You can bet any contract is reviewed and in positioned to benefit SFOR better than ever by SFOR's lawyers (don't want another WhiteSky situation).
You can bet SFOR's lawyers are telling them what content is ok and not ok in PRs, and when they should be sent out.
You can bet their lawyers are advising what they can say to investors/shareholders and what they cannot.
You can bet some of the litigation would have already been done (and not in SFOR's favor) if they didn't have Blank Rome...without Blank Rome...it would be harder for SFOR to move forward in a favorable way.
Blank Rome may not be entirely running the ship, but they have their hands close to the wheel.
Yes, my opinion and ask mgmt. if it is their model or not. I think they will get some sales each quarter, but I think they will keep the boat afloat any way they have to - to get to infringement targets. Most companies would have been toast years ago...there is know how and drive behind SFOR and Blank Rome. I'm sure in 12 years mgmt. could have kicked themselves in the a@@ a few times and wished they would have done some things differently, but haven't we all messed up a time or two in the past 12 years? I have! The thing is, from a technical standpoint SFOR stinks...if one believes they have the product and can litigate well - then there can be enormous value ahead...if one thinks not - then SFOR probably isn't the right stock/company for them.
I think there is at least one of these that SFOR is going to/is in litigation for infringement. Can't say all, but I think at least one of them.
I (myself) already knew what you said. That is correct. The beauty about SFORs patents is that they cover multiple areas (not all - but multiple) ways OOB is being used. Therefore, SFOR cannot successfully do a licensing deal or sue just anybody they want to. However, there is a TON of infringers that are using one or more of the various OOB methods SFOR has patents for.
I hear ya, however, I still don't think SFOR's model is primarily a "sales model"...I think it is an "infringement model." I'm betting through investors money, some sales, and dilution, SFOR (and Blank Rome) are buying time so they can feast on some lawsuits (not only the ones in front of SFOR right now, but many others that are infringing). I really think SFOR mgmt. is placing many decisions in Blank Rome's hands. This is why mgmt. isn't telling us as much as we want to know. If Blank Rome is right about what needs to be done and does well with the litigation that is already occurring...all of us feast! If it shakes out like that, more and more organizations will be approached for licensing or become sued. I'm betting on Blank Rome and I'm sure they aren't too concerned about revenue for Q3...they are licking their chops for a timeframe around Q4 and 2014. All of this is just my opinion (but you can ask Mark if the "infringement model" is their strategy going forward. Who knows, the next announcement/PR might be a big enough event that these low share prices may never be seen again.
Opinion's from REAL organizations and REAL media about a REAL company and their REAL product...read the testimonials toward the bottom.

Hokie...just adding to your comment. Blank Rome knows the multiple very well as there is almost a certainty that they will (or have been) paid partially in shares. I'll even bet they have at least 100 million shares under their belts already. They know the value of the multiples. There's a lot of people that are really wanting to know Q3 numbers...Blank Rome probably cares less...they are looking past that into Q4 and 2014. That is where the value lies for them and for us that hold SFOR at these cheap prices. IMO.
For under a penny....nothing comes close to the risk/reward that SFOR does. I REALLY like SFOR (as most know). The funny thing is - no basher has ever provided me with ticker. Not one. But yet, they bash SFOR. Most of them should have bailed out of SFOR with a loss of somewhere around 15-35 percent, but they rode her down and are mad at management instead of themselves. So the reason I keep asking for a better company is to truly see if there is one out there (no basher has proven it to be true).
How long have you known about SFOR? What companies are better than SFOR with a similar share price?
LOOK at THIS...how many out-of-band authentications (OOBA) occur on a weekly basis? Answer: Over one BILLION every week (per The Guardian and it's not Mark Kay saying it...see the link below. So folks, for discussion purposes, what does that mean for SFOR? We know OOBA usage will be getting even larger as time goes on. Read it and what does everyone think? My first thought is...Blank Rome!

