Why look 3-6 months in advance? MobilePro is
about to run out of registered shares, w/probably less than 30MM left, IMO. The only thing objective I can see here is if Jay does something w/i a couple weeks, converting shares at .02, at $250K a week, it is straining the objectivity out of the SH's in every way imaginable.

put too high a price on Davel. Everyone who knows of MobilePro and Jay, know the situation he is in (desperate). Why buy Davel for $5-$7MM when you know you can get it for $3-$4MM. They'll get Davel sold, but it won't be what MobilePro is asking, bank on it!

are you kidding? I'll take a gamble in the .01's, get twice as many shares for the same price, and if something happens, it happens, and my patience will have paid off. The other big gamble is when, and if, a meaty PR will ever occur. I would never count on the IPO being imminent, given the history of Jay Wright.

Cougar40, MM's opinion echoes my sentiment, and
neither of us may be right, but something just isn't right w/this IPO thing. I have gone from emailing Jay about a possible dividend regarding an IPO, to an IPO alltogether, no response to either, and he has replied 90% of the time to me. There is usually a quiet period before an IPO, I don't buy it here. Jay will make money off Kite, I don't see any monetary advantage given to the current SH's of MobilePro, and that is based on common sense, and history, of this particular CEO. Do I hope I'm wrong? Yes.

there is an email floating about that Jay has said there may be no dividend from an IPO, to current MobilePro SH's. Now, if you are able to comprehend that equation, it contradicts his earlier email to me, which clearly indicates "our-SH's" dividend would not be "small".

deld, you are spot on. It goes way beyond the mention of a Fortune 500 and an IPO, imo. All one has to do is go back to the 10Q's, KSB, and Letter to SH's of CY 2005 to see the bait laid out, NONE of which have ever been close to completed, or will be, and I mean not even close.
Ample time to re-load in the .02's for an easy flip.

If you recall, I believe we were to start making payments last Sept., but Jay and Company kept getting extensions w/CC. As a matter of fact, we still have an extension thru June/July on one of the notes. It's going to get worse before it get's better, unless Jay pulls something out his azz, imo.
