What a crock. After all this time and all their promises and all the fanfare they still haven't got it into bricks and mortar stores in Mexico. Incredible. And it's not Day 1, it's Day 857.
Going after Monster and Red Bull? - don't make me laugh.
On the other board:
So that's it adi, that's all there is? After all the flashy videos and razzmatazz build up there is no long-overdue announcement that Rocket High and California are now proudly on store shelves in Mexico City. So what exactly was the launch about? What got launched - just hot air balloons?
The products of CBD Life are items freely available, without any kind of restriction on their purchase and use; they do not cause addiction and will be found in a variety of consumer outlets around the country. For now you can already buy them on their website.
(So much for the CBD beverages not being legal in Mexico and the cans not having been filled.)
The company mouthpiece and know-it-all who posted this doesn't seem to understand that RMHB is subordinated to both Eagle Processing & Distribution and CBD Life in what it can undertake independently:
YUP! CBD Life is going to blow the roof off in Mexico!! Remember, Eagle isn't diving into CBD Life operations, just RMHB.
It would take an extraordinary conspiracy for the CBD Life drinks not to be real, and to what purpose? They are real enough. Let's see what happens after this heavily promoted 4:20 "digital fiesta" launch extravaganza. Even after drinks are on Mexico City store shelves there is still a very long way to go for RMHB to obtain any meaningful financial benefit. Welch reporting large "revenues" will be only a red herring.
They say they have COFEPRIS approval to sell and they are hardly likely to be producing 350,000 cans if they aren't able to be sold.
The real interest is how well they sell (especially in these difficult times) and what RMHB's net profit a can is. All we have ever heard is 5c a can which is not going to mean a lot for RMHB's bottom line (despite Welch's rabbiting on about large revenues).
There is a recession and perhaps even a depression coming in case you didn't know. Don't take my word for it, read what the financial press and the IMF are saying. During depressions there isn't a lot of money floating around and consumers are careful how they spend and fancy drinks like HEMPd aren't very much in demand. It hasn't even got to be an established drinks brand in the first place. Management has just handed over to some consultants because they were hopeless at it. Perhaps their qualifications were $20 MBA certificates bought on the internet.
This was on FB today:
We are more than ready to celebrate the 4/20 at home and chill out with California, a new drink with a secret ingredient. Are you ready to? We are expecting you at our digital launch party.
They are certainly winding it up. That "secret ingredient" is a new bit of BS they haven't come up with previously. Oh wow - a secret ingredient!
Not a lot of people are going to be spending good money on over-hyped and over-priced swill in these times:

Michael thought someone might ask that and he was ready for it:
The Company is now pursuing opportunities that it would not have been able to pursue prior to our relationship with Eagle.
He is not able to say what they are because of commercial confidence but let's just say it still needs him and his crew to work their way through the 780 odd million Authorized Shares still waiting to be issued. That will be a big job also requiring PA's, answering the phone, coffee ladies, restocking the refrigerator with drinks, brain-storming sessions, office darts competitions, reminiscing through the old podcasts etc.
what exactly is their function now?
Issuance to Eagle Processing & Distribution, Inc.
As discussed above, we issued 50,000,000 Rule 144 restricted shares of our common stock as the initial compensation paid to Eagle under the Agreement. These shares were issued in a private transaction to a single entity, and we did not engage in any general solicitation or advertising in connection with the issuance. Accordingly, the stock issuance to Eagle was exempt from registration under Section 4(a)(2) of the Securities Act.
Compensatory Issuances to Officers, Directors, and Employees.
On April 13, 2020, our board of directors approved the issuance of a total of 23,500,000 Rule 144 restricted shares as compensation to a total of seven officers, directors, employees, and contractors. These issuances were made, in part, to compensate for delays in remitting cash compensation due and owing. The share issuances to our named officers and directors were as follows:
Dean Blythe 750,000
David Seeberger 7,000,000
Jens Mielke 7,000,000
Michael Welch 7,000,000
There go another 50 million shares, this time to a postal address in Dallas.

Lemon water has nothing to do with it here. In any case Eagle Spirit water is alkaline while lemon water is acidic. Duh.
It was an irrelevance that was put out with the trash.
Glad you cleared that up.
Extract from the 8-k of 30 March:
The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) has negatively affected our ability to timely prepare and maintain accurate accounting and reporting, and may have a severe adverse impact on our business.