Sometime mid November.
Out of the roughly 500 shareholders that 22-23 mil on the ask could be one or just a few people selling. No biggie...we'll get past it.
No news of it being halted...a warning would have been put out on my trading platform or in other ways/news...not seeing it halted at all.
Holding steady at 8 so far. If it stayed there the entire day, that would be ok...lots of wary investors almost everywhere from coming off a weekend and markets and stocks have no real direction without news propping them up. A sideways day would be fine for today.
7's retracted their sale now at 8. It is ridiculous to sell anytime soon.
Forgot to add the link...good reading.
http://www.americanbanker.com/technology/
A lot of security related topics in American Banker (cell phone banking, credit cards transactions, etc). Just good reading for related issues to SFOR. I didn't see SFOR in this issue, but they have been several times in the past.
Bull...I read your post and the part regarding how important sales are. Sales are important, however...I'm 95% sure that SFOR's business model is revenue off of infringement and not so much off of sales. That would be licensing deals and suing those that infringed (and don't want to do a licensing deal). This is where the rubber meets the road...some do and some don't feel SFOR will be able to hang around long enough for litigation to go in SFOR's favor. With money that has come in, will come in, a few sales here and there, and dilution...I think SFOR thinks they can hang on until large enough wins from litigation occur. Blank Rome seems to be running the SFOR ship for the most part (what they should do from here, when, how, etc). I think Mark and all of us want things done NOW! Blank is advising, and if they are right about their advise - we win BIG...if not, we all lose. I'm holding on with confidence that SFOR will prevail!!!
Good deal!!!
I'm expecting SFOR will hit over .001 next week if the articles are published in the MAJOR publications early in the week. A lot of new people are going to discover SFOR, what they have going on, and that they can get in inexpensively.
5 billion is old news...agree. It was planned weeks ago.
Fair enough...I will contact him too.
I bet he will mention the latest interview and to check it out. We want to know if the cash register is ringing and other updates to getting money, and share appreciation. We shouldn't let him point us to the interview as the only information.
Many others here have bought into SFOR in 6 months or less. Remember about a month ago when I said I didn't like SFOR at .002 because I thought it was overvalued? You and others are living the reason why. That is...the same thing has been done over and over and over. It is what SFOR does. Not many of the newbies listened and here we are. Guess what, if Mark isn't giving up and there really is a lot of things in the pipeline, then the losers are the ones that sell and can't get back in at these low prices. We know this WILL go up again some day if Mark, the rest of the SFOR boys, and Blank Rome don't give up. I don't think any of them are giving up.
Hokie...first time I've seen you waiver/get upset. I know you have a lot of dough in SFOR, and it is time this thing gets moving upward...should have new shareholders coming in next week with SFOR news distributed in major publications. SFOR has been taking many opportunities to get noticed. Mark seems to be more tight lipped lately...I think that is from the attorneys advising him. They have a couple of large deals in the mix and some smaller and it is hard not knowing how much or how little the cash register is ringing. You seem to have a good rapport with Mark...maybe you can email or call him and say fellow shareholders are wondering if the dilution machine is going to continue to happen and if the doors are closing. I bet he and the rest of the boys and Blank Rome aren't quitting. Hang in there...SFOR will increase its pps!
No really, what is better than SFOR. You must know because you don't like SFOR. Go ahead tell me and I will buy those company shares - it will help you increase value in the shares you have...don't you want that to happen?
What stock in this price range is better than SFOR? Even under 5 cents...tell me??? Send it to me via private message if you need to - if it is better than SFOR, I will buy it.
Was a good thing no big block selling at 7's occurred just before the bell and that the bid is building back up. Think the 7's were mm's or a prearranged sale. Have a profitable day tomorrow!
If we hit around the 100 million share area today, then it is likely the dilution machine started up again. However, we know it is going to happen from time to time. No worries here...staying long term.
DO NOT SELL...make them come get your valuable shares at higher prices!!!
Not only is SFOR a steal/cheap right now...when more attention gets out about SFOR/events...the pps could easily run past Hokie's buyout projections. Major news/events and multi-day runs can have SFOR heading high. It can happen - lets see.
Pope...I know what you mean. As always, the deals take longer than what Mark wants and what we want hence the dilution and the lower share price. You already know that and it would be nice to hear of something that has rung the cash register quite well. Stinks that the WhiteSky situation occurred because it took away capital to operate/market with. However, with successful litigation, it would be great to capture ALL lost revenue. I think SFOR can easily hang in there until then. I honestly think SFOR will do some sales here and there (some small and some larger), BUT, I think their long-term strategy is generating revenue from infringement by licensing deals and suing those that don't want to do a licensing deal. The sales will fill in the gaps between time in court. I think that is the primary focus and why Blank Rome is on board...they see the infringement potential. I really think most people underestimate how much value there will be once PhoneFactor and Authentify loose to SFOR (which I think they will). Being successful with that litigation puts SFOR running on ALL cylinders...easier to sell, easier to get licensing deals, and easier for judges to allow SFOR successful litigation when they sell. I'm betting Mark and the boys are licking their chops as major victories are around the corner...everyone needs to stay calm and pick up as many cheap shares as they can.
Major exposure for SFOR starting next week as it sounds they will be in some major IT/Security/Business publications. Look for new investors and share price could go up. Cheap prices here!
Have you ever had a tough time in your life? How about financially tough - ever? Almost all of us have and plenty still do throughout the world. SFOR is down on its share price because they thought products would be accepted 2-3 years sooner...that made them have to dilute and borrow. People have to get rid of things they don't want to get rid of when hard times come, and often they have to borrow too. This happens a lot with business too - SFOR is no different for SFOR. However, it is everyone's choice to believe it or not if SFOR can make it out of the hole. More people here believe so than don't. Blank Rome/law firm believes it too...they aren't going to associate themselves with any scam. I, like most here, believe SFOR will survive and have MUCH better days ahead.
Here we go...The news/interview will be in some MAJOR publications likely next week!!! The news/interview isn't a "one day wonder" type of news...it is going to get out there in the hands of the IT/security world in a big way. You will see!
I am also accepting ticker symbols via private message from anyone that thinks there is a better stock of similar price range than SFOR. I will play fair and buy them if it holds true that there is anything better.
Make the buyers come to you...don't sell cheap! Most everyone is doing a good job of not selling cheap shares...make them come get your higher and more profitable shares!!!
SFOR deal... probably no other penny stock has as much positive going on for them than SFOR. No basher has ever given us the ticker symbol of better companies...none have. SFOR has gone through the ringer (just like many of us have in our lives a time or two), but they are emerging. Again, does anyone want to provide a ticker of a penny stock in the same price range that is better than SFOR? I will buy it if it can be proven better.
Check out this other SFOR news...the link below is from earlier this year in a magazine that is based on homeland security. SFOR made it in it. If you don't think anyone important reads this magazine, then you better click on the "ABOUT" button on the bottom of the page and look at it. Where I am going with all of this is...SFOR is constantly getting its name out there. Once they get a couple of things done that they have been working on with their attorneys (litigation and a couple of larger deals)...SFOR will be on the radar in a BIG way!

News hasn't hit the streets quite yet...it will attract attention once it does.
