Mark Soloman Esq; Prez & Chairman of SYNJ .... Funny, in all the chatter here for months now, I've never seen him discussed (may have missed that one). I wonder how this guy fits into all of this ? Doing a Google search on him, comes up w/ some odd findings, none of which seem to have any relativity to SYNJ's stated goals. I hear a lot about Mac & Brian but (considering his high position) I think its odd that his role isn't discussed more. Like I said ; I may have missed that topic & if so , disregard my inquiry.

Right on point & my thoughts exactly !
Most Excellent day all around & continuing into after-hours. I suspect these buyers are seeking safe harbor from the dollar-slide (a good decision) but I don't think the corporate investors are on-board yet , meaning; there will continue to be irractic trading for awhile yet. When that golden-colored stuff starts coming out of the ground.,...LOOK OUT. Until then , there will likely be some more dip opportunities for new buyers like, all my relatives (& more for me too).

The 'good NEWS' is in post#6290...no more bad guy.
I want to do a lot more than just 'imagine', I thought that was the primary 'focus' of EVXA's efforts....being the proprietary high yield component of oil sands extraction (seems like a no-brainer to me). The oil-spill clean-up function being the (very valuable & much needed) secondary application.
I'd be thoroughly amazed if EVXA wasn't camping-out on the doorstep of each & everyone of these oilsands companies and if necessary, hiring skywriters to get their point across to not only the petro companies but to government lawmakers as well.
I also think that they would be well positioned to partner-up w/the fledgling oilsands company...ticker 'TAMO'
P.S.;thanx for posting that informative article.
R93; I composed an e-mail inquiry about a month ago, covering most-all aspects of our questions about SARO. My inquiry was reviewed by a number of iHub SARO holders (before I sent it) and they felt it covered our questions pretty well, so I sent it. I addressed it to their CEO & his #2man as well as , SARO's IR. Other than the CEO e-mailing me to tell me he was forwarding my inquiry to his IR firm , I have received nothing for a response from them. Wish I had more for you (& the rest of us as well).

"Flatline"...MM's on vacation here ?
Ya', talk about 'lazy', all 15 of my pennies were in Zombie mode today. Even the ones w/ volumn aren't moving 'at all'. Like watching grass grow. Borrrrring.
The MM's can have all of mine....for $35.each
By "they", I assume U mean the MM's ?
20% increase in strike..pps goes "down" ? This is the most bizarre stock I hold---every time they PR great news , the more the pps goes down. Either there was some disappointment that they haven't PR'd news of actual mining ops progress or , we're keeping company w/ some of the 'dumbest' investors around. Amazing !
A very good question that I'll venture to say , nobody here can answer. Wish we could.

a very 'good' thought indeed...yes; that is a horrible mess out there, plastic floatsom covering an area of ocean the size of Texas from what I hear. A fleet of ship-mounted P20 machines would go a long way to solving that problem & making it pay for itself at the same time. This would go a long way in having J.B. merit winning the 1st annual "You da' Man Award" (if there were such a thing).
Just another thought (but a good one).
A P20 machine @every recycling center & refuse dump....what a pleasant thought. Seems like a 'no-brainer' (handy 4 bureaucrats w/out them) that public administrators would welcome & readily institute this 2-4-1 technology to their widespread regions. I'm not prone to being one of the over-zealous dreamers on this board [I won't hold my breath waiting 4 the Russians to have us read their secret tapes 4 them for instance] , but it seems glaringly apparent that these P20 machines are needed (right now) just about everywhere. Whether leased w/ a percentage of the take or sold outright, this technology is long overdue and stands to make J.B. not only, a leader among men but a very rich man as well (& we're along 4 the ride---yipee).
AIMO of course.

greenfinds; You may also want to take post #74460 under advisement as an alternate possibility during your trip Tuesday. Thx.4 going the extra mile (so-to-speak).
PTL;"MarketMakers"....the guys that control the market & set the buy & sell pps.
There's more to this but this abbreviated description works for me. Check-out investopedia.com/dictionary .... for helpful tips on understanding the market lexicon.
You're welcome, hope to be of some help soon. I'd also wholeheartedly agree w/ your take on "why go to the trouble & $$ of filing...they could have just told some lies if it was a scam" assessment on all this.

