Are ya really going there Six?
The one thing I've learned over all these years is that this is very difficult science.
And yes, I've been prodding management regarding lack of progress.
But I do not believe we've ever been deceived. Not from those guys.
We have a working device; perhaps that's all they can say.
High stakes poker.
Buzz.
The problem is this is like a "half holiday" today.
Columbus Day - Market is open, schools are closed, half the parents took the day off. Might see more volume tomorrow?
Thanks Purp.
This waiting really stinks.
But do not fret boys and girls, there's a solution while we 'sit' and wait on the perki-poo.
Yes, it's a real product, and yes, this sh^t really works, LOL.
Spooks.
How do you think that tech measures up to EO polymer modulators?

F2, great questions and no issue answering them. Why do i think the BOD is ready to seriously address share price?
As many here know its not hard to talk to the company. A few of us that have been around for years and have alot invested have decent access to at least offer opinions.
Because of that, we have perhaps more opportunity to ask questions and offer advice and when necessary, we are critical. Some of us lately have done our share of complaining about SP and the seemingly lack of any push to get the company profile out there and make the effort to tell the masses about our success. Some of us have really hit them hard lately trying to drive home the need for IR/PR and telling our story. Its a great story and while weve been patient...our patience have been wearing thin.
They get it. The story has been consistent in that LWLG had to get the science worked out and get those patents issued. Ive been assured that once the patent estate started to build they would feel safe generating more PR. In fairness to the company,IMO they had every right to sorta "hide" and lay low while waiting for those 2 major patents. Anyway, ill try to keep this short so im going to skip alot but the bottom line really is that they made a decision to clean up the science, test and re test, refine material manufacturing, learn more about the molecule and how it works and how they can tune it etc.... They are now comfortable that Alabama can make quick changes to meet end user demands. As you know Alabama has even assisted in making new higher performing molecules and will recieve credit for such in the patent filings.
Remember, two years ago this new BOD was starting from scratch and they had to overcome problems with the science and material production.(they inherited a rather disorganized mess) The last thing they wanted to PR was something they didnt have a good handle on. I mean even replicating 06 R33's was something they had to work hard to do. Yes we have blown past that old data now but for awhile they just wernt sure.
I do believe with all the secrecy, DARPA, NRO, these large companies and the NDA's with them and the NDA's with each university that the company felt it would have been better if it were still private and not subject to shareholder scrutiny and the balancing act of appeasing "US" while they tried to keep things quiet and under the radar. IMO they really needed to remain as an entitly that didnt have shareholders to worry about and the related reporting requirements. We could have funded this privately just as well and gone public when so much more could be disclosed. So...theyve had to try to keep shareholders happy, meet their obligations to us and also not disclose so many company secrets and relationships. Not easy but in the end it was the best way to fully value the business by protecting our intellectual property. No arguement from me there.
They have come far enough now that they do clearly say they can get more focused on share price as a next important step in our future. They have said it so thats why i believe we will see a much different 2011 than any past year. Simply put, i had never heard anyone in the company talk about IR/PR they way they do now. Its just my opinion but this kind of technology and what they have been thru would have been easier to manage had they remained private. They have done the juggling act and it seems its the game plan now to get kind of exposure that will get lwlg noticed. Hope that helps. Sarge

Does Menara

Here here, X.
Cheers to Mr. Ross Fasick and thank you for your service sir.
Thanks X. Yes, very timely.
LOL. Next quarter.
When will we see revenue.
Or a data sheet.
<EOM>
Hey cool, you don't happen to own any GIG by chance, do you?
Thanks Walter.
Also keep in mind their new CEO is no "junior" in the game and has invested a significant amount of his own money in the company.
Nod nod, wink wink.
Gates, I'll let Inversor, Walter and Prop respond to that.
I would but more NIOBF Prop.
Nope, I'm right where I want to be.
In for 5K shares, adding more soon.
Let's start diggin' folks.
Right. See you on December 20.
Agreed. This is excellent, thanks Tony.
Why don't you make a LONG STRONG call to management and ask them?
Are you replying to Prop's question Purp?
I guess we'll need 500 more grad students.
How to build and test a polymer EO modulator in 2 days.
Thanks to Roland Himmelhuber, U of Az.
Bob. Are you asking the board here?
I think you should ask management.
Or Walter. LOL.
Thanks for the NIOBF tip guys.
Inversor, you know that company inside-out... well done.

Interesting find zincy
Who wrote up that part, Commissioner Gordon?
Still waiting for the Bat signal.

Hmmm, the floor just dropped out.
BTW. The last time I checked, the mailing address for Dr Jen's company was a PO box and the "facility" was in a lab at UW. Staffed by..... fill in the blank.
Earlier on, if i recall, corporate headquarters was a private residence.
Thanks very much Rick.
BSmith - Perhaps?

Thanks Mush.
I wonder how many kegs of kool-aid we've gone through this week.
Thanks for being here BSmith.
Rick - Is he being backed financially by any large entities?
His response sounds as if he never checked, IMO.
Good point Rick...
Unfortunately there aren't many waiting to get their hands on the stock.

Thanks George now have a seat.
A seat on the BOD would be nice.
He raises questions that "independent" directors should be asking.
I, for one, have had enough of the BS secrecy and lame rational for management not buying in to this.
