Watch IFSL, I bought more with no bid, had a small run and Now I am watching and waiting. I really believe this one will run once the shares have to be covered.
I see this POS is still going big guns! LOL. These B'stards are really giving it to us! Maybe ICONIX can get some results. My next plan of attack.!
Makes sense. Do good, buy back cheapies, release the PR and then move the price up.
My Bad! DUH. Thanks.
Unless I figure wrong, a 600 to 1 RS would have to price the shares atr .06. Correct? If they dilute again we will be dead. But if by some chance they RS and put out the BETA or a POSITIVE PR a rise may not be out of the question. The scarrier part is the AS remains the same. Lost of possibilities though. ????????????????
Lets see what happens next week with a full week ahead.
I have been quiet for a while. And like others I have concerns. Doing some deep thinking, I believe the rig delivery would be nice, so would lots of other things, but first is the infastructure set up to ship the oil once the wells are reworked?
Would the RS affect the restricted shares?
I usually get killed on a RS, but does anyone think the Beta, ect could drive the price up post split.Less shares to move?
Does anyone feel that the company may be ready to "turn aropund."
The RS will leave an OS of about 16 million amd a float of around 8 million.
Does anyone really think this RS will help? Most tank so fast, it makes the head spin.
When is the effective date?
Thanks! LOL. Now listed at 0 in my account!
My Scottrade account shows no value for this one....??????????
Dear Sir or Madame,
As an investor in your company and a member of IHUB investors website. I am sur that I not only speak for myself but also for the other 70 members of the GLBT message board..
We have grave concerns that for over two years your company has been floundering. For quite some time your stock has been doing so poorly that even if we wanted to sell at a loss, we can't.
What I , and I am sure all of my fellow investors want to know is do you have any game plan? Is/or will there be any news, either good or bad comming in the near future?
Personally I have been holding shares for around 18 months and it is really disheartneing to see the same old 8K nonesense every month!
Hopefully you can answer some of my/our questions.
I will be awaiting you return email.
Thank you.
XXXXXXXX
So another reverse screwing is possible?
WNCP wibsite has been down since June 6. I am trying to contact someone/anyone who may have info.
Am I missins something? When is/was the effective date? I see no changes in my stock account.??????????????
Link expired. More info please.
It would be nice to see this one run again. I had two move last week, they say three is a charm. (But which one will it be?)

Any thought on IFSL? Had a nice run up. From no bid to a .0004 ask then a Friday sell off. Anyone? Thanks
Can we get the IBOX updated with the last few PR's? I think it would greatly help new investors.
Has anyone tried to value this company? Ibelieve one of the PR"s stated they would start building homes and had some investors lined up. Anyone? Thanks!
Positioning for bigger things?
I am only 12 miles away, but why would they let me in? With my luck they would have me arrested for trespassing!
I left two voice mails last week with Margie. JMHO they don't give a flying F about the investors. I really believed with the March deal and everything else, they would have been a $1.00 stock by now. Right!

Right now we can only hope that something will happen. We can try and stay on top of all info though.Even the same old 8 K.
You never know when something can happen. I get pissed like everyoner else, but it is easier to stay positive ans hope.
Maybe the question is not who.
Global Diamond Exchange Inc. Names Potential Suitor
NEW YORK, March 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Global Diamond Exchange Inc. (OTC: GBDX) filed a Schedule TO with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 7, 2007, to inform of a potential tender offer. The Suitor, Sib Almaz of Amyrskaya Oblast, selo Skovorodeno Blagoveshensky c/t Andreyskoe, Russian Federation, is currently in negotiations with Global Diamond seeking to accomplish a friendly transaction.
Management will analyze any formal offer made by this company to determine whether it is viable along with any other competing offers that may materialize in order to maximize shareholder value. A third-party fairness opinion may then be sought. This is the first stage of negotiations, and the parties are engaged in a period of due diligence. Before management of Global will accept any offer, it must assure itself that the suitor has the financial capability to consummate the deal.
Seems like some of the companies are doing the right thing..........waiting on LSMJ now.
Well we didn't close out the week as good as a lot of us had expected. I personally believe the selling today was typical for a Friday, especially for those who do not like to hold over the weekend.
If the numbers posted are accurate, the entire float traded over the past two weeks. (1 billion)
With the Summer vacation time here (also early Friday's) and the holiday next week, I do not expect to see much activity except some investors loading up for the next run. This may be a good time to reread the recent PR's, especially those who did not get in yet. I am curious if anyone came up with a potential dollar figure based on the upcomming construction, so we can better value this company.Even an A/S of 4 billion may not be much if the potential is there for profits in the millions. Also don't forget the stock buy back. JMHO of course. GLTA
Well I am trying to get some of these companies to do something. Instead of bashing, I try to push the companies for info. GLTA