"explain how"? "Revenues", thats how....I wouldn't be so presumptuous as to speak for J.B. but [imo] from my point of view, I see this electronics aquisition for what it likely is; another source of revenue (& leverage) to further finance J.B.'s other ventures and 'possibly' nothing more. There may well be another , as yet unforeseen, missing link in this chain but for now, an additional 6 million bucks a year is nothing to sneeze at. Its going to a lot of money to get his P20 venture off the ground and he can't keep handing-out shares as payment forever...these aquisitions make that possible....a thoughtful approach in protecting 'our' interests in all this. His chemical company aquisition is likewise, a profitable going concern providing additional revenues (as well as credibility & "leverage') for J.B.'s ventures. Perhaps unlike the electronics aquisition , the chemical company will provide the side benefit of making his P20 catalyst...that much better. It appears to me that J.B.'s biz-plan may well be a hybrid between the Henry Ford 'supply-side' and the Warren Buffett investment models. Thats good enough for me! I like this guys style.
AIMO of course.
RBY 200MM O/S@$3.pps vs. GG 730MM O/S@$37.pps
Although Goldcorp likely has more assets in their 17 operations worldwide , I can't help but have a grin on my face when thinking of the possibilities here. What RBY may lack in (presumed) comparable assets in their 6+ operating(?) sites is offset to an unknown , but positive degree by the comparative O/S structure.
I'm likin' this , plenty !!!

LTM; I'm not any too sure that would go over very well. I'm pretty sure the 84yr.old Marshak is just a figure-head and not engaged in the biz end of all this. He lives in a fancy retirement (care facility ?) apartment structure here in San Diego (my town as well). I'm pretty sure [IMO] his lawyer (in Irvine,Ca.) handles the biz end of things and his lawyer isn't any too easy to get anything out of (I know, I tried). I tried to e-mail the company for info awhile back and his lawyer responded instead....dead-end. His lawyer is very protective of Marshak and if I recall hearing right (not positive), his lawyer is an in-law.
Thats why I'm trying to get something thru his IR firm instead. I saw something thru Google awhile back that indicated that Marshak's IR company gets +/-$10K/mo. in fees. I'm going to see if I can make them 'earn' that money.
Join the club in being 'down'a lot , I'm averaged at .0018 myself (too far in to dump now).

I called their IR (Greg Brandt@858 509-9900 ext.0) and left a msg. ["give us one good reason to invest in BHWF"]. I'll let you know if I hear anything. You guys might want to try the same thing---bug them till they relent.
I tried to get some 1st-hand news from their IR a few weeks ago --- I went to their listed address in Del Mar, Ca. (a few miles from my house) only to find that it was a mail-drop in a Postal Annex. Dead-end.......
Next, I'm thinking of calling him (the IR guy) incessantly , asking him to give us "one good reason" that anyone would invest in BHWF. As of this moment, there is absolutely 'nothing' to BHWF except a clean shell (forget the nearly worthless desert property). There has 'got' to be something more to all of this....logic dictates that , but I'll be damned if I can figure out what it is. I don't think their corporate 'mission statement' means much of anything (acquire, re-hab & re-sell existing properties). Granted, there are countless abandoned (complete & partially completed) tract homes in this So.Calif. region (ripe for the taking) , that will make somebody a whole "lot" of $$$ someday. But for this venture (of any size), Marshak would need 'staff', resources and a 'presence'.........IMO, I don't think this is his plan. I'm still thinking its an R/M play for some unrelated venture but----I don't really know. Wish I could help.

albus; Before you go,you might want to look back thru todays posts....there was another person that said they were 2 hours away & would go there next Tuesday (can't recall who, of hand). Just trying to save you from a redundancy.

Scarecow; Thx.4 your exhaustive run-down on where we're at in all this mess. Still not sure where that leaves us but thx. anyway.
P.S. Been wondering, does "Scarecow" mean you're 'scared of cows '---or--- you like to go around 'scaring cows'. (LOL)
Retirement nothing; Not to be contrary but; They had their registration 'revoked' in a disciplinary action as can be seen in post #5762.
But I can sympathize , my 'honeydoos' are building-up as well.
