I'm thinking that the shorter term traders expected some news today. Know what you hold and hold what you own, this is a gem. Short term of 25 cents for sure.
picked up 50k cheapies!
Yea, I would buy that sauce for sure!
I was at a nice restaurant over the weekend and our calamari had a similar sauce... was incredible.
Sounds like that to me, too
No problem.
While I don't want to delve back into this. That's not a trademark. That's a copyright.
with the chart primed... news sends us!
HAHA! That's cool too!
DFW... or DFWC?!
My bet is on DFWC....
If you do see some signs, can you take a picture and share it with the board!? That would be awesome!
We will concede our defeat. However. To me. It's NOT a problem, it's a value added thing. On the 28th of Dec, I personally took this stock from 70 to 92. I have a bunch of other money invested in other stocks that I think are less likely to succeed than this one. I have that money ready to pull out and invest here at the drop of a hat.
To me. Without the trademark, I'd say my "buy anything under price X" to be around 15 cents. With it, and with the added comfort, it would be like, 25 cents. That's all. It's not that we don't like the stock or the investment or the company. It's where I feel it deserves to be under the current circumstances.
You guys are right. There's no problem here. Lets just all agree that it's a great stock/company/investment and that all of us will benefit greatly at these levels!
Go EEDG! 20 cents Eow!
Todd is a shareholder. With as much of a right to ask questions as you.
He's also someone that hasn't resorted to demeaning someone bc their opinions are different.
Wouldn't they be telling you not to take their own advice....?
Besides, Todd wasn't providing "advice", he was posing a question of concern. You need to understand the difference.
HA
Anyways... looking forward to a PR this week, as someone stated.
I asked them if it was a good idea to have a business and not have a registered trademark. They said no.
:)
Me either! Thanks Smitter!
BTW, the PR states "minimum of 100 units in the next 12 MONTHS"
Seems a bit broad, don't you think? I was asking if there was any updates as to our timeline for our first opening.
Right. But in the case of a railgun, it is not designed to melt.
A lqmt projectile has always been an idea because it transfers energy so well.
The melting at high speeds thing is not going to happen. Do bullets melt? Lol.
War is always a possibility and new weapons technology is ALWAYS going to be in demand.
Thanks for answering my question tho. You're a great asset
Not on an iPhone.... ;)
Random thought. Do we know when the NYC location is opening?
So. You're saying we shouldn't get a trademark bc they taste good?
I don't think anyone is stressing or losing sleep. We are still heavily invested here and continue to add.
Plus. Our legal team is too notch. No debating that! :)
Hahahahaha. That's nuts.
See, I like this now. This is a discussion. I agree with you, there are many other ways someone could sue us that our out of our control. But this isn't out of our control. All we are addressing is the need for our brand to be registered and trademarked. That's all. We aren't "installing fear."
I bet if we announced in a PR that we DID get a trademark, people would be glorifying it all over the board. Saying it is a great step for our company. Right?
Todd and I are NOT saying that there is a case, just saying there could be in the future. It would just be nice to cover our butts before it can even BECOME a possibility.
Smitter already alluded to us registering our Brand, and thats great.
But it has everything to do with the view of Law. You don't need a "good" reason to sue someone, you just need "A" reason to.
He is a shareholder, and not trying to install fear. Its a valid point and I think he knows what he's talking about considering he IS a lawyer.
People need to get off their high horses.
It's good to have a lawyer on the boards here.... Thanks Todd.
I do think it is a case. Todd's point about asking a random person about the san Francisco sensation... It would more often than not going to be answered with rice-a-roni. THAT is the confusion needed for a case.
Lets just get it protected and it shouldn't be that big of a deal.
I'm siding with Todd here. Can we just agree that we need a trademark? Just as a risk prevention type of thing.
If you're going to have a slogan attached to your name, you better have it protected.
Hmmmm future ticker of DFWC?!?!?!
Simple google search will find us. As we've stated a number of times.
There is clearly a disconnect here. Find us, and we will have your discussions. Don't look, and you won't get it.
Ridicule info that we do supply, then wonder why we rarely share it here...?

Lets get a good power hour into close today....
If its all flipping... why not?
What type of news are we expecting next week?
Yea, but VFIN was on the bid too, so people just didnt want to dilute the stock by selling to them. I think that if VFIN wasn't there, people would feel more comfortable selling....
/sarcasm
New here all... picked up a nice sized position today. I see some familiar faces here.
Then tell all my fellow investors that trade with scottrade that they don't exist. And try to convince people that they are diluting by buying shares.... derp