We believe COVID-19 has negatively affected our ability to timely prepare and maintain accurate accounting and reporting, and could continue to do so in the foreseeable future. The coronavirus has resulted in restrictions, postponements and cancelations, including a “Stay Home Stay Safe” order in Dallas County, where we are headquartered. The impact, extent and duration of the government imposed restrictions on travel and public gatherings as well as the overall effect of the COVID-19 virus is currently unknown.
Our business may be adversely affected by the instability, disruption, and quarantine restrictions caused by the recent outbreak COVID-19. The COVID-19 outbreak may cause customers to suspend their decisions on ordering our products, make it impossible to attend or sponsor trade shows or other conferences in which our products are presented to distributors, customers and potential customers, for our customers to visit our physical location, and give rise to sudden significant changes in regional and global economic conditions and cycles that could interfere with purchases of goods, or commitments to develop new brands and white label products.
Any significant disruption to communications and travel, including travel restrictions and other potential protective quarantine measures against COVID-19 by governmental agencies, may increase the difficulty and could make it impossible for us to deliver goods to our customers. Travel restrictions and protective measures against COVID-19 could cause us to incur additional unexpected labor costs and expenses or could restrain our ability to retain the highly skilled personnel we need for our operations. The extent to which COVID-19 impacts our business, sales and results of operations will depend on future developments, which are highly uncertain and cannot be predicted.
So much for the claim being made elsewhere "RMHB management is making excellent progress!!" The same mendacious source recently proclaimed that Eagle Spirit water will ward off coronavirus. No lie is too great to try to pump this failing stock.
Up it goes. The new Outstanding Shares total is 156,549,700
Batten down the hatches. More dilution is on the way.
Cyclonic separation of water removes particulates from water by a vortex process which has nothing to do with ionization. Ordinary filtration is used to remove particulates from Eagle Spirit spring water. Apparently bacteria don't qualify as being particulates as they have previously been reported as contaminating the water.
The matters under discussion here are whether high pH water has any medical benefits and addressing the dangerous nonsense propounded on the other board that Eagle Spirit water will ward off coronavirus infection.
Alkaline water is in the same BS class as homeopathy, crystals and faith healing. It makes no difference if the alkaline water is naturally occurring or supposedly produced by some gee-whizz water ionizer device. It is a commercial con either way.
Some unscrupulous rogues are making entirely unfounded claims that alkaline water (and hence Eagle Spirit spring water) will help ward off coronavirus.
"A water ionizer (also known as an alkaline ionizer) is a home appliance which claims to raise the pH of drinking water by using electrolysis to separate the incoming water stream into acidic and alkaline components.[1][2] The alkaline stream of the treated water is called alkaline water. Proponents claim that consumption of alkaline water results in a variety of health benefits, making it similar to the alternative health practice of alkaline diets. Such claims violate basic principles of chemistry and physiology. There is no medical evidence for any health benefits of alkaline water."
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Water_ionizer
"While people have been touting the benefits of upping your alkaline levels for decades, Fenton says the belief is not supported by any scientific evidence. Fenton, who analyzed studies looking at the association of alkaline water with cancer treatment, notes that while “there are a few very poorly designed studies” that suggest alkaline water confers health benefits, there is no rigorous evidence this is the case.
What’s more, Fenton stresses, you simply can’t change the pH of your body by drinking alkaline water. “Your body regulates its [blood] pH in a very narrow range because all our enzymes are designed to work at pH 7.4. If our pH varied too much we wouldn’t survive.”
While you can’t change the pH of your blood, your diet does affect the pH of your urine. “Most people’s urine is about 6, which is acidic,” she explains. However, “that’s no problem, that shows our kidneys is working.” So while it’s possible drinking alkaline water may make your urine less acidic, that doesn’t really make a difference; you’re literally just flushing money down the drain. Ultimately, says Fenton, alkaline water is a solution to a problem that doesn’t need solving.
If alkaline water is junk science why is it so popular? “It sounds plausible,” says Tim Caulfield, the author of Is Gwyneth Paltrow Wrong About Everything?, which debunks celebrity health advice. “It is a science-y sounding idea that has intuitive appeal. Alkaline water is also part of the multitrillion-dollar wellness industry, much of which is built on the marketing of science-free products and practices. There seems [to be] an unquenchable thirst for new and unique strategies for maximizing health and avoiding disease.”"

