Another source of mine, my financial adviser from ML, also said "wait till Monday". Keep in touch!!!
Any thoughts about JPM might have something in class 10B. It seems that JPM's 10C(=$32,500) is not worth for them to fight. Why do JPM do it? TIA
Thanks. Let us keep in touch with each other, and exchange the information. TIA
It seems that ML lacks the communicating bridge between the front office and corporate action office. You have to punch them in order to get the answer.
Don't panic. I am with ML too. I just had conversation with ML. It seems that ML is not ready yet. Most likely your ballot will be sent to the corporate action office in Florida. The supervisor I am talking will return my phone regarding the address, person's name, etc. I asked when, he said "Monday". Let's wait.
Sorry, OK, those 4 dirty HFs. Thanks
Please go to the U board (wamuq), and you could find all your questions from Withcatz's posts (#359027) --"Most common voting questions answered" on the top of the posts.
Thanks for your information. By the way, who is AAOC? TIA
I am also running the road block with ML. You have to insist on talking to the supervisor/manager above those idiots as so-called premium associates. The only person could answer our questions is the one in Corporate Action Office. But, I was told that I could not talk to them directly.
I spoke to Kurtzman Carson yesterday. The message I got is that you have to send your ballots somewhere in ML, not to Kurtzman. So, don't waste any your precious time, and put all your efforts on ML, and force them to acknowledge the whole issue.
Let us keep in touch about any progress.
Did your control number printed on the ballot go through?
No, you can't do that. I just spoke to Kurtzman, who told me to send your ballots to ML (not kurtzman). ML is your nominee. Go looking into the green paper item 4(g).
I was told to send to ML Corporate Action Office. IMHHO, that office is located in Florida. The address you have is to send the master ballots from each nominee (i.e. brokers, etc)
I just spoke to someone with Kurtzman, and told the guy our disasters. I told him ML didn't know what is going on. ML is the same idiots as yours.
He will let the execution people knowing our concern. He wrote down my phone and name in case.....
I suggested him to send the follow up letters to all brokers
"Sending ballots to you not to us--Kurtzman".
IMHO,
According to bloomberg news today, JMW WILL drop the potential charges against HFs for IT. I asked our mediator the question about contract vs federal judge rate. I am not so sure.
If JMW is still able to change her decisions from JFR to contract rate because of NO charges on IT, we are hitting home run. Also, it seems that JMW uses stick of JFR to push HFs back down. Now, everything is going as her wishes. There is no needs to threaten HFs anymore. Furthermore, some objections are filed from non-settlement parties, saying JMW shouldn't punish them because they had no WRONGDOING.
If the DS is firmed, we probably get nothing. We are allowed $700 million of distribution. I read one objections saying the differential interest is closed to the amount. Or, taking 5% of Newco, the ROI is less than Ps and Ks. The value is somewhere around $3.00/share.
Someone mentioned that we probably get maximum $250 milliions, or $10+/share, but I doubt it.
Sorry, my answer is "I REALLY DON'T KNOW".
You're telling me. I had such disastrous moment with ML. The rep keeps telling me to send the ballots back to kurtzman. OMG, unbelievable.
IMHO, PIERS will initially get whatever it is allowed per POR. However, your distribution will be locked as lien for further claims from those SNH. Their claims is to cover the differential interest between contract rate and federal judge rate.
I have my account with ML. Where do you send your ballots? TIA
I have my account with ML. Where do you send your ballots? TIA
I did not receive the ballot for preferrds either.
Do you know where in the Merrill Lynch do you have to send your ballots? The representatives whom I have talked to had no idea.
Last time, I sent back to Corporate Action office. Where did you send?
Under item 5, there are two sub items (i.e. 41.6 and 41.7). Which one do you have the questions?
Wahuq is class 16. REIT (TPS) is falling into class 19 as same as Ps and Ks.
From U board (#359277), I learned that JMW is going to drop the charges against HFs for IT. Will JMW still be going to apply FJR on interest? Does it definitely firm as it has mentioned on DS? TIA
Be careful holders with Merrill Lynch. Please contact me if you could, let us work together and make sure that Merrill Lynch knows her jobs.
I got mine for wamuq only, but basically, Merrill Lynch has no idea how to handle it. I was asked to send my ballot directly to Kurzman. What is this kind of joke?
Although I keep adding cheap shares to average down my costs, but my costs are still very high. I'm very upset, and it seems that is the life. Appreciate your help , and hopefully JMW could give us a justice.
Any thoughts about Six-Foot's calculation on Y board? Is it real?
My point is that those reduced claims have deducted from the initial claims, and resulted in the final number of 320 billions of debts. Or, they are the additional deductions from 320 billions.
Any thoughts, TIA
I mean that JMW makes two decisions of interest for PIERS. One is based on contract rate for non-settlement part, and the other one is based on FJR for 4 HFs.
Could it normally/legally do so, or totally impossible?
TIA
By the way, for the legal point of view, could judge make a decision based on contract rate and FJR resulting two different outcomes in the same class? TIA
Thank you very much. What is your thoughts regarding JWM's opinion on Mr. Peters' objection, especially her attitude toward non-settlement parties like you and me? TIA
Any thoughts of Mr. Peters' objection? TIA
Thank you very very much. It has bothered me for a while.
I am sorry I am still very confused. Please help me out. TIA
I like to reject the plan, but grant for release.
My question is:
If I check "No" on plan, what do I do on checking "opt out of granting release"?
Merrill Lynch Holder receive any ballot/material yet?
Please post your response if you receive it. TIA
Basically, I want opt for granting release. I need you assistant for checking boxes. TIA
Does the ballot only provide "One" box of checking "Opt out", or has two boxes for checking either one (Opt for and Opt out"?
If there is only one box of "opt out", how do I do it? In other words, no check (leave blank) on box?
Very appreciate your interpretation. TIA
It's an excellent question. Is it a part of original claim of 6xx billion dollars? Do you know it? TIA
Or, class 18 could do the same as class 16 which elect 5% of newco in lieu cash. But, i have not seen any ruling yet.
I belive there is an objection from whitebox regarding APR. LIBR denied it. Whitebox representing PIERS wants to get full payment before equity. I think class 16 will get full payment first, but the money is in escrow account, and then redistribute the difference to SNHs. The moment of transferring to escrow account, the case is closed. Equity gets whatever is left from waterfall if any. At this moment, the APR is no long applied. IMHO
IMHO, Based on the class 16, PIERS gets almost nothing because of subordination. So, I think Class 18 gets nothing .
fully agreed
One thing bothers is the subordination of differential difference between contract rate and FJR. Class 16 are down to the bottom because of this subordination. Is it going to apply to class 18?
thank you
