what's level 2 showing now? anyone
Could it be that the cheap throw away shares are gone?
Dang, ask just went to .028 can you say .03?
I'm thinking that all the cards will be on the table by Mid Jan of 07. Cybl will surely comment on christmas and other areas of interest by then.
I just hope the dumping of these share subsides soon. Granted the float is still not out of hand, but that is changing at a fairly rapid rate. Just hope these guys haven't sold their future to a preditor!
If that be the case, I would think that cybl would communicate some justification for the dilution and how it should be interpreted if they are interested in pps. Correct?
I'm not much of a chartist either, but one variable that would need to be factored in is the dilution that has been taking place. If all things were equal and seasonal perhaps a case could be made. However with all the dilution I'm not sure last year this time would have any bearing of future pps. JMO Please feel free to correct me if I'm mistatken about this.
Lets hope things change after the first of the year. I don't think that I would waste a good pr. at this point in time. Most investors aren't paying much attention right now unless it's tax selling.
Sorry for the typo should have proof read before printing! LOL I was refering to cybl not cyos~!
Here is my frustration. We have every reason to believe that cyos is doing well. Stock price isn't reflecting that! Have WE sold ourselves a view of things that just aren't true? Please feel free to chime in. At this point I'm averaged in at .032. Not bad but not real good considering behavior of stock.
Disapointed to see continued erosion of pps!
touche! well stated
I would think that there would be a limit on how low a viable company will go. Surely this is approaching the low that folks are willing to take unless they have to be exited and settle prior to year end.
I capitulated and purchased 21200@.025. If they start filling the .0245 I'm going to bitch slapem!
I suppose they could be liquidating shares to clear the books at year end.
If I can get it to fill my average will be .03. I would think that .03 would be a reasonable price to be in at.
It is my hope that this predatory selling will subside at year end.
Trying to pick up another 20K @ .0245 not filling.
If things are as promising as they appear to be, I'm wondering why the dilution isn't taking place at .06? I mean cyberlux is the one selling the so called cheap shares.
I admit that it is a concern for me. I still plan to take a larger position prior to year end. I'm hopful that things will change in Jan.
Does it say how much the company is owes the CD holders?
Hey, I know what you mean. I'm not going anywhere just trying to get a feel for what to expect.
I'm just trying to get a feel for where things stand. I think the price holding steady at .03 to .033 indicates new shares are hitting the market and holding price back. This can work as long as company has material news to report which many on this board are expecting.
Ok, any idea how much longer dilution to continue?
I agree, But at some point you make the change or at least you should if you ever want your stock value to go up and stay up. I mean if they continue to place new shares into the market place, how can the price ever rise. I think that's what we are dealing with now.
Why doesn't cyberlux go to the bank and borrow the money to produce it's new products. I mean if they have sales they should be able to borrow money from a lending institution. This would be better than continued dilution. We just finished that process with Quvis. I just don't understand why cyberlux doesn't borrow money it needs.
Ok, so 90k would yield how much profit after subtracting expenses divided by how many shares? Which figure do we spread the earnings over? This Os or As. Normally I would say spread over outstanding shares. However with the discussion here as to how it relates to 700m. I'm not sure. Just trying to get some clarity and better understanding. Why dilute instead of using debt financing?
Not wanting to be overly negative here but with os rising at the rate of 2mil per week. The hefty rate of dilution will erode eps potential. I'm wondering why if they have the sales that debt financing isn't be utilized. Real products appear to have real potential but dilution is watering down future eps. I mean I've purchased 10K @ .045, 15k@ .033 and 15K @ .03. Looks to me like smart money waits for things to even out. I plan to add more but am concerned about a RS when share cout get beyond a meaningful eps. any thoughts?
Given the discussion about os and as. Which figure will be used when figuring eps? If 700 is the number, looks like reconfiguration of the shares will be required to have meaningful eps. I guess I'm refering to a RS.
Must admit that I'm a little disappointed the way cybl traded today. Bought at .033 and .030 and it still went lower. I sure everyone would like to see a bottom here! Thanks for allowing me to whine around a bit!
Some funds can't buy anything under $15.00 and are required to liquadate if security goes below $15.00.
anyone have any contact with management lately?
I hope these guys have a story! Not much interest at this point. Hope something comes out soon.
The market doesn't seem to have a lot of conviction the last few days either way. I would like to increase my position but am waiting to see which way things break in the short term. Based on early research on LED lighting, I'm thinking things look like they could be somewhat promising. JMHO
Unfortunately I agree with you. I should have kept my powder dry for a while longer. I do like the prospects though with this one.Plan to add to my holding on weekness. If that doesn't happen I pick more up as it goes.
I was hoping for a bounce prior to year end. Not sure if that's going to happen. I started buying at .045. I'm going to watch and add to my position when it looks like we are bouncing off a percieved bottom. I've been thinking we could very well see a bounce early in 07 as well.
rattlewatch, I thought individuals could sell for a tax loss and the only requirement that I was aware of is that the sale be closed on or before the last day of the year. The wash requirement could extend into the following year. At least I thought that was the case. I think mutual fund selling is pretty much over. anyone else care to chime in on this?
I'm curious as to whether cybl would issue a press release at year end as oppossed to saving it until 07. I'm not sure how much tax selling or profit taking is going to go on prior to year end. Perhaps someone has a handle on that. Analyze is indicating that he/she expects positive announcements to be in the mill. I'm just going to watch for now. My initial purchase was at .045. If necessary I will average down when we figure out where up or down is. More questions than answers at this point.
OT: Analyze, Probably just a heads up on a potentialy interesting private company that I believe has much potential. I heard that we were the server of choice for the electronic fence being designed to run along our Southern border. I believe Boeing won that contract. Not a big deal either way.
Ot: Analys, Would you look around and see if you can find any info on a private company named Quvis? They currently provide imagery for NASA.