From the other board:
The Eagle Spirit Water in a Box worked out great for my family at my house and my parents at their house. It supplies them with a great high alkaline water and for my parents, it keeps them from having to worry about going out to a store and taking a risk on even being able to find a case of water much less a high alkaline water at a reasonable price!
And anyone who retails the lie that Eagle Spirit water will ward off coronavirus in particular is one opportunistic lying s.o.b. (but we already knew that).
As was anticipated the company mouthpiece is now peddling the line that one of the RMHB products (the Eagle Spirit water gets the honor) will ward off the coronavirus. These guys will stop at nothing to try to pump this failing stock.
There are two types of Eagle Spirit cases: 24 half liter (16.9 oz.) bottles, and 12 one liter bottles. Each case is $33 plus shipping from their website. The 10 liter box costs $12 plus shipping. The box at $1.20 a liter is obviously much better value than the cases which are $2.75 a liter.
How many and what capacity are the bottles in the cases you say you buy for $10 a case?
Who in their right mind would pay $33.00 for a case of 24 bottles of water. I get 3 cases for $10.00. Cut me a break, that's what RMHB charges for a case of what they say is alcholine [sic] water.
Copied from the other board:
Delayed filing of the 10K Annual Report is the least of their worries:
"Our business may be adversely affected by the instability, disruption, and quarantine restrictions caused by the recent outbreak COVID-19. There is no sugar coating this pill, RMHB is staring into the abyss.
You were nearly right with the figures. The oil price is now $15. All that's missing is a nought.
US strikes Iran causing oil prices to rise...
expected price to hit $150 a barrel of oil...…
yes, the good old days indeed!!!
From the other board:
You might as well wash your hands of RMHB because it won't survive this drawn out financial upheaval over coronavirus. Its paItry sales are going to dry up altogether for lack of customers in the US and the same goes for Mexico (if it ever gets there). Puerto Rico won't have any funds to give away to these dubious grifters especially in these troubled times. GHS will be looking at stopping pissing away any more of its money on such a hopeless cause. RMHB is toast.
How about a little competition to live things up here:
With RMHB's present market capitalization being $3.5 million when do you think it will get to equal Monster Beverage Corporation's (MNST) $31 Billion?
A. Next week
B. Next month
C. Next year
D. Next decade
E. Next century
F. Next millenium
G. Never
The last pic posted by the company mouthpiece was of California Te Negro. In any case your point is unclear. You seem to be saying pics of more than one of the drink types proves something underhand is happening. Rather than attacking the very existence of the CBD Life drinks it might be more relevant to question their progress from here and their ultimate fate.
What's really funny is the pictures of the cans initially sent out packed high to the ceiling were the dark black cans. Now the cans they are producing are the white green cans of lemenada [sic]. Do they really think we are that stupid, come on man wtf.
I thought adi said earlier the Rocket High and California cans would be trucked to Mexico (he estimated the number of trucks) but now the story has changed to they are on the docks waiting to be shipped. That is not exactly the Exactly!! one has come to expect from the maestro.
I don't understand what you mean. Please be more precise.
Where is Eagle Spirit Water
A response to #62183 over there which contained some good advice was unaccountably removed:
You assume the virus has entered through the mouth. It is rather more likely it is inhaled through the nose and into the lungs. But full marks for thinking up an innovative reason why we should be drinking more HEMPd. Another benefit to be added to the already astonishingly long list of its supposed benefits.
Here is another handy hint. Don't just wash your hands frequently in water when you could be washing them in a HEMPd beverage flavor of your choice.
I agree the "well received" was rather short of exuberant endorsements such as "excited" "delighted" "incredible" etc. that would have been expected in the routine manner. Allowing for some hyperbole in the "well received" anyway it seems likely that the tasting of the 45,000 cans was rather a flop and your theory about a staged release of the 360,000 in small lots is on the right track.
So what is going to happen to the 360,000 cans of Rocket High and California that are being produced for CBD Life? Sounds to me like the higher-ups you say you have spoken to are high on something.
Whether Mexico passes legislation to regulate marijuana usage is of no concern to RMHB whose game is to con the Mexican public that non-THC CBD infused beverages are in some unspecified way good for them.
It's simply a fact and not a pump. It is not necessary to lie about RMHB since there is no shortage of legitimate criticism to be had about them. Lies only cheapen the board.
It is an order that is currently being executed.
All-caps posts are merely tiresome and they prove nothing.
821 DAYS OF MEXICO LIES / NO ORDERS
Where is [sic] the drinks from RMHB???
