And yet this has the same US98180T2015 on it http://www.boerse-berlin.com/index.php/Shares?isin=US98180T2015
Something isn't making sense here
I'm a little confused, but this http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:M4haeareQx4J:www.boerse-berlin.com/data/publications/Publication_40095.pdf+%22worthington+energy%22+-investorshub&cd=9&hl=de&ct=clnk&gl=de says US98180T2015
And these say US98180T2015

I think I'm almost out of posts
I WOULD have to enjoy posting on the one board on EARTH that charges for extra posts or PM ability- sigh!!
Everyone please try to answer any questions you think I may have come up with to ask had I been allowed to continue posting- :D
I searched for US98180T2015 and it said:

So they'll be trading the same pool of shares we are? I mean to say, I would assume so.. it seems like that is how it'd have to work...
That could be extremely good news
Can the Berlin Exchange really trade US OTC stocks when US markets are closed, though? How in the world is that possible?
Ah
I didn't catch that
Yeah I definitely didn't write that part
So.. is being listed there a terrible thing or really good news or what? I hope it was "our idea" at least
I know how shorting works so if I said something contradictory to selling short and covering later, I didn't know what I was talking about..
Naked shorting, I thought that was completely different. Isn't that were fail to deliver shares which don't exist are created and traded by scumballs??
Sorry, I'm new to all of this
Hold God - you can short without paying $2.00+ through the berlin exchange?
I wish all pennies traded there!!!!
http://newsok.com/matrix-stock-on-berlin-exchangebru.s.-shares-listed-unknowingly/article/2860261
So how do we know if they listed the company or the company wanted to be listed? Also, I thought MMs were naked shorting all of the time here in the states... with their "ftd" phantom shares.. right?
I can't make sense of this because I don't know what I am talking about. But. It sure is interesting
"TULSA Matrix Service Co. of Tulsa is one of more than 200 U.S. companies to recently learn its common stock has been listed for trading on a German stock exchange without its knowledge"
"a sponsoring broker in Germany who decides they want to transact in a company's stock can go to the Berlin exchange and request that the company be listed"
"Part of the reason Matrix sought an immediate delisting is out of fear that some traders may use the German exchange to get around U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission rules against naked short-selling, Austin said.
Short-sellers try to make money by borrowing shares, waiting for the price to fall, and then selling them. If the stock price drops, the short sellers buy the shares back at the lower price, return them to the lender, and keep the difference.
Naked short-sellers, however, sell shares without actually borrowing them."
So, excuse the stupid question, but: Is the Berlin Exchange a big deal? Pretty similar to our NASDAQ? It's been around since the 1600s.. am I looking at the right one?
Also, when the company is listed there- would the same shares we're trading be traded there or how does that work?
I see... is there a way to see if it is GTC or DAY?
What did you find, there¿
Is there any reason for the odd order size? 2,666,667 ... Not 2,500,000 not 2,666,666 but 2,666,667 .. ? Was he trying to make the dollar amount come out close to a round number, or what??
No one can tell me that some guy who plowed 83k into a pink right before close didn't know something
Yeah if someone just bought $85,000 worth right before closing- I feel a little better about buying back in, now
Did someone really just buy $82,000 @ 0305?!
When is that one form due, again?
I hope I didn't pay to much :(
I got in again at just over .03
The buy volume beating the sell volume convinced me
Floyd or whatever his name is raised some good points, so I am a little worried- but who cares, pocket change is pocket change. Can only lose 100% and could gain a few hundred points, so what the heck!! Can't get any poorer than I am so let's do this
As an aside- you ain't got to have a-lot of money for the BABES, just try looking like ME and say shocking things - works every time -
Missed it by THAT much ~Maxwell Smart~
The buy is higher than the sell volume today, according to this.. http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=trades&symbol=NO%5eWGAS
If that means anything
Did it really run up from .008 to .02 BEFORE the PR about "commitment letter" and everything came out? Was Monte paid the cash part of the deal and they were supposedly whining about the PPS on the stock they got and trying to unwind the deal, or what? I agree that the PR seems slickly worded but I'm pretty sure that a commitment letter is a whole lot different from a PA letter. . right? Still, I wish we could know the real terms of it...
PS: Who exactly is this Sierra woman?
XzX - do you think 0206 is a good entry point if I can get shares? Or is it going to fall a little tomorrow afternoon?
How far off?
I can't believe I didn't wait for the pullback... I thought there would be a big frenzy of morons chasing it this morning!! (I don't know what I am doing)
Oh well- scottrade executed my order at 9:30 exactly AND I could have paid ANY price and paid less than I would have with (#&*%#&(^ sharebuilder..
Green again ....
Is this really at $4.2M traded back and forth today? Already?
SET FOR TAKEOFF
Keep turning the props.. c'mon
Should have waited for the pullback!!
BOUGHT
PROCESSING
$0.033
HAPPY CHRISTMAS TIME (maybe)
That would have NEVER happened with #)*&%#*%& sharebuilder!!
My order has been in for an hour now @ .0361 and I see some going through at .0325 and .033 :( Is that normal?
Is VERT the one who always causes a problem?
Everyone went to bed?
Pansies :P
I don't see how all of the news and excitement and extreme share and dollar volume friday drumming up all kinds of attention and everything else could NOT lead to a big run-up tomorrow.
Every eye is on WGAS and some of them will be big money traders who don't sweat buying a few grand to see what may happen.
People tend to go insane and nuts for energy anything anyway and from what I've read (which is very little I suppose) energy plays trade based on "estimations" or what "could happen" fairly often and etc etc etc
(Disclaimer: I have NO idea of what I am talking about and I'm just prattling on thinking out loud so please correct me if I'm wrong)
I see.. I have no idea of what I'm doing yet, but this sure seems like one that's going to open up and run like an insane beast. Don't wanna chase- I'd rather place something now that'll fill at the bell - but if there's likely to be a pullback, I guess I should wait - hell I don't know what to do at this point
Are there any after hours orders on otc stocks at all? Who determines what it opens at, what's it based on? The whims of MMs- or what?
I sure wish I knew how gaps work. I have no IDEA of what to place an order for in terms of what will get filled or won't get filled. Could this gap again? Even more than it did Friday?! Sorry for the stupid question, but, who decides what to open it at? MMs?
Anyone have any idea of what this will open at on monday??
Will scottrade really make me wait until tuesday if I used money direct on the 7th? Grrr
I thought money runners had picked it up in the middle of the run up?? Anyway, I think they just jump on things that are already happening or already called by other promoters, though, so that doesn't really matter.
This took off on real news.. it seems! And- this news seems to be everywhere. I've never seen so much excitement over a penny stock (of course I'm very new and clueless at this point, too)
Does anyone know how long Scottrade will have my funds restricted? I made a deposit using money direct on the 7th at 10:30 AM and it's instant but I can't trade under $3 PPS for three days. Is that 72hrs exactly or third business day at the bell, or what??
Do stocks like these usually gap up the next day AGAIN or what? I would like to jump in but I don't know what I have to set my order at to get it filled.. Should I try to place an order now a little above the current price and get in line OR wait for a morning runup/pullback? Look like A LOT of people will be in line to buy at the bell though... What to do what to do
What's e-trade up to NOW?
