Does ihub get paid in cash or shares from the companies that promote stocks here?
If any bad news came out it would have completely tanked.
Then why did you ask the question?
Another BIG GUN to put the pressure on.
Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice of Peter E. Calamari to Represent Washington Mutual, Inc. and WMI Investment Corp.

I'm in for the long haul too.
The drops happened so quick though, that not too many people benefited from it.
Someone bought them right back at .0036 right before the bell.
UFB ! eom
Who do you think?
NITE
You better cover.
Whatever you say. Watch and learn.
NITE is selling at .52 again.
Well it was torture for me because I am waiting for funds to settle and couldn't buy any of them.
They get what they deserve.
Total shake, and it worked.
If there was any bad news, the commons would have plummeted.
Those who sold should kick themselves in the genitalia....HARD!
SL investors getting their $hit tripped or what?
It happened real quick that's for sure.
84,900 share dump at .5101 .
WTF ?
Who is stupid enough to do that, or are they margin call sells?
Well JPM's pps appears to be resilient to lawsuits, negative pr, shorts, etc.
If a deal was struck today for a 1-3 swap and the price goes up between now and the announcement, our shares of JPM would be worth more than they are currently trading at.
Say the pps closes at 36 today and they make a 1-3 deal. That would be the equivalent to 12 per share. If the pps goes up for a week before the deal was announced, we would still get the 3 shares for every 1 WAMUQ, which would be the equivalent of more than $12 per share.
I think you're on the right track, but I have no access to any information that you do not have access to.
Who knows what will happen?
Whatever you say.
I'll try to find it again.
It was pretty hard hitting and it was a video of Gregory Evans and maybe they pulled it because there was so many swear words.
I'm not saying it's so, but a 1-3 from JPM would fit right in to that methodology.
Check this CEO out.
I think you'll love it.
The guy tells it like it is about the pinks, shareholders, share prices , and NITE.
Enjoy.
I think they are close.
I just saw a 5,467,316 share dump at .0035 , and NITE is still buying at .0035, and UBSS just joined the party on the bid too.
Not really. If you're buying right now your a bagholder.
The smart people sold between 9 and 10 and moved on.
The move is done.
Nice job to those who just sold at .61 - .65 . Real genius move.
Now who sells 5000 shares at .0035 ?
Does somebody really need $17.50 that bad?
After a $7-10 commission, that is only $7.50 - $10 .
$30B is atleast what they were worth, now tack on damages, and the result would be higher .
Either way, those who say that $10-$12 is too high are being foolish.
They are asking for more than $50 billion.
You obviously haven't been reading the billing statements.
They will owe no taxes and will be getting state refunds and a federal refund as well.
WAMU can't cancel shares just because they are in bk, and if there is value to assign to equity, they cannot cancel the shares.
I feel that it will not come down to this anyways and will end in a buyout. I know some people feel that is just dreaming, but I firmly believe it.
Because they are asking for more than $30 billion.
If they are asking for $50-60 and only get 50%, you do the math.
That seems to be the trend these days.
$30 billion is crazy, because it will be higher.
Do some research, do the math, and then try again.
Also, those were the #s without their assets being valued at market value and not book value, like their investments in subsidiaries. They are all at book value, but they are worth much more than that.
You'll see.
I know that, I was just asking if you knew.
So back to your original statement, if they only have $8 billion in debt and there is $30 billion settlement, the $30 - 8 = $22 billion + $4 billion in cash = $26 billion - $3.5 billion to pay the preffereds = $22.5 billion / 1.8 outstanding shares = a value of commons equaling $12.50 .
So, how do you figure that there wouldn't be any value left for the common equity ?
That's a great analysis.
We already know that WaMu has only made money for JPM earnings wise, and that is without taking into consideration that they pretty much got the business for peanuts.
Nice post.
ABLE seems to be buying as many shares as he can at .0035. There has been some decent size dumps at his bid and he's still there.
That's what I like to see.
That would be terrific if you did that. I believe you that you can do it, but I want you to do it so I see more green.
: ^ )
You could be right, but only time will tell for sure.
Have a good day!
I was just using .01 as an example .
Even if the pps was only .005 when the F/S occurs, the pps after would be .001, and the only way you would lose money would be if the pps drops below .001 and if you sell.
Hmmm. I wonder who that could be. It couldn't be someone that wants the price to go down could it?
Do you know anyone that fits that description?
