced. This message
board is accessible to millions of investors in the world.
Even a simple investor like me who lives in Canada found it, and you say comments made on this board will have little effect, I thing that shows how green you are. It's guys like you that help me to buy shares as low as 2.8 cents a share, I owe you a beer, let me know whenever get up to
British Columbia, Canada, hell I'll buy you a couple. Now
that we both got our shares wouldn't it be wise to change the tone of the messages, old buddy, to add to are gains.
Dirt Cloud more meaningless babble you just can't shut up.
Green you say, I am retired because of the stock market,
currently I have 60 long positions and 9 shorts. My philosophy is to buy low and short high. Many friends have
benifited from my advice, I am very overweight and bullish on
oil, natural gas, and uranium stocks, and keep a good weighting in precious metals stocks. I look for shorts in stocks with high PE's, high multiples to sales, low book values relative to share price. I invest in special situations that are selling at a huge discount to their growth potential, such as Beverley Hills Films Studios. I am not a day trader but do trade fairly actively and take out a substancial amount of money every month to give cheritably and to live a very comfortable life. I work at it and do a lot of research, sure I have made mistakes, but my wins far out number my losses. I feel very blessed and thankful for my success, good health and wonderful family and friends.
Dirt Cloud my wish for the New Year is that you take a rest.
We have read your negative postings, stop already, let things
unfolded from here. Your obvious agenda is to undermined the Company, and to do your bit to discourage investors from buying the stock. There is very little substance to your
postings only accusations and insinuations. In all my years
of investing I have never read such persistence and meaningless babble. MAY BEVERLEY HILLS FILM STUDIOS AND
EVERYONE ELSE HAVE A PROSPEROUS AND HEALTHY NEW YEAR.
Redcloud which Director are you inferring is gone.
RedCloud if you are long BVHJ I cannot understand bad mouthing
the stock, do your talking to management and not on a message
board. What do you hope to gain unless you are short the stock. I play on both sides of the market, and my years of experience tells me when someone talks down a stock, they have usually shorted the stock. If you are not on either side of the trade, what is your agenda, as I stated I would like the stock to go up, because I am long, not short the stock. If I was not envolved in any way in the stock I would not waste my time on this message board, so why are you. Sure it is risky like all pink sheet stocks, but at this price I am willing to take the risk. I have known many people who failed in business in the past and then make a good score I hope this is one of them.
