$QEDN holders be like Gollum. "Me precious!"
Amato never claimed they were a tool rental company. In fact, I've never heard those words come out of his mouth or stated in a PR. I have heard that they provide services. When you read the contracts and check their rate structure, I'd love to hear all about it.
Like I said, call the tax assessor and he'll set you straight. EMF is a legal operation.
Can you get the story straight? Now you're talking about "Personal consumption only, 25 plants." Before it was a 25 plant limit per parcel. You're jumping all over the place here making your claims tough to follow.
How's this...25 plants per parcel. Now tell me what a parcel is. I'll give you a hint that it's defined by the tax assessor. Is it possible that EMF has more than 1 parcel on their 300 acre property? Since you're making phone calls, give this one a shot - (707) 234-6800. Dial it and learn the truth. Ask for Kirk Larson. He'll set you straight.
“Parcel” means a parcel as determined by the Assessor for assessment
purposes only.
Well, looks like some folks here already called the sheriff. We're good to go!
Personal use doesn't apply to collectives.
Well, they've had almost 6 months since the acquisition was announced. How much more time to do they need to conduct an investigation? Oh wait, there is no investigation because $QEDN hasn't done anything wrong. I thought you reported them too. I guess they couldn't find anything.
Please prove that $QEDN and EMF are conducting illegal operations.
Right, but they're contract can say something like, 25% of every pound sold will go to EMF for services rendered. So they don't have to own it to get paid for it. Do I have to explain how contracts work and the fact that they are legally binding?
Well according to a few of you on here, they've been reported to the sheriff, SEC, and DEA. They're still operating, so that tells me that they're legal and nothing was found. Unless no one ever reported them and folks here are bluffing.
Where's the sheriff then? He's had all of this time to take action. Where's the DEA? Where's the SEC? They're not even looking at $QEDN because they're not breaking any laws!
I wouldn't say it's a loophole. I'd say it's all in how the contract is written. Remember, they're providing a service to the collectives. They may be given % of the sales in exchange for services rendered. That's not a direct collection of profits from the sale of MMJ. That's considered payment for services. $QEDN = LEGIT!
Actually the the PR came out on Sept 10. Yesterday was Sept 11. Today is Sept 12 (Friday in case you were wondering). Tomorrow is Sept 13. Need I go on?
So the video was posted on Sept 9 and PR'd on Sept 10. That sounds quite logical to me, especially if the video was uploaded late on Sept 9. EMF has been very clear that they can't show everything due to proprietary information that they have to protect. In fact, they claim to have a world class grower with proven methods. Well, if they released those methods to the public, then everyone would copy their ideas. Physical and information security is everything.
And nothing has happened! 100% Legit! $QEDN
Emerald is responsible for growing, housing, and securing a very expensive product that is in high demand. They do not provide a cheap service and I'm sure they are being well compensated. So while you see them as a tool rental company, I don't see thieves using helicopters trying to steal tools from tool rental companies. If you've ever wondered why $QEDN and EMF have been secretive regarding their location and operations, here's why:

We better call the sheriff for him. Maybe then we can settle this once and for all. I heard the sheriff was loading back when this was at .02s because he knew it was on its way to .05s!
If they can't grow more than 25 plants, why don't you call the sheriff and report them? Ah, but if you call, you might just find out that they are not breaking any laws.
EMF runs a grow operation. There is no denying it no matter who owns the product. They are also exploring opportunities in hemp, edibles, and CBDs.
KaaaaBOOOOOM!!! $QEDN. Has a nice ring to it.
It all depends on how the contract is worded my friend. Words in a contract mean everything. $QEDN
Well, that all depends on how the contract is written. Expect that Emerald Med Farms will at least be paid for their services. There may be incentives written into the contract such as keeping a % of the product sales. Once they start producing edibles and CBD, the sales will also add to their total revenue. $QEDN is sitting on a cash cow and will yield high revenues if properly milked.
As a government contractor, I don't own any of the IT systems that I work with, but I provide a service that the government can't provide to itself. Emerald Med Farms is providing a service that the collectives are unable to provide.
Can we get this stickied? Thanks for the break down.
We all know that it's never free. Someone will pay for it (taxpayers). As long as it goes to $QEDN, I'm happy!
I guess we're just making up the laws as we go right? Last I knew, no one here works as a lawyer. I'll leave the interpretation of the laws up to $QEDN's lawyers. I don't see a sheriff or the DEA knocking at their door. And it's not because they're dragging their feet either. If there was an issue, we would have already heard about it. $QEDN = WEED = LEGIT
I'd rather see an old PR from a few months ago than an irrelevant PR from a few years ago. I really don't care what they did prior to getting into the weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed business. I didn't come here for natural gas or oil or anything else. I'm here for that wacky tobacky! $QEDN
Amato seems like a guy who gets the job done. And he might also have a thing for horse heads! The new Godfather of Weed folks!
Recreational MJ was illegal in Colorado when he resided there.
And when it is lifted all of a sudden, what will you have to say about it?
$QEDN likes to go green on news which is the opposite of most other OTC plays.
The sheriff has been loading $QEDN all week!
I heard the sheriff called all of his sheriff buddies and told them to buy!
I go to lunch and $QEDN goes KABOOM!
I like fairy tales and $QEDN is my unicorn!
I heard the sheriff owns a few shares himself!
Lol! Good morning $QEDN!
Exactly! They are a legal operation as they work with the collectives.
You just said you will never believe it. This is where the conversation ends.
Makmann is going to become the Godfather of Weed!
